This is my second time coming to Maryland Tire and Auto, and both times have been great. The staff…read moreis friendly, the service is quick, and most importantly--they're honest and don't try to upsell you. I'm giving four stars only because there's sometimes a bit of a wait. Today I had to stand around for a while before someone could help me. But once they did, they were fast and efficient. The first time, they replaced one of my tires and disposed of the old one. It was done quickly and at a fair price. This time, I came in because my tire pressure light was on. They checked everything, topped off the air, and had me back in my car in less than 10 minutes--at no charge. Solid, trustworthy spot. I'll definitely keep coming back when I need tire help.

I have been using Maryland tire & Auto for a few years now. I have never had an issue until today…read more I only come here to have tires changed on my vehicle. The pricing is very fair. however, today was a different story I called prior to coming in and was told they be closing. I needed to be here by 12:30 if I wanted to have my tire installed. No problem let them know. I could be there. I get here thanks for my key and trying to take my key off my ring his phone rings.. this is where things go downhill he goes to the back and takes his call saying nothing to me. comes back helps another customer that just walked in behind me while I'm standing at the counter sidenote, yes I was on my phone. out of common courtesy i put my phone down to give me key over. never took the key however another individual comes to tell me that he's not going to take my key because I'm on the phone. Not once did he communicate with me that he was waiting for me to finish my call or he could only help me when I wasn't on the phone. I let him know that it's called common courtesy when he asked me for my key his phone wrong. He went into the back, took his call. I didn't complain. I didn't say anything however, never once did he mention he was waiting for me to complete my call in order to proceed with helping me. I asked why he did not say anything to me and was told have work to do. Yes, that is true but communication is key. Let me know your waiting on me the key was on the counter the whole time. They do good fast work here but the customer service is Terrible! Front desk needs to learn how to speak to others and not ignore someone standing in front of them.This could have be rectified very quickly if communication of the issue was discussed. Thanks for the years of help but this incident puts a bad taste in my mouth. Fix the communication issues to avoid frustrated customers and misunderstandings. I love supporting small businesses however this event really makes me question if I want to spend money in this establishment! on my way out just found out that that individual is also the manager. This gives me little hope that issues like this can ever be rectified.

When I arrived at Tires Plus, Estefani at the front desk provided exceptional customer service--professional, friendly, and quick to help. Ed immediately took my car into the garage and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. It's rare to find a team that combines efficiency, skill, and genuine care for customers. Estefani and Ed turned a frustrating morning into a smooth, stress-free experience. I'll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to others.

POOR SERVICE. I tried getting through for an hour. Apparently their computer/phone system was down,…read morefine.. okay. I get it, things happen. BUT, the issue is that the woman who was "helping" me couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car. I got it towed there because my tire was flat. 1 tire. When I got a call back from her all she said was "you need a new one". Okay.. why? Is there a nail, or something puncturing the tire, can we patch it, what? "uhh welll it's got sidewall issues and it's bald so you need all 4 tires replaced". Okay... so we can't patch it? "uhh we just recommend cause they are all bald to replace them." Train your people better. Safe to say I had my car sent to Mr. Tire down the street because this whole exchange (not even worried about the phone/computer system being down) was AWFUL. Do better.
