I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches.
