When I called to address the issue, the owner, Henry, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he told me my only alternative was to call the police. He refused to exchange insurance information and would not allow me to review any camera footage from the time my car was in the shop. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Use at your own risk I would not recommend this shop.

Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.
