From the moment I purchased my car, to my scheduled maintenance these folks have been top-notch when it comes to customer service. Being in the customer service industry, myself, I know first hand how challenging customers can be... ****insert me‍‍**** Hear me out, folks. This was my first BRAND NEW vehicle. I arrived around 8/830p when they close at 9p/10p. I didn't get out of there until 1145p and it couldn't have been a smoother transaction. I didn't feel rushed, hurried or pressured from aannnyyy of the Sales or Finance team. They actually offered to stay and go over all its bells and whistles, I'm the one who had to call it a night; otherwise, I truly felt they would've stayed overnight just for me. I can't tell you how many follow-up calls I got within the first month of owning my new car. This place has knowledgeable employees who know thier stuff! Even when I (thought) I had an issue and called in giving a poor explanation of what I thought the problem was, it was solved...there was no "issue", it was user error Go buy your next Honda from these folks and ask for Justin.

This was the fastest car buying process I've ever experienced. Bill was the salesperson that helped me out and he was pleasant from start to finish. He wasn't pushy and he listened the entire time. Dante was also great during the negotiation process and made sure I was satisfied with everything before finalizing the details. He was very approachable and made the experience stress-free as possible. A minor hiccup which led me to knock off a star was finding finger print marks on the ceiling of the drivers side. I completely missed this during the full inspection before driving it off the lot. The salesperson had missed it as well so I had to call and bring the car back because it looked like oil from a mechanics hand. Dante was very apologetic about the situation. I wasn't excited about driving back to Frederick to get it cleaned but mistakes happen. It's a brand new car so I expected it to be spotless inside and out. They offer the Shockley Advantage with a purchase of a new vehicle which I'm very pleased about. It comes with 100 free car washes, lifetime engine warranty, and more. Thank you Shockley Honda!

Sunday night, my car wouldn't start. I had it towed to superior on Sunday night and it was there…read morefor them first thing Monday morning. Superior noted on the invoice that the car was dead on arrival. Said they tested the battery and that they were able to start the vehicle with starting fluid after multiple attempts. Well, to me that means there were something wrong with the car battery. They got the car running and charged me $155. They kept the car all day, over seven hours to do the safety maintenance inspection that I didn't ask for. They didn't ask me either. Two days later, the car would not start again. I called superior to let them know and they said that the battery was OK when it was there. The battery was dead in their own words when they checked it. I don't understand why they didn't replace the battery. I was unable to go to work on my new job on Wednesday, I would think that an auto service center would recognize when a battery needs replaced.. I am homeless and sleeping in my car. I have no money to get it towed. Fortunately, somebody helped me in the Walmart parking lot to get the car running so I can drive it to a Walmart service center. If that kind person did not help me, I would've been stuck there. I would not have been able to go to work. I wouldn't had a place to sleep. Anyway, I think they should've changed the battery on Monday when the car was in their shop. I think they should've recognized that since it was dead on Sunday and Monday and it was a really old battery, they should have replaced it. Since they didn't, it was a big hassle for me not going back to Superior auto service again. It said on the invoice that they recommended that I monitor it. That is ridiculous. I'm supposed to just drive the car around and hope that it starts when I get back in. I would have to have an expense of it being towed. Shouldn't they fix the car so you don't get stranded somewhere ? Walmart charged me $150 for the battery and instillation. Superior charged me $155 and didn't fix the car. They just gave me a list of $2000 worth of stuff that needed to be Repaired.

Trying to gauge if it's an honest few mistakes. Dented car and initially got a $1700 estimate, then got a call it was $3000 (after removal of bumper) which I said was too much- and I had to pay several hundred in labor to even get the car. Had more cash months later, got another estimate that was about 3k as well and decided to take it back. Again, got a call it was now $4200 because of problems they discovered?? I told them to fix it because I don't want to be stuck paying a bunch of money again for nothing . At the same time, they've taken the bumper off twice and I was upfront about the issues . Why would they not do a thorough examination the first time? UPDATE- I paid cash for the repair to avoid carfax- surprise, showed up on carfax so I paid 4200k for nothing . They claim they didn't report it but maybe their system did ? Regardless - only two things could've happened - they didn't like my initial review and took revenge or their software alerts carfax even if you pay out of pocket. Picked up the car today and the paint had some specs in it, and they said they would wet sand it to get the specs out while I waited. It didn't work. Eric Zamora offered me $50 or $100 discount so he wouldn't have to paint the whole door again. He said the paint had a "Lifetime" guarantee. I said that's fine, I would pay the full amount. Drove the car home and then noticed that the passenger side side view mirror was melted. Literally the paint and plastic was melted.....!!!! So I called them and drove all the way back to the shop and Eric was already gone for the day, but his worker said that they looked at a picture from the front of the car and said they could see a shadow showing that the sideview mirror looked "wavey" Bull crap!!! He said they took the mirror and the door off the front passenger side to do work on the rear passenger side, and that they only put the sideview mirror in the car and that it couldn't have gotten damaged.... I said there is NO WAY that my sideview mirror could get MELTED on the top of it while it was on my car. The plastic and paint are literally melted!!! Car is in great condition except the door that had to be repaired. Now they are saying that the MELTED sideview mirror must have already been like that. No pictures of the sideview mirror damage prior to doing the work. They melted the sideview mirror at the shop. Don't know how or who, but it wasn't melted when I dropped it off....... Every place I have ever been too takes detailed pictures of a car to make sure that this exact thing doesn't happen!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. BEWARE. Dishonest. Go somewhere else.....
