Provides 888.378.9766 customer service and disconnects after 5 seconds every time, try it. Sent email instead with no response. Dead end, no rebate. Invested time chasing non working process. So investing more time here to warn others, stay away from purchases that entice with rebates. It's a GIANT SCAM!

Placed an order online, went to pick it up and get it installed where I was told they're short staffed and can't do it. Was told to come back after 2pm when breaks were done so that I can get it installed. I did just that, and ended up being told that because it's "raining" it cannot be done. Would have just saved myself the trip and picked it up and found a YouTube video to do it myself. Came here to say that I've done it myself. Watched a 2 minute YouTube video and it took 5 minutes. There was a mistake made when placing our online order. We were totally unaware of this before…read morehand because the order confirmation email didn't contain a clear description. My wife completed the transaction without seeing it or knowing the tire was totally the wrong size and completely useless to us. We walked back inside immediately. Then the associate informed us we were intelligible to return the tire because we ordered online and paid cash in store, also we didn't receive a paper receipt. At this point, we were standing there with a new tire paid in full and no options. We didn't have any use for a tire that wouldn't fit our wheel. I mean this tire was basically trash in our opinion. This store did an amazing job helping us correct this issue. This compelled us to post the experience online. We were very thankful and expressed that to this associate. Didn't get his name but he's truly a decent guy for helping us apply the purchase price towards a correct size tire. We can vouch for this ending as a very positive experience. However, the car was reading faulty codes and it was giving the air intake system map sensor, but that's only because the flex pipe was busted and when I brought it to their attention, they said there's nothing to do with it, but it does so they freaking me $1000 for the air intake system which I didn't even need it wasn't wrong and four months later check engine light comes on because my flex pipe is still busted and when I bring it back to them, Richard, the manager tells me that the flex pipe has nothing to do with the faulty codes or the air intake system. I'm telling you guys do not take your car here. They don't know what they're talking about, but I'm trying to reach corporate if they don't handle it I'm suing them back for my money cause I want my refund. I will get my refund and I will end up getting my flex pipe fixed by a real mechanic. Do not take your car here by any means.

Found the service team was very professional, courteous and informative. The mechanic team identified potential serious issues and made corrections while serving our immediate concerns. The overall cost of repairs were slightly above budget but learned comparing final bill came within the lower cost percentage compared with other certified facilities within 50 miles radius of our home residence. I think we found a new trusting maintenance facility in Frederick County MD to continue assisting us with our Prius maintenance.
