Went in today just to browse, and it's like they read my mind. I had COVID and was quarantined for a whole month & a half when the Jordan mocha 1st released and was trying to do everything in my power to get them. I even sent my little brother & son in law down to enter a raffle at finishline & I lost. I entered another one at finishline again & this morning I got a notification saying I won, but when I went to redeem it they were sold out. I was soooo mad I turned into a Karen & was on customer service for an hour trying to get the shoes. After that, was just a terrible day until I went into shoe palace. I was wearing the jordan 1s mids white royal black & was browsing the Scarface collection. The manager Jesus immediately came up to me and said "you're a size 7 right? I got your mochas" and I WAS SHOOK. It was like he literally knew. I was so excited I hit him on the arm without even knowing him and felt really bad right after. After this he even sold me a pair of the men's red and black jordan 1s. This is definitely my go to store now, he was so friendly and was even excited that I was excited. He said that I made his day when really he made mine. read more

Service is phenomenal!!!! Walk in & get greeted, when I leave I get greeted. The only problem is it's too small. Pushing my daughter in a stroller inside the store is a no go. It's way too congested. We took a family trip to the mall this morning, first time in about a year. My husband needed new work shoes and I saw that this place was rather new so we decided to check it out. We were immediately greeted by a nice young man named James, and I'll admit his customer service was a breath of fresh air. He was helping my husband find the perfect pair of shoes, and he was so good at his job, all three of us ended up getting shoes. went there to get new shoes no problem at all they helped me right away and got the shoes quickly as soon as i went to check out they said what about this shoe protector you need that and i said no bc i already had some sure enough the man helping me said "don't worry it's on me" after i had said no and then proceeded to say "you can get any 4 mask for free" i said no bc i didn't need them then he put it in my bag and charged me for it. not happy with this company at all read more

Well first & foremost I have never posted any reviews wheather good or bad... but I write this in hopes of someone in upper management gets a chance to read this and really does something about the store in Park Place Mall. I was there on 02-04-19 I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Cain, first concern is with the body order was really offensive from him it was so bad that I had to tuck my nose into my shirt so I was wasn't rude when talking with him. Also when he approached me it appeared that he had been crying and seem to be preoccupied with other people who were seated & in front of the register.. serval times during the brief 5 minutes or so he was with me he rudely jump back into is his conversation with the people seated at the front of the register!!! In my opinion reading your mission statement this doesn't represent the Ultimate Exprerince nor does it put your customer first. As clearly that is the goal of Shoe Palace..Very disappointing to see that company clearly striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction would tolerate this kinda mistreatment of their customers and would have an individual come to work with lack of self respect for his self coworkers and his company know he is dealing with the public.
