He quickly offered to install the battery and dispose of the old core, which immediately made the process much easier. What really stood out, though, was his attention to detail. He connected a backup power source before replacing the battery so none of my vehicle's electrical settings would be lost, cleaned the battery terminals thoroughly, and applied an anti-corrosion spray before finishing the installation. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and well executed. It's rare to find someone who takes the extra time to do all the little things right while still respecting a customer's time. Joshua's service made what could have been an inconvenient errand quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend both him and this Advance Auto Parts location.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.
