My Audi Allroad suffered from flying debris on I66. To my untrained eye, it seemed pretty minor--pieces of hard white plastic ranging from more than a foot to a few inches pummeled my car--windshiled, hood, grill, and exited by knocking a big ding in the side view mirror. The grill had a hole in it and there were dings on the hood and front. EuroPro brought my car back to excellence, and took care of things I hadn't noticed, like a lot of dings and scratches on the windshield. I purchased a Porsche from a reputable dealer on Long Island. It had a mis aligned hood that I thought I would fix after I got it home. After taking it to several reputable PDR shops in the area I quickly discovered I needed a body shop to re align the hood. I took it to Euro Pros Collision Center and they discovered the car had been hit in the nose and repaired poorly and that was causing the mis aligned hood issue. Jack assured me they would fix it as good as new and on time and within the estimate he had given me. Sure enough that's exactly what happened. I'm now a client for life. Not just any shop could have performed this "surgery" and make my classic 911 look as good as new. Other shops could have fixed it but I doubt to the levels this car was repaired to. There are easy (wrong) fixes, there are quick (wrong) fixes and there are cheap (wrong) fixes. If you want either of those 3, don't take your beloved here. Finally a shop I can trust. I can not attest to the quality of the work done at this establishment. What I can say is that they tried to rip me off and I would never recommend them to anyone, I had 3 small scuff marks on my rear passenger door from trying to buff out a scratch with compound. There was also a small area on the front bumper where the paint had rubbed off ( no underlying damage or dent). They have me an estimate for $5928. Knowing that this was absurd, I went to GLS Auto Body in Rockville. He was able to do the work for $352. They're was no need to remove doors and bumper or reset sensors. He painted the bumper and buffed out the scratches. The car looks perfect- both areas appear brand new. If they are willing to overcharge me by over $5600 for a minor repair, I'm sure they are doing this on a routine basis. I would urge you to avoid this business. read more

Neg: - Very slow and not value of money. They are seasoned at playing the insurance game - delayed my repair by over 4 weeks and added an extra 92% to the repair cost. This was the first Red Flag and at this point I should have pulled the car from this shop. - Extremely expensive. Any extra work (1/10 difficulty) was insanely costed - declined as double their competition (other quality shops). - Customer service. As the owner of car - very poor. (I'm sure dealers and insurance appraisers love these guys). Clearly you are not the primary customer - insurance company is for these guys. As long as you are ok this and you don't care then this the shop for you. Customer communication per most other reviews gets a big hit. As always, in good faith, I am writing this review for my coverman, Dr. Andrew Baer whose words I am most faithfully recording. "A little over a month ago my "2016 Lexus ES350 which had been purchased only two months previously with only 16,000 miles on it, in absolutely pristine, mint condition, was hit on the right side by someone backing out of a parking spot. There was quite a bit of damage. Lexus of Rockville does not have its own collision repair shop. They referred me to Euro Pro Collision which is the only shop to which they refer their customers. USAA was the insurance company of the insuree. They required the car to be evaluated by their adjuster at a different company. Their evaluation was for about $3,000 dollars worth of work. When I took the car to Euro Pro Collision Center I was told that their goal was to restore the car with OEM parts and to bring it back to its condition when it left the factory. Think about that. It is quite a statement! I was told it would take about two weeks to complete which was reasonable. First, they needed to take the car apart and see the true extent of the damage, order parts, match the paint (no easy task, more like an art,) paint each part, carefully blend with the existing paint and finally put it all back together. The estimate was MORE THAN TWICE, what the USAA adjuster had come up with. One of the things Euro Pro Collision Center prides itself in I was told, is dealing with the insurance companies who traditionally want to pay out as little as possible.....an aftermarket part here....perhaps a junkyard part there. By their OEM standards, I was told that is not what is going to happen. (I have a friend in another state where I once lived. I had taken other cars there for repair and out of curiosity spent time at his shop so I am pretty familiar with what goes on in the collision repair business. When the repair was completed I was told I could pick up the car. There was one problem. USAA sent the check to their adjuster's shop where I had originally taken the car. They would not release my car. Initially, I was upset because I thought it was no big deal, USAA would recut the check and send it to them. I spoke to the Euro Pro Collision Center's owner. In point of fact, what I thought was absolutely wrong. On too many occasions when this had occurred, they released the car only to learn that the insurance company sent the re-cut check to the customer who simply cashed it or put it in their bank rather than signing it over to Euro Pro Collision Center. You may think of this as theft which is criminal and easy to resolve. That is not the case. In most states, this kind of thing is a civil matter requiring a lawyer to file a claim and prosecute a case against the customer. This has a considerable cost. Even if the attorney obtains a judgment against the customer, then there is the matter of collecting which may result in getting pennies on the dollar amount owed. He told me, and when I thought about it I knew it to be true, the contract for the repair is between the customer and Euro Pro Collision Center. They do their best to have the cost of the repair covered and as I understand, most of the time they are very successful