I've never really liked this store that much since it's mostly just teenagers working here, but I stopped by because my mom wanted a pair of New Balance shoes and Shoe Palace usually has pretty good deals. I usually go to the mall with my mom since she doesn't understand much English, so I help translate for her. We went on Sunday and started looking around when a kid who worked there came up to us and asked the usual, "Looking for anything specific today?" I told him we were just browsing, but he noticed I was holding some New Balance shoes and said, "Those are really good shoes." I asked if he owned them himself since I was hoping for an honest opinion on the shoes, and he replied in a weird tone, "No? Why would I have those shoes?" -- which felt kind of rude. Then when I asked for a size 9 1/2 for my mom, he looked at me and said, "Dang, your mom has some big feet." Like okay, I get joking around, but that was unprofessional. Overall, the store just gives off judgmental and immature vibes. If you don't mind dealing with random comments like that, maybe you'll have a better experience, but personally, I wouldn't recommend it. read more

The store is on the second floor of Tucson Mall. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help though there were a number of workers there. Itʻs a "help yourself" place where they have the shoes on display and then boxes of the shoes in different sizes. There were a lot of athletic shoes in particular. A limited amount of womenʻs casual shoes, various high heel shoes and some purses. I would think it would be more for someone looking for athletic shoes. Prices were not bad. read more

Outstanding service, very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Shoe shopping with kids is no joke. At least not for me. The place is awesome! Not just because of the interior but I also liked the music, and the great service. Nobody is pushing the most expensive item on you, instead they listen to what you are looking for if you don't have a clue what you actually need, and they will suggest suiting models. Armando, the store manager was very helpful and friendly. Mike took care of us and never got impatient although he had to run to get several different shoes. He is the man! They made this shopping trip a breeze. Not to mention the very reasonable prices, and all the models that were on sale. This place is a rip off. My 15 year old went in to buy shoes and they forced him to buy two clothing items in order to buy the shoes. Ok some of you may say well he didn't have to do it. They were newly released Jordan's so Ya he would've done anything. I went in at the end and they wouldn't even let me hold the box. We get home to realize they are not even the correct size shoe. They had limited clothes items so he had to just pick anything. He figured he'd gift them or something, but guess what.. they took the tags off the shoes and clothes so he can't even exchange them since they have an all sales final policy. You can only exchange items with tags on them. I have never been so angry at a company. I called their other location who validated that they are told to push apparel, but they can't make you. He said this store is known for this kind of stuff. He said taking tags off is not allowed. He gave me corporates number and I will be calling. These shoes were supposed to be on hold until 3 by their raffle rules but basically they sold them to my son because he was willing to buy more stuff. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

The worst possible service anyone could experience! Both in the store located in the Tucson Mall and the stores website which I recommended using as well. One evening my husband and went in looking for some nice black shoes and we seen on display that they had about 4 styles he wanted to try on and possibly purchase. My husband wears a size 10 or 10 1/2 (very common size) they didn't have any of them in his size in stock. The employee's working there are just terrible I mean these guys look like bums with beards and shorts sagging off their behinds! When we asked themif they could order for us from the store the guy said their ordering system was down, REALLY!? after that he recommended we order ourselves from their website. So we gave it a try, found the right shoe size, paid extra for 2 day shipping, everything. I placed this order on 03/14/15 and its now 03/23/15 and I have not even recieved an email from tracking how other companies send out usually no more than 2 days after your orders placed. So I called the cusomer service number on the website 18887725223 and it actually rings like a house phone, finally someone answers and says that in the middle of my order being placed they moved warehouses! Right!! and that my order would not arrive until 03/27/15, thats 10 BUSINESS DAYS!! are you kidding me? So after that I called the store manager and he said that they are not affiliated with their own website! If you ask me or any other customer thats a bunch of bologna! I really hope all the people that work at this sorry excuse for a shoe store read this and do something about their service because it is terrible, I'll never recommend this place to anyone I know!!!!!!!!!
