I went to Creations for a door hinge problem, having been sent to talk to an auto body shop by my usual mechanic. The problem wound up being much smaller than I or my mechanic had thought. The owner, Jeff, was very helpful and courteous -- outstanding customer relations from my point of view. They don't do "all over" paint jobs at Creations any longer, most of their work being accident repair. But, he referred me to somebody who likely could do a whole car paint job, and I'll be bringing another car back to Creations for some other issues. These guys treated my Beater like a Bentley. It came in with a mangled fender and bumper, and left looking like it left a showroom floor. My car wasn't filthy when it came in, but they detailed interior AND exterior which is something that shows they really go the extra mile. They always called with updates, and provided State Farm with timely estimates and began work right away. I brought it in late on a Monday and they had it done by Thursday. Love Creations Auto Paint!!! I had the unfortunate event of having my 2nd auto accident in 13 years. Creations repaired my 1st vehicle in 2003 and I was so impressed with Jeff's work back then that as soon as I had this accident I knew I didn't want anyone else to work on my car. I just got my vehicle back last night and again I am super impressed with the quality of the work that was done. All original Ford parts! No detail is too small. This place is outstanding. The best customer service ever. Fast quality work. Our car was only 4 months old and creations restored our car back to new condition. When the insurance wanted after market parts we were not satisfied. They would not let USAA leave as is. A ford bumper was then ordered and installed in 2 days. Car looks great. Fortunately, I have not had the need for a collision center for several years. I work in the automotive industry also and I am quite familiar with the importance of good customer service. For convenience, my original thought was to take my vehicle to my company's collision center. My insurance company provided me with the names of suggested repair shops, and Creations was at the top of the list. It didn't occur to me at the time to go somewhere other than my own company.