which is evident in what happened with my car. The entire cost was covered by USAA. I read other reviews here about problems with customer service. Rather than make me pay for the repair and wait for the check to come to me, they accepted the fact that the check was mailed by USAA to them. They released the car trusting that if by some crazy fluke the check was sent to me, I would do the right thing and give it to them. They really did not have to do that. It was an act of goodwill and kindness which in this day and age is noteworthy and quite remarkable. We are talking about over $3,000. Kudos to Euro Pro Collison Center! In some other reviews, I read that either things were not done in a timely matter or that the contact person did not always get back to them right away. The shop is huge. Frankly, it is the largest repair shop I have ever seen. Any business is run by human beings and we all know that we are all not perfect. That should be considered before quickly coming to the conclusion that customer service is not what one wants it to be. I was not always able to get my contact person right away but remember, the shop runs a very big operation. One would think that such a large operation might not produce quality results. That is not the case. My car, which I picked up yesterday, looks like it just left the dealership after when it was purchased. I looked at it very carefully with an eye for what I learned while at my friend's shop. The repair is absolutely perfect and in terms of reviewing Euro Pro Collison Center that is to use an apt expression, where the rubber hits the road. I broke my toy. I've heard so much about This shop over the years I know for a fact when I need their service again there's no question are use them again. My 2020 Corvette was struck by a deer and it mangled the front bumper. I put a call in to the shop and schedule the appointment. Parts availability really slowed the progress updates were given as the required things and the repairs moved along. Fast forward to delivery day And to my astonishment I didn't have to ask for any adjustments they gone over every single inch of the front of his car and I tell you GM could learn a thing or two about bodygaps from these guys. My car was hit in the parking lot while I was sitting in it in park. This was my very first brand new car that I ever got on my own and I was highly upset that I now was stuck with a wrecked car within months of having just gotten the car. Well, I spoke with Chase from Euro and let me tell you, he's a saint. I have nothing but great things to say about ALL of the employees that work there not only just Chase, Michele, Tom (I think was his name-if I got it wrong im sorry!) etc they were very patient with me, answered every stupid little question and concern that I had. After I initially spoke with Chase I felt like I could for one trust that my brand new wrecked car was in good hands and for two that I would be getting nothing but the car that I drove out of the Audi Dealership with the day that I bought it. They are OEM Certified and won't put after market parts on your car, I know some people may not car about that but that was my main concern was that the insurance companies were going to try and tell them that they weren't going to cover the cost of Audi parts for my vehicle. Well, Chase informed me that since I had a 2021 car that its too new anyways for their to be after market parts anyways but i didn't know that at the time. Even though it was Covid and I figured it may take awhile for parts to come in etc, it didn't they had all the parts there within a day or two. Overall, my experience with Euro was great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I highly recommend using them if you need a body collision shop and want the work done right and done right the first time around. Honestly, the paint job they did looks better now than what it did the day that it left Audi's parking lot. Didn't know until my Tesla's front bumper was busted by an errant parker that the nearest NoVA Tesla approved body shop is in Gaithersburg Maryland. It's a horrible drive to get there and I had to make three trips: one for an estimate, again to drop it off once the part arrived and finally to pick it up. Glad I don't have that drive as a commute. The body shop itself is a scary place for someone like me who parks as far away from anyone else as possible. I thought for sure that my car would come back with a new ding or two. It's also sad to see a dozen or so Teslas in various degrees of destructiveness. Everything worked out great though. My car looks good as new and didn't pick up any dings. The passenger door handle on my 2011 Porsche Cayenne snapped off during a sub-20 degree weather day. I called Euro Pros and they welcomed for me to take my car to their shop to give me an estimate on the potential repair cost without an appointment. Upon arrival to the shop, they looked at my car and they were able to reassemble the door handle into my car in about 30 minutes. I recently was rear ended in my Porsche. I called Rockville Porsche for advice and they had recommended Euro Pros collision center. When I had initially called and talked to the euro pros team, they sounded very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable working with them. I agreed to have my car fixed with them and will describe my experience below. I will start off with the negatives. My service advisor was Erica. I was initially told that it would take 3-4 weeks to have my car finished. It ended up taking over six weeks to have the car done. The problem was that Erica would keep telling me it will be done in the next few days, which ended up delaying weeks later. I wish I would've read previous yelp reviews, because you can see that this is a recurring problem with this shop. It's one thing to take awhile to fix a car correctly, but the problem is when the customer is falsely told the car will be fixed at an earlier time. It was really frustrating waiting and waiting to have the car done. My second problem with the shop is customer service. I had called in and left a message for Erica 5 times while my car was being repaired. I never once got a callback