Polite customer service DOES exist!! When I called Freedom Towing after an accident, Chris was more concerned about everyone's well-being than the tow job. The tow was a secondary concern for him. He promptly picked up our car and delivered it to the repair shop. In the past, tow companies have disrespected my car; scraping the front when lifting it, and general roughness with the car. Chris was the opposite, he respected and took care of the car. The best part about Freedom Towing is their communication. Once the job was complete, Chris sent me a text letting me know the car had been dropped off at the shop and was in a safe spot. Again, he expressed his joy that no one was hurt. Hats off to Freedom Towing!! With all the crap you go through after an accident, it was refreshing that there was no stress with the towing. read more

My 2003 Toyota Pruis battery died. I had to pick the car up from the dealership. I contacted this towing company and they really helped me out. They even picked up my keys and reciept from the dealership and placed my car in the perfect place in my drive way. Chris was my tow truck driver and he is the nicest guy. The dealership forgot to put in my seats when they checked the battery. I ended up without seats for a few days because of the dealership. Chris offered his assistance if i needed it to retreive the seats. Review on the dealership along with helpful information for Pruis owners to follow. read more
