Again we needed Paul for an unexpected flat tire and Paul came timely! He showed me the hole in my tire and replaced the flat with the spare! Paul was also able to install a my headlamp light - not normal install behind the lamp. Normally I would've scheduled an appointment at GMC and this would've taken them over 30 minutes plus cost close to $100 per light install. We will continue to use Paul Roadside Assistance! Call Paul and try his services for yourself! read more

Paul came out to put a spare on my wife's car. Job was done very quickly, within about 90 minutes of the initial call (including travel time). He also made sure the spare was at the right pressure and checked the other three tires before leaving. We're very happy with the experience. read more

My car battery had been on the decline for a couple months. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford for it to be replaced immediately. Paul came through quickly. He was very patient with me, ensuring that he answered all my questions and was transparent about the entire process. The battery replacement process was efficient and significantly cheaper than the local dealership. I would definitely recommend him for future services because he did an awesome job! read more

Paul is is the best! This review is long over due. I had some serious personal matters and I'm just getting around to writing this review. Over the summer of August 2018, I needed help with my stranded vehicle. I looked up a few reviews online and called Paul right away. He came the very next day to help charge the battery for an old vehicle that just had been sitting in my driveway for a few years!!! Paul and his assistant (Sorry I can't remember his name), were a hoot! Very accommodating and they both had a great sense of humor; despite my situation. They really helped to brighten my day! I'm telling everyone about Paul. I want to adopt him as my new uncle. Love you Uncle Paul and thanks so much for your help! read more

Although I am reading about positive reviews regarding tire changes, I called and was rudely told "I don't do any of that" when it comes to any tire repair. The call was very unprofessional and made me feel as if I was bothering the company by asking. I am confused by the reviews of customers who said they had tire assistance. read more

I blew a tire and then the lug nuts were stripped so I wasn't able to get my flat tire off to put the spare on. Paul was able to come and get the lug nuts off and the spare on in no time. He was very helpful and insightful and took time to assess the rest of my car and what was wrong/would need fixed in the future. Would definitely use again and recommended. Very friendly and competitive price as well! read more

My mom's car had a dead battery. I gave Paul a call, and he was over in 20 minutes. Paul tested the battery which I ended up having him replace, and he also pointed out some things on the car I should have looked at. Paul also shared some wisdom about appreciating family while you have them. I didn't spend much time with Paul, but I could tell he was a good person. I'd give him my business any time I have trouble. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly suggest this service! read more

Great, speedy service! My 9-yr-old accidentally locked the keys - and my phone - in the car. With the radio on but the engine not running. I called Verizon from a friend's house and they sent Paul. He arrived in half the time they promised and my car was open in seconds. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Paul also made sure my battery was OK before he left. Next time I'll just call Paul. If you're anywhere near Laurel, you should, too. read more

Had a flat tire on MD-32 near Fort Meade, and was connected to Paul's Roadside Service through the roadside assistance number provided by my vehicle's dealer program. At the end of my phone call, was told that someone would come within 60 minutes. Paul showed up faster than that, and was very quick in removing the flat and installing the spare. If this happens again, I'll skip the dealer program phone number and call Paul's Roadside Service directly. read more

Paul is a down to earth and knowledgable guy. Called and arrived right in the estimated window of 30 mins. Changed my tire to my spare in 10 mins. Even showed me what was wrong with the tire. Told me to get the tire patch, and that instead of replacing the tire. Saving me over $200! read more

Paul was great!!! I had received a jump from a roadside service provided through my insurance earlier in the day. I thought I was good, he thought I was good . However after turning the car off, it wouldn't start. Paul came out later that day, later that night actually, all the way from Annapolis. I am located in Ellicott City MD, not up the street. He immediately tested the battery. He had grabbed the battery on the way out to me and had it installed in no time. He also checked out the other parts of the car and made recommendations. Of course they were just recommendations and I still need to have the mechanic double check, but he wasn't full of bs... I could tell he knew what he was talking about, honest, and had my best interest in mind. He provided me with his mechanics info as well. I highly recommend Paul. Very personable, professional, and honest!!! read more

The service was fantastic. I had a bolt in my tire and needed someone quickly. I looked up roadside assistance, although I got it to my house. He arrived on time, just as a horrible downpour happened. He let me know he was running home for rain gear and would be back. Came right back and dealt with a very complex bolt that was in and turned. Professional, kind, would highly recommend. read more

Excellent and prompt service! Glad I found him. Very personable. Gave me a lot of good information after jump starting my truck. Paul told me exactly what he had ahead of me. The wait was not too long. It was one of the colder nights so jump starts were probably a common thing. It was New Year's Eve so I'm glad her was still working. Paul told me where to get a new battery the next day with the best price and warranty. It all worked out well. I know exactly who I will call if I ever need roadside service again. Paul is awesome! My wife and I needed a battery replaced in an 97' Chevy and Paul came to the rescue. We left Paul a VM and he called us back within 5 min. Paul came out to our home exactly when he said he would, got right down to business, and even gave our vehicle some much needed extra attention. Paul's attention to detail, courteous manner, and great personality made the experience painless. Paul's prices for services rendered are more then fair and I will use him in the future as well as recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks Paul! George & Bela read more

Paul (and his daughter) are godsends. A Good Samaritan that helped us on the side of the road remembered him and his truck by way of his kids going to school with Paul's kids. He found Paul's number and he saved the day from there. Came to us with no hesitation and got our destroyed flat tire off which no one else could do without a specific wheel lock. Even helped the other tires so we don't have this problem again. Friendly and super affordable not taking advantage of people in distress and that was super comforting. Both of them are So knowledgeable and gave us lots of information of what we should get and tell the tire shop to get our money's worth and not be ripped off again. After a long day (7 hours) of being lied to and not being helped at all, Paul was amazing and I hope to not need him again but if I ever do, no hesitation would we use Paul again. Thank you so much. A million times thank you. read more

I got a flat tire @ a mall parking lot. Mall security wouldn't/couldn't help me and Geico could get their tow truck to help me in 60 minutes. Nearest Firestone closes in 60 minutes and it happened on a Sunday, so a lot of the places are closed. Paul arrives in 20 minutes, changes my flat tire in less than 20 minutes and all for only $40. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again for any road side emergencies instead of Geico and other tow truck companies. Oh, and I managed to get to Firestone to get my tires changed in the nick of time. read more