from Erica in response to my messages. I found this very disrespectful. I had to continuously call her throughout the day and hope that she picked up because my messages were never returned. Other than this experience with Erica, the customer service from the other employees was great while I visited the shop. In terms of the good, the repairs to the car we're great. The shop does really good work. I was happy with the way my car ended up. The prices are very high, definitely the highest out of all the estimates that I had received. I was not at fault for my accident so this didn't matter, but if you are paying out-of-pocket it is definitely the most expensive shop I have seen in the area. Lastly, I just wanted to note one more part about my experience with Euro Pros. When I came to pick up my car, my cars Engine was running and sitting outside waiting for pick up. I drove The car home, and then noticed that it would not start anymore. I had tried calling Euro Pros who said that they were not sure about why this happened. I was pretty upset about it and just wanted to take the car somewhere else. I ended up taking it to the Porsche dealership. They had told me that my battery was drained and needed to be charged. Not sure who's fault, I literally drove the car straight home, got my gym bag, got in the car 2 minutes later and it wouldn't start. The last thing I wanted to do was have my car go back to Euro Pros and have to wait another month to have something fixed so I just paid for the battery myself. read more

This is actually 4.5 stars, edging towards 5. I have used Euro Pros for work done multiple times on multiple cars. Recently, I was in an accident and my rear quarter panel was torn up pretty good. Because I had worked with Derrick and his team before, I was already aware of the attention to detail they pay to their work. My car left euro pros looking as good as when I drove it off the lot. They also retouched a key scratch on my front fender that was not part of the insurance claim! Throughout the process, Ellen was my primary point of contact and she was extremely courteous and helpful. My only criticism is that the work took a couple weeks longer than originally expected. This was not necessarily euro pros fault (bad weather, trouble with my insurance company responding) but they offered me more than adequate restitution for my inconvenience. I will always use Euro Pros for auto body work on my cars. I just hope I don't have to see them again soon! read more

If you are looking for a body shop that does excellent job and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for a big difference, go to Euro Pros. Most luxury dealerships (Porsche, Range Rover, Lexus) dealers refer their picky clients here. They did an impressive job with fitting a bumper & exhaust system on my old lexus that every other body shop said would not fit. The paint was an exact match, and it was impossible to tell the difference between the fresh new paint, and the 3 year old paint on the rest of the car. The other time they did repair on a hardtop convertible, and I did not have any issues with the final results (if you are familiar with hardtop convertibles, you know if you get in an accident where the roof gets damaged, it will never be the same). Just keep in mind, they are really good, but really busy (thanks Yelp!). So you would need to make an appointment a month in advance, and the repair will take 2 to 3 times longer than what they estimate. Trust me, it will be worth the wait. read more

Erica and the rest of the front of the house people did an amazing job at communicating with everyone and working with the insurance companies to get everything done properly, rental car properly covered, and making sure there was nothing to worry about on my end. They were very good at communicating with me, and whenever I called and said my name they knew me and my car. If they needed to call me back they always did as well. I was referred to Euro Pros by Porsche of Bethesda to have a bumper cover replaced and painted. I was bumper tapped by a teenager while in Florida and it also tore the flex coupling on my exhaust near the engine. I was told the repair should not take any longer than 1 week. They had my Porsche for almost 3 months. The insurance adjuster tried to warn me that this shop was slow but they did good work. 3 months was entirely too long and they never finished fixing the exhaust. The adjuster warned me that if the vehicle stayed in that shop, they were getting close to totaling the vehicle. So I agreed to pull the vehicle from the shop. Went to pick the car up and I was shocked to find orange peel paint job and dirt in the paint. When I mentioned the orange peel Chase (the service writer) said it was the bumpers texture. This was a Porsche OEM bumper cover. I knew it wasn't true but I wasn't going to argue with him. I took the car to 3 other auto body shops and everyone of them immediately recognized the orange peel and dirt in the paint. For a paint job that should have been around $1000 turned into $6500 and 3 months without the car. In fairness $2000 was for a flex exhaust cat pipe (that they never installed) Still, $4400 to replace and paint a bumper cover?! I don't usually post bad reviews. I would rather post a positive one but this shop really disappointed me. The cost might be justified because Porsche parts are expensive but the craftsmanship was just not there. There were other issues but I won't get into them. UPDATE: So it's been about two months since this shop finished the bumper cover repair. I was walking by the Porsche today and my elbow brushed the drivers tail light and it was loose. Felt like it was about to fall off. I removed the tail light and found one of the fasteners had been broken when they reinstalled the tail lights. My wife kept complaining about something rattling in the back ever since we picked the car up from Euro Pros. I dismissed it thinking it was the tow ball tongue. The repair that Euro Pros did on our Lexus SUV is excellent. You can't see any indication that there had been damage to the roof or the electronics. They had to pull the interior roof liner as well, and it looks like it was never touched. We