    I can not attest to the quality of the work done at this establishment. What I can say is that they tried to rip me off and I would never recommend them to anyone, I had 3 small scuff marks on my rear passenger door from trying to buff out a scratch with compound. There was also a small area on the front bumper where the paint had rubbed off ( no underlying damage or dent). They have me an estimate for $5928. Knowing that this was absurd, I went to GLS Auto Body in Rockville. He was able to do the work for $352. They're was no need to remove doors and bumper or reset sensors. He painted the bumper and buffed out the scratches. The car looks perfect- both areas appear brand new. If they are willing to overcharge me by over $5600 for a minor repair, I'm sure they are doing this on a routine basis. I would urge you to avoid this business.

    As always, in good faith, I am writing this review for my coverman, Dr. Andrew Baer whose words I am most faithfully recording. "A little over a month ago my "2016 Lexus ES350 which had been purchased only two months previously with only 16,000 miles on it, in absolutely pristine, mint condition, was hit on the right side by someone backing out of a parking spot. There was quite a bit of damage. Lexus of Rockville does not have its own collision repair shop. They referred me to Euro Pro Collision which is the only shop to which they refer their customers. USAA was the insurance company of the insuree. They required the car to be evaluated by their adjuster at a different company. Their evaluation was for about $3,000 dollars worth of work. When I took the car to Euro Pro Collision Center I was told that their goal was to restore the car with OEM parts and to bring it back to its condition when it left the factory. Think about that. It is quite a statement! I was told it would take about two weeks to complete which was reasonable. First, they needed to take the car apart and see the true extent of the damage, order parts, match the paint (no easy task, more like an art,) paint each part, carefully blend with the existing paint and finally put it all back together. The estimate was MORE THAN TWICE, what the USAA adjuster had come up with. One of the things Euro Pro Collision Center prides itself in I was told, is dealing with the insurance companies who traditionally want to pay out as little as possible.....an aftermarket part here....perhaps a junkyard part there. By their OEM standards, I was told that is not what is going to happen. (I have a friend in another state where I once lived. I had taken other cars there for repair and out of curiosity spent time at his shop so I am pretty familiar with what goes on in the collision repair business. When the repair was completed I was told I could pick up the car. There was one problem. USAA sent the check to their adjuster's shop where I had originally taken the car. They would not release my car. Initially, I was upset because I thought it was no big deal, USAA would recut the check and send it to them. I spoke to the Euro Pro Collision Center's owner. In point of fact, what I thought was absolutely wrong. On too many occasions when this had occurred, they released the car only to learn that the insurance company sent the re-cut check to the customer who simply cashed it or put it in their bank rather than signing it over to Euro Pro Collision Center. You may think of this as theft which is criminal and easy to resolve. That is not the case. In most states, this kind of thing is a civil matter requiring a lawyer to file a claim and prosecute a case against the customer. This has a considerable cost. Even if the attorney obtains a judgment against the customer, then there is the matter of collecting which may result in getting pennies on the dollar amount owed. He told me, and when I thought about it I knew it to be true, the contract for the repair is between the customer and Euro Pro Collision Center. They do their best to have the cost of the repair covered and as I understand, most of the time they are very successful which is evident in what happened with my car. The entire cost was covered by USAA. I read other reviews here about problems with customer service. Rather than make me pay for the repair and wait for the check to come to me, they accepted the fact that the check was mailed by USAA to them. They released the car trusting that if by some crazy fluke the check was sent to me, I would do the right thing and give it to them. They really did not have to do that. It was an act of goodwill and kindness which in this day and age is noteworthy and quite remarkable. We are talking about over $3,000. Kudos to Euro Pro Collison Center! In some other reviews, I read that either things were not done in a timely matter or that the contact person did not always get back to them right away. The shop is huge. Frankly, it is the largest repair shop I have ever seen. Any business is run by human beings and we all know that we are all not perfect. That should be considered before quickly coming to the conclusion that customer service is not what one wants it to be. I was not always able to get my contact person right away but remember, the shop runs a very big operation. One would think that such a large operation might not produce quality results. That is not the case. My car, which I picked up yesterday, looks like it just left the dealership after when it was purchased. I looked at it very carefully with an eye for what I learned while at my friend's shop. The repair is absolutely perfect and in terms of reviewing Euro Pro Collison Center that is to use an apt expression, where the rubber hits the road. I would never take a car anywhere else."

