My two negatives are that it took 4 days to complete the repair and the cost. As I mentioned, repair shops like to get their replacement parts from the dealership. Ostensibly to provide a warranty. In this case, an aftermarket tensioner would have sufficed and a $500 repair became a $1000 repair because the tensioner purchased from the dealership was $450. Good work but be fully specific on what you expect.
