Although they had signs up with name brand merchandise, the signs did not indicate where you could find it. Of course I was there while every parent & child were searching for school shoes. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. The shoes were in a bag. The box was taped up. The label with my information was attached outside the shoebox and bag it was placed in. I left the store. Went to my vehicle. I wanted to wear my shoes so I could workout at the nearby Planet Fitness. I cut opened the bag. I opened the box... The ANTI-THEFT SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHOES...! What??? So what was I supposed to do if I had not checked the merchandise before I left ? Who would not take the sensor off the merchandise before bagging and taping a label on it ? I RETURNED the shoes. The poor lady with no voice kept apologizing. I asked her to stop. It wasn't her fault. The manager had to assist and stated its a huge problem and customers are not happy but the " powers that be" wont make changes. there were so many people making returns and complaining the manager just walked away. I have never seen a company go down hill so quickly!
