Will, from Izzy's Towing, quickly realized the truck he was operating would not fit in the garage but offered to push my vehicle through the parking garage to a point where it could be safely loaded on the roll-back. Other tow companies immediately declined my request for service when they learned I was parked in a parking garage, but not Izzy's.
