I needed a part for a Hino truck (they're an authorized dealer) really bad last night. I called and called and called and called and no one picked up. Mind you, this was at 5:30 PM, well within their business hours. Sometimes I could hear them pick up and then place me on hold without a simple "can I place you on a hold and be with you as soon as I can?" Instead they let it ring and ring and after a few minutes their stupid phone lines dont even let you continue to hold, it forces you to leave a voice mail. At that point you have to call back and jump back into the never ending queue of other people waiting on hold. Absolutely the dumbest POS phone line system ever. They need to hire more people! read more

Absolutely exceptional experience. I needed to get into a truck 5 minutes ago. I'm an owner operator coming into a semi from a hot shot set up. Andrew in sales made this thing work. This guy got me into my truck, financed, had an electric brake controller installed and got my apportioned plates transferred way faster than I thought possible. I was up his ass to get it done and in turn he was up everyone sales ass making moves for me. Andrew is extremely responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I'm very grateful to work with him. Sam in service is the technician who installed my brake controller. This guy is incredible as well. He had me come in with my trailer to make sure everything was installed to fit correctly. Sam's extensive knowledge is obvious just having a conversation with the guy. He was thorough and explained every part going in the truck. He got this done in a single work shift. Excellent! Kenny I believe is the sales manager. I've had terrible experiences with other dealers in the past and I wanted to see who I was dealing with. Kenny took a good 30 minutes to explain how things work at their dealer and in his quote "I'd rather explain how things work so I can piss you off now rather than after you sign". Horrible service, Service doesn't answer calls and when they do answer, you speak with someone to get back with you and they never call you back. Was told they can't put my boyfriends Peterbilt on a Dyno to find out what the problem is. Go somewhere else they will probably be able to find whatever problem you have. I'm driving up the 101 northbound and noticed this truck losing its load. The younger looking Hispanic kid didn't seem to care that there was plastic wrap blowing off the load onto the highway. The photo was taken after several pieces of the load had already come loose! I wrote to the company using social media messenger and they never responded though I could see that they received it. After 4 days of waiting I sent them a message and said it was obvious you didn't care about my message and so I will be sure to pass the word along to the people who hate litterbugs and lawbreakers! I wouldn't do business with these people because they just don't seem to care. I'm going to share this on any and all places I can because it sickens me. read more

Make sure you have a pet carrier if you come here to have work done. Dogs not allowed inside unless they are caged up. Guess there have been drivers that let there dogs make messes and don't clean up after themselves so the rest of us have to sit outside and sweat because the shade does not last long. If you can make it to Tucson they allow dogs in break room. Besides that all the staff here seem friendly. read more

WORST repair experience I've ever had!!! My medium duty truck sat there for a week before I was sent an estimate of $17000 for a whole bevy of other work. They didn't take the time to properly diagnose it , and just wanted to throw a slew of new parts at it !! It left on a tow truck to a reputable shop after paying $988 for their diagnostic labor ?? i had im truck looked at i have a repair estimate for $1039 and was told that if i take my truck now i will pay about $1100 with taxes and tell them to not do anything more to the truck when the driver get there i tell the shop the driver will take the truck it take the shop 7hr to do paper work i talk to management and im told they will box all parts up and i tell the if i will have to pay for anything that i dont need it doxed up that the driver will do every thing management tell me that i will not have to pay anything more but when its time to pay it was $1258 when i call management im told the paper work i have must not be wright i feel like i was taken advantage if the paper work i have is no good then why did you give it to me and tell me this is what i will have to pay read more