    My car was hit in the parking lot while I was sitting in it in park. This was my very first brand new car that I ever got on my own and I was highly upset that I now was stuck with a wrecked car within months of having just gotten the car. Well, I spoke with Chase from Euro and let me tell you, he's a saint. I have nothing but great things to say about ALL of the employees that work there not only just Chase, Michele, Tom (I think was his name-if I got it wrong im sorry!) etc they were very patient with me, answered every stupid little question and concern that I had. After I initially spoke with Chase I felt like I could for one trust that my brand new wrecked car was in good hands and for two that I would be getting nothing but the car that I drove out of the Audi Dealership with the day that I bought it. They are OEM Certified and won't put after market parts on your car, I know some people may not car about that but that was my main concern was that the insurance companies were going to try and tell them that they weren't going to cover the cost of Audi parts for my vehicle. Well, Chase informed me that since I had a 2021 car that its too new anyways for their to be after market parts anyways but i didn't know that at the time. Even though it was Covid and I figured it may take awhile for parts to come in etc, it didn't they had all the parts there within a day or two. Overall, my experience with Euro was great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend using them if you need a body collision shop and want the work done right and done right the first time around. Honestly, the paint job they did looks better now than what it did the day that it left Audi's parking lot. I'm sad I won't be working with them anymore bc they really were just such great people to talk too. Not only great people but they also did such an outstanding job. Thank you Chase, Michele, Tom The Entire team at Euro! You guys are wonderful!

As I looked up Car Source Collision center, Mia S.'s 5 star review was more than enough to convince me to take my car here. And Im so grateful that I did! Andrew was amazing..explaining the process, keeping me posted on updates, and even graciously transporting me to/from the car rental place. But the absolute best part-my car repair looked fantastic!! Perhaps looked even better than prior to my fender bender :) Also, Car Source Collision Center was the most cleanest and stylish body shop Ive ever visited. I felt completely comfortable walking into the waiting area of shop and the comfortable seating, tv, and a water cooler, made my time there very hospitable. Highly recommend yelp peeps!

Now as far as the work done, we brought in my son's 2003 Subaru because his car was hit in a parking lot, they gave us a very fair estimate. We brought the vehicle in the next day, they gave us a 2-3 day estimate time of the vehicle being ready. Car was ready when they said, the work done was way more than we could have hoped for, they left it brand new they even buffed out and fixed some spots on the bumper that weren't part of the accident! Great quality work, with honest service, what more can you ask for! Bring your vehicle in, you won't regret it. I will be recommending to all my friends & family!

    We got rear-ended in late January. NYLA was great because they were able to take in our car…read moreimmediately. The longer we worked with them, the more disappointed we became. The first estimate was that we would get our car back in two weeks. Then after that, it became every 3-5 days, with some times where they would never respond back. We finally got our car back about 6 weeks later with more problems. The fuse box was falling off and the man told me, "There's documentation that shows it was like that when it came in." I was floored...I didn't sign off on any documentation. The suggestion from the staff was to tape the cover back up with double sided tape. The rear window wiper was installed upside down (the wiper was cleaning the license plate instead of the window), the gear shifter was very sticky, and there was a part missing from the gear box. All damages were cosmetic on the rear end, so we're not sure what they were doing in the gear box to begin with. We asked them to replace the plug and after multiple times of inquiring when it would come in, we ended up just giving up. The guys who work here are really nice. They had our car for a long time and fixed a dent for us for free, but in this case I would have preferred professional competence over "really nice". It seems like they're more geared towards auto detail instead of auto collision.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)
