I went to buy a part (Tail Light lens) from Sanderson FORD, after 15 minutes of driving around the complex and confusing dealership finally I found the parts dept. 4 young latinos behind the counter 3 guys were checking a map online, 1 girl responded , I told her I like to buy a part , she immediately responded that I have to open an account before they can sell me anythings,when I said why, I don't want to open an account all I want just a simple purchase of basic part,then she said let me ask my manager and the manager was one of those young guys,they ignored her at least for good 3 to 4 minutes, then he rudely responded, I will sell to you but there won't be any refund or warranty as soon as I leave the door, I went and complained to the manager at sals dept. and he said he will look in to it without offering if I still want the part. I left and I purchased the part from another dealer. This company has made every things convenient for themselves rather than for their customers. basically they bully their customers. I won't buy anythings from them and do not recommend them to any one. The only way we can change their business model is to go elsewhere where they value and respect their customers.There are hundreds of dealerships in the valley. I recently took my 2021 Shelby GT 500 to Sanderson Ford Commercial for an LOF, as the only mechanic who has worked on my car changed dealership to Sanderson. I would like to say thank you to Shane Rose for treating my car as it was his own. Service Team- Vehicle has a TSB ticket issued. However because the vehicle is just past the warranty mileage at 61K it is not under warranty. To fix the issue a new transmission is required. They want $11000 to replace the transmission. No discounts, no help, no rebuilds. Nothing they can do to assist... it was however mentioned that if I bought a new vehicle they may be able to help with the cost of this repair. I asked the service manager to stand by the products he sells (the Ford name) and said he didn't sell me this vehicle. Nothing but excuses. Not even sure I trust the evaluation. I went in there and was just looking around and had a few questions about the price. etc. The pushy salesperson had me go into his office and we talked. He asked if he should run my credit report. I asked if it would be a hard inquiry and he said yes. I then said that I had been working very hard on improving my credit score. I asked him to PLEASE not run it because I did not want the hard inquiry. HE PROMISED THAT HE WOULD NOT. About 7 months later I got a copy of my credit report and there it was the HARD INQUIRY. I called and politely requested that they remove it. They could not have been any more rude and said, NO. We pulled up to the bay where Lance greeted us and took our car for an oil check and a tire rotation. He was very professional yet personable, directing us to where we could wait if we chose to stay on campus. Before we knew it, we were being texted that we were ready to go. As my husband and I were going through our routine of getting from him wheelchair into the passenger seat, the sweet man who was there for check-out actually took the wheelchair, folded it and placed it into the trunk. First, never buy a Ford! Second, if you do, NEVER take it to Sanderson for service, you will be sorry! My husband needed a DOT inspection on his F-350 for work. He calls and makes an appointment for Friday afternoon drop off, picking up Saturday. So, he drops off about 1:30 Friday and gets major attitude. "Your appointment isn't until 3:00, your advisor Art is at lunch. It's ok I'm just dropping off and it's a straightforward inspection! If there is a problem have Art call me." Fast forward to Saturday, my husband calls leaves a message for Art, again at noon, talks to Tyler, apparently Art isn't working today. He is told it will be ready at 3:00, and we close at 3:00. 2:17 my husband calls a 3rd time and is told they haven't started it yet...huh, you've had it 2 days, with an appointment and you haven't even started it! So I drive him to pick it up, he talks to Rex, the department manager. Rex wasn't even aware of this problem, so he calls Tyler. Tyler tells him the tech that was to start the work yesterday called in today. So no work was done. Ok I see several problems with this. One, you are the manager and you don't know who in your department is working and if someone called in wouldn't you at least inquire what they were working on? That's usually what managers do, right? Manage people! Apparently not at Sanderson you just sit in a office with internet access. This is the second time this has happened to us with the service department. If Tyler would have been honest when he first talked to my husband we may have been able to call another dealership. First time shame on you. Second time shame on me. We won't be back and we will make sure no one we know does either. Wait on second thought we have smart friends and they don't own Fords. read more

Do not go here! They are still running the old scam of giving you the car to take home because they're KINDA sure they can get you financing. They did this to a very good friend of mine. Got her emotionally involved and happy, gave her the car , took her trade-in. And then 3 weeks later the whole deal fell through. They called her back in and told her they needed more money and the payments would go up. They are hoping she is so emotionally tied to the car now that she will just pay more. She was already at her maximum amount financially. So she had to give the new car back, change her insurance back, get her old car back. Etc. This is completely inappropriate, bad business practice and just cruel! In this day and age there is absolutely no reason to put someone through this!!!! I just purchased a car from them and it was a good experience no high pressure like a lot of car dealerships, I had went down and looked at some vehicles about two months ago, then I was looking online at there website and saw a SUV that i was interested in, I gave them a call to see if it was still available and it was, when I went to the dealership i took it for a test drive and then i liked it so we went through the usual finance options, but it was pretty good overall, no high pressure sales, just straight forward how much do you want to put down and how much will the payments will be, no add ons, pinstripe and stuff you don't want. I would definitely recommend going here. even if you are not looking for a ford they have a good selection of used cars. read more

