Provides 888.378.9766 customer service and disconnects after 5 seconds every time, try it. Sent email instead with no response. Dead end, no rebate. Invested time chasing non working process. My wife completed the transaction without seeing it or knowing the tire was totally the wrong size and completely useless to us. We walked back inside immediately. Then the associate informed us we were intelligible to return the tire because we ordered online and paid cash in store, also we didn't receive a paper receipt. At this point, we were standing there with a new tire paid in full and no options. We didn't have any use for a tire that wouldn't fit our wheel. I mean this tire was basically trash in our opinion. This store did an amazing job helping us correct this issue. This compelled us to post the experience online. We were very thankful and expressed that to this associate.
