She went on to say the item was not carried by their, even when it was purchased from a Boot Barn location. I love the layout of this place, they have all of their sizes for all their boots laid out so you can try out as many pairs as you want to your heart's content, without waiting for someone to bring out your size from the back like at most shoe stores. I was traveling and needed a pair of Wranglers. I was met by happy female staff team member and directed to where I needed to go and she assisted me and I got the size and the style I needed. I also visited the hat department, and I was assisted by a male staff team member and purchased some hat felt cleaner. It was a great experience and what I expected. My experience at Boot Barn was a little bizarre. I drove across town to this location because the boots that I was trying to purchase at the broadway location was damaged. I got to the counter to purchase my boots and slid my credit card. The girl at the cashier, bagged up my boots while I was signing up for a rewards point membership and handed me the bag. I walk out and drove home, 20 minutes later I get a call from this boot barn saying that I walked out with an unpaid merchandise. The girl should've made sure the purchase went through before handing me the bag and letting me walk out. I thought the receipt was in the bag as well as my membership card but it wasn't. I spoke on the phone with the manager named Britney and she explained that I needed to come back to the store to scan and make the purchase when it wasn't my fault their employee lacked on their responsibility. After 10 minutes on the phone, I was able to work out the situation and make the purchase. read more

I was looking for a pair of boots (that weren't made out of an animal) and was told to come here. After a half a day of speaking on the phone with DIrk, the general manager, I finally(also after my run in with the Tucson Police) made it in to Boot Barn. I was amazed at the selection of, well, everything! Most items there were not my style(I'm not a cowgirl) but they had some really cute plaid men and women's shirts that were on sale, so I snagged a couple for me and the hubby. Anyway, back to the boots. Ms. Colleen was the sweetest and most attentive sales woman I have ever encountered. She didn't make fun of me for not wanting to wear an animal and didn't try to pressure me with any up-selling. Colleen listened to what I wanted and after only a few selections, hit the nail on the head and I walked out with an adorable pair of black boots for $90. They also have a great selection of Dickie girl pants for just $29.99. I plan on coming back here for some of those and probably a few more plaid shirts as well. my husband bought alloy toe boots , the ariat brand to be exact and after 3 weeks they fell apart. we were able to do an exchange but I would have preferred a refund since they were not even a month old. the staff is nice but the manager just made it seem like this huge task. read more

Bought a straw Stetson their. Good price and a nice hat which is why I bought it, however no one in the store with the exception of a part time employee who is never their is apparently the only one who can steam and shape hats. Partially my fault for buying at the store however, I was willing to wait a couple days and go back to see this person. 5 weeks later still no site of this guy. This used to be one of the best western clothing stores in town. It appears that they have new management. The great knowledgeable staff that used to work there is now gone, replaced by pretty faces that really don't know much about the product. And they really don't seem to give a shit when you are looking for a particular item. There are better places in town. read more

Had trouble finding the store as the address on the website is wrong. STORE WIDE SALE actually means only a couple items on sale in each department! 3 very nice clerks, BUT, the assistant manager that runs the place is rude, obnoxious and generally not nice!
