The driver responsible was James, operating Truck #26, who clearly does not know how to properly tow a vehicle. When I called to address the situation, I was met with complete disrespect and was not taken seriously whatsoever. Their response was to accuse me of damaging my own car within five minutes of leaving their lot, which is absolutely absurd. When I asked for basic details about how my vehicle was towed and what equipment was used -- reasonable questions any customer has the right to ask -- I could hear the owner in the background instructing the employee to refuse to answer my questions and wrap up the call. I also requested footage from Truck #26 to get to the truth of what happened, and they flat out denied that request as well. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The owner, Kyle Leapley, is among the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had to deal with, and I have heard similarly troubling things about his other business, JAL Services. I strongly caution anyone from using JP Towing -- this is a company that damages your property, denies responsibility, and treats people poorly.

Will, from Izzy's Towing, quickly realized the truck he was operating would not fit in the garage but offered to push my vehicle through the parking garage to a point where it could be safely loaded on the roll-back. Other tow companies immediately declined my request for service when they learned I was parked in a parking garage, but not Izzy's. Once Will dropped my vehicle off approximately 40 miles from where I broke down he sent photos confirming my vehicle had been dropped off safely and was where it was supposed to be.
