I first dealt with Shock Therapy about 5 years ago when I had 4 Fox shocks rebuild. They did a great job then. Set an appointment to drop them off and got them back earlier then expected. Fast forward to now. They have moved into a larger building in the deer valley area which makes it easier to get to. They do the work when they say and how they say.......they even called to let me know about 2 problems they found that had nothing to do with what they where doing and wanted me to be aware of......very happy. Went to Glamis for Xmas/new years, I have a 19 Turbo S. I couldn't go more than 20 MPH thru any of the whoops. It was sad, I went to Shock Therapy's booth and had them install the FOX upgrade kit. At first it didn't make a difference and then they did some fine tuning. WOW, the car is amazing now. 60-70 MPH thru the same whoops now. I'm absolutely in love with the car again. Just experienced the worst customer service regarding a return. The shocks come with no instruction and require installation which we were not prepared to pay. So after really being faced with that we decided to return and purchase at a later time. It was $1400 in parts and now Shock Therapy doesn't want to help me with shipping costs to return. $86 in fees and they are not willing to help with any of cost. Really disappointed. read more

I bought some of their limit straps. Although the material seems to be good quality, the customer service sucks! Actually there is NO customer service to speak of. They don't answer or return phone calls or emails. No one to answer any questions or concerns. Made a bonzai run over to Phoenix yesterday to have Shock Therapy to work their magic on the Rzr I picked up a couple of months ago. Had heard they were doing free installation on anything I purchased. I know that they are known as the premier utv suspension experts so I jumped at the chance. Got to the shop about 230 pm on Wednesday so they would have it for 1st thing Thursday morning. I asked for an estimate when it would be done and they said end of the day. I figured it would take awhile. But when they found out where we were from (about 650 from them), they started on it at 630 am with what had to be a NASCAR pit crew. I got a call at 830 saying that my Rzr was ready for pick up. They got the dual rate springs installed, my rear sway bar installed, and a gusset kit installed.....and they threw in a free flex fit hat. Customer service is alive and well at ShockTherapy, as is quality workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in there work. Before we loaded up, 3 of the technicians walked me around the Rzr to make sure everything looked good and to see if I had any questions. I can not recommend this business any higher...so if anyone has a utv....give these guys a call. read more

They cannot deliver on products time lines and think it ok to BS the customer on why the product is not ready. and that the customer should be happy that they gave 100% refund but don't care about the months the customer is out and had his car abort for months and was given options or at least a truthful update of the three that was not. A thought to the possible new customers when a shop is 4 and 5 mouths out on a average of a five hour installs they need to take a good look and figure out why. History of most bessness that get to big to fast. looks like J needs to sideline racing and get back considering customer first because what I see on Facebook live and my exsexperience completely defendant now this is my experience I now not everyone will have the same out come God I hope not! and his products are a grate quality and works. I ordered a set of shock resevoir extension caps for my can am maverick x3. the description of the product gave a diameter of 2 inches as the only identifying fitment specification. I verified with a set of calipers before ordering only to receive a set of cups that was much smaller. I called and informed the sales team of the issue. I then had to purchase a second set and was told they would include a return slip. the second set came in and fit perfectly. however I never recieved a return slip. I contacted the support team at shock therapy and they sent a return form for the inside of the package but not a paid postage slip. not a big deal if they would have told me in the first place but I called today after waiting two weeks for a reply. I called again and after explaining the situation i Was told that I'm responsible for return shipping even though their policy states you are responsible only if it does not meet your satisfaction. My issue was not that I wasn't satisfied with the part. My issue is that the product is poorly describe and cause me to purchase the wrong part. I have the fox qs3 quick setting System. I will say after a more than reasonable attempt to fix the situation, the shock therapy team fell way short of my expectations as a paying customer and I will not be returning. There are many other options to choose from and customer service is part of what sets you apart from the competition. read more

My first impression at Glamis after having my fox shocks re-valved, tuned and spring kit from Shock Therapy. .. S*#T, I should have done this sooner. But could it be better? (new addiction) I ended up going with a long travel kit knowing I'll need stiffer upper springs.. And Shock Therapy was right, my rzr was too plush. I contacted JD, and James from Shock Therapy and they made sure the correct springs I needed were loaded on their semi trailer for me to pick up in Glamis. Showed up on Thanksgiving day and Ernie from ST walked over to my rzr and double checked everything to make sure I was buying the correct springs. Ernie answered all of my questions and went over all the details to get everything dialed in. I just had my RZR serviced at Shock Therapy. I had to drive over an hour from my house to drop it off. They were everything a company should be for a paying customer (clean, friendly, professional, efficient, honest etc.) I got my car back when they said it would be done. They went over everything they did and sent me on my way as a happy customer. I recieved a call from them the next day. Apparently they overlooked something during the shock rebuild. Here's the part that made my jaw drop.... Instead of rescheduling me to come back in (1 hr. drive each way) and have them address the issue, They drove out to my house and fixed the issue. They worked around my needs. Called before they drove out, when they got there and when they were about to leave to make sure I was in the loop of what they were doing. I Just want to thank Shock Therapy and Stevie especially for his customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Now if I can only convince them to come to me during my next rebuild. read more
