I just wish they had more T-shirt options because their sandwiches are so freaking good I'd wear their t-shirt' Hey. Guess what. They have more t shirt options now that are bad-ass. Can I say bad-ass? I just realized my entire review is about their merch...This time I got the curry chicken sandwich. I initially got it because curry chicken sandwiches always have a sweet element and most places do raisins or apples. Here, they did peach, and I was like, 'damn. I want to try this.' But when I bit into it, the star of the freaking show was the peppercini!! What!??! That vinegary balance with a tiny kick. Mmmm, yeah. Super good that I ate way too much in one sitting.

Cream cheese and potato chips? Somehow it all worked. Sad it is gone. My coworkers love the Prime Rib and BBQ Brisket. I don't recommend the Tuna Salad Sandwich or the Italian. Tuna was dry and the Italian had heavy amounts of olives. We order delivery at 11:AM and don't normally get our sandwiches until 1:30PM. Wait is probably even longer if you are there in person.

It looks like their specialty is definitely cheesecakes, as they had a large variety of premade options displayed and ready for purchase. For the flavor, we went with a simple strawberry cheesecake, and I would say it was good. Personally, it didn't blow me away, but it was still a solid cheesecake overall. This was one of the few spots open before 12 PM at Nixon Plaza, so it definitely had a steady line of people coming in to grab drinks and bread.

I wasn't a big fan of the matcha drink; the matcha flavor wasn't there, though the foam topping was nice. I tried the banana pudding because it was recommended, but it was pretty bland and not tasty at all, smh. One bright spot: their cookies are excellent and worth stopping in for.

I've tried their signature The Melrose, which consists of black forest ham, oven roasted turkey, bacon, melted White American cheese, topped with house slaw (lettuce, red onions, pepperoncini tossed in their "Melrose" spread) and tomato. I absolutely love this sandwich!! It's packed with so much flavor, and the bun absorbs all of the juicy goodness, making every bite incredibly satisfying. Runner-up for me is the Uncle Nikki. This one has Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone cheese, also topped with their house slaw. I've only ordered from here through Postmates, and every time their packaging is excellent--they wrap each sandwich in this cute wrapper, which adds a fun touch and keeps everything neatly intact and fresh by the time it arrives. Each sandwich is around $12 (as of June 2026), and I honestly think it's worth the price because these sandwiches are huge and so good!!

I've never been to Rick's but have heard some good things about it so I stopped by to grab a burger. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Both the hamburger and fries were extremely unseasoned and bland. The burger had potential, but it was lacking the flavor and seasoning I expected. The fries were also unseasoned & just as bland. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and don't think I would return based on this experience.