We purchased a used 2017 F-350 in December 2022 at Sanderson Ford, Glendale, AZ. Everything went fine, we agreed on a monthly payment of $544 a month. They typed up the documents and come back for the signing, little did I know they changed the monthly payment to $615 a month. Of course, they start putting papers in front of you and you start signing and putting your initials places that they highlight. I never noticed they put a different number than we agreed on for the monthly payment. All I can say is Sanderson Ford is one slick bunch. I have purchased many a vehicle over the years and never had that happen before. My wife and I are senior citizens, and I would never take advantage of someone like that. We had an excellent service experience, thanks to Bert and his team. We are full time RVers and needed a timely repair on our motorhome's power steering pump which was leaking and spraying onto the serpentine belt. We have a Ford v10 engine. We called yesterday and although they are busy and a service tech is about to go on leave next week, Bert told us to come in first thing this morning. We arrived at 7.15 and by 7.30 they had taken it out back to diagnose and commence the repair. Bert handled our extended service contract claim as well and our RV was ready to collect at 5pm. Extremely happy with their service and Bert was just so friendly, warm and helpful - we can't say enough about how thrilled we are with our service experience today. They are purchasing a new expensive truck and ordering it through your sales department. But i told them they might want to think twice about going through your dealership for their purchase because can they really believe in your service department or if something came up on the new truck would they be brushed aside again with no help. This review is for the RV service area, not for sales. We rented an RV in San Diego and were headed to Sedona when the vehicle broke down. We were towed to Sanderson where they promptly checked out the RV and gave us the bad news that there was no way we'd be able to continue in the vehicle. Knowing that we needed to get to a wedding ASAP, the staff was incredibly accommodating and did their best to rush the inspection for us and get us to a rental car facility. Everything about the place was a class act, especially David and Jason. The circumstances certainly weren't great but they did everything they could to make things a little easier for us. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we were really impressed. If we lived in Arizona and owned an RV, we would definitely come back here. read more

The ladies in the Quick Lane department are worthless, they'll see customers walk in and pretend to be on the phone and completely ignore the customer standing waiting! I hope not all Ford dealerships/service department are run this way. After searching for a new car in late November of last year, I found the car/features/color I wanted at Sanderson Ford. I drove 30 miles to this dealership for that reason. Having never dealt with them before, I was hoping for a good experience. The car buying process was a bit time consuming, and seemed to be scattered in who does what. My salesman was cordial, but I knew more about the safety features than he did. I have a credit score of 800 and bought through Ford Credit. We bought the car, ( and the extended warranty and full service warranty) and had it about two weeks, when it rained and we noticed it didn't have windshield wipers on the car. This seems like a safety issue that should have been basic and checked. When I called my salesman back to get wiper blades, he stated first off that my survey report of an 8/10 cost him a lunch, but if I wanted to drive back he would get me the windshield wipers. I did drive back, (its the principle), and when I arrived I was again informed that my survey cost him a lunch, and he proceeded to search the lot and took wiper blades off another similar car and put them on mine! OK, so I got wiper blades, drove home and hoped for good service when I needed it. Its been 3 months and I had received a "free first" oil change if I went to the dealership. So I called service to schedule an appointment, and I was informed by the service department, that just for the first oil change I needed to go through their quick lane service, and that I could make an appointment in the service area if I wanted to, but after I got there, the service associate would then give me a time frame for the oil change and it would be a wait of several hours, the appointment was to just get the car into the service area, not the scheduled time for the oil change. Again, it was "free", so I drove the 30 miles to the quick lane service on a Tuesday morning, and when I got there were at least a dozen cars in line, some waiting in the street to turn left behind the service lanes, several others had left, and several frustrated people milling about the lot. I asked the guy checking in people how long the wait was and he replied at least 1.5 to 2 hours, but if I wanted to come back between 4 and 6, it might be better. That is/was the last chance this dealership gets from me. I will never return nor use their service department, the worst experiences for simple things, cant imagine if something major happened. I just hope that the sales and service from this dealer, is not indicative of the quality of the car, and if any other Ford dealers out there want my sale and service they can reply. read more

This dealership is just plain terrible. I bought a new camaro from them. Two weeks go by and i hear nothing all the while driving my new car around. Then out of the blue they call me saying there is a problem with the paperwork. Nothing serious but i needed to come back in and resign some things. I said ok and went in the next day. There i was meet with almost no customer service, was pushed aside for around two hours then when i told the sales reps i couldn't stick around any longer because i needed to get to work they got upset with me saying that they really needed me to sign the papers. I set a time for the next day to come in and sign the paperwork. The next day i come in and yet again no papers are ready, the person that had been hassling me about them had left for the day already ( 2:30 in the afternoon). After another two hours of waiting around they finally approach me and say that they cant make the original deal and that i would need another 2,300 down to keep the car. I told them that just wasn't possible and asked if there was such a big issue with financing why not just tell me that instead of saying i just needed to re sign some things. No answers were given. These people are as unprofessional as they come. I would not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY read more