have that hard to match pearl white, and it's done perfectly. And the car was detailed, inside and out, when it was returned to us. Excellent repair work overall. Our car dealership had recommended Euro Pros. We knew up front we would have to wait a couple of weeks for them to do the repair since they were so busy, but they put a temporary repair on our roof damage to keep the water out and we were willing to wait. Unfortunately, after they had the car, one of the staff members was ill for 4 days, and somehow the request for additional funds from the insurance company was never submitted until they had the car for 2.5 weeks. We did not have rental car coverage, so this was quite an inconvenience for two of us sharing one car. We asked to speak with management about this, and they called us promptly that afternoon. They acknowledged there had been some issues, apologized, and offered to compensate us for the problems. While we would have preferred for the repair to be done on time, Euro Pros certainly handled it well afterwards. Good customer service. So we'd give them 5 stars for the work and for handling a problem well; 3 stars for dropping the ball and taking so long on the repair. But that could have been a fluke--people do get sick and the shop is busy. Overall, we'd still go back to them and still recommend them. My Porsche 911 was repaired at this shop. The repair quality was mediocre, with panels rubbing and squeaking, and damage to the paint. I had to bring the car back a week later so they could repair their own work, and they charged me $hundreds for it. Billing a customer to repair their own mistakes is unacceptable. A number of expensive aftermarket parts on my car mysteriously went missing during their repair process, and I was provided neither an explanation, nor compensation for the missing parts. The repair bill showed repeated line items, overcharging me by $thousands. For example, I was billed for six side mirrors, at over $600 per pair. The repair process took *months* longer than projected with no explanation. Communication from Jack was poor through the process. My car was damaged in the accident and I brought it to Euro Pro. There are three things made me disappointed by their service. 1) One of the sensor was changed by the shop. When I got my car back, I found that all the sensors are NOT working!!! Not only the rear sensors but also the front sensors. Until my husband noticed that they forgot to turn the sensor on. How stupid the mistake the professional shop can make. 2) They said they need one month to fix my car. But they keep delaying by telling me "we need one more day....""we need two more day...." I drove the rental car, and I have to stop by the gas station to full the tank every time they told me it's delay. 3) When they pulled the car from their shop for me, I can hear a noise from the car. They found issues caused by the accident, that an average body shop would not have. True professionals. The owner, Derek, is super personable, and Erica, his service writer, was awesome. Once I took my car in for repairs, they handled the rest, they sent new estimates to my insurance company an they notify me on the extended "stay" of my car. When my car was ready for pickup they reviewed again everything they did to the vehicle, inform me if anything goes wrong with the work to bring my car back in. I brought my 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo to Euro Pros after it was heavily damaged during transport from CA to VA. While the insurance company ended up totaling the vehicle, I did want to leave a review on the shop's excellent customer service. It took the insurance company several weeks to compile estimates and begin the process of settling the claim. Euro Pros was there every step of the way keeping me updated and were super responsive over phone/email whenever I had questions. The shop also went above and beyond to accommodate me during less than ideal circumstances over the holidays. Euro Pros fixed my Lexus GS 350 that was in 2 different accidents and had 2 different insurance claims. Erica and the rest of the front of the house people did an amazing job at communicating with everyone and working with the insurance companies to get everything done properly, rental car properly covered, and making sure there was nothing to worry about on my end. They were very good at communicating with me, and whenever I called and said my name they knew me and my car. If they needed to call me back they always did as well. For customer service I would give them 6 stars if I could. The work that was done was also terrific. You would never know that the car was in an accident, and they cleaned the entire car as well. Terrible customer service. Little to no response to my phone calls until my vehicle had been sitting for 6 weeks. All in all, it took almost 2 months for a fairly standard bumper replacement. If you are interested in inconvenience and poor customer service then this is the place for you. read more

absoloutely terrible service in more ways the words can describe. They passed the deadline given for the repairs made to my car over 3 times. My car was finally returned to me over a MONTH after the original deadline. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would. Under no circumstance would I ever send a car here again to be repaired for any reason even if it was free. Most lazy group of business owners I have ever delt with in my life. read more

Do not use this company. I was told the repairs would take a week. After holding my car hostage for a month they told me that I had to agree to fix something unrelated to the accident. I told them I did not have the money and to proceed with the repairs discussed and agreed to by the insurance company. A few days later I got a call saying to come pick up the car. After a week of being told that the car would be ready "the next day" and it not I finally picked it up only to be billed $375 for doing no work - $200 of which was "administration". During the entire process I was the one who had to call and follow-up, each time to be told incomplete or incorrect information. If was promised a call back I rarely got it. Bad customer service.
