worst customer services I ever dealt with !! my truck broke down and got towed in their yard in their premise and they never wanted me to check in they keep telling me bring the truck up. I told them the truck doesn't not run need help after 4 days of waiting for help the left me alone and close the garage and the business. how can I trust them with my truck and repair coast if they keep sending good customers home and not willing to take their job seriou !! 9-5 workers need to change their attitude wasting company money at. the end I had to call 3 different tow truck to the dealership and finally decide to keep my business to different locations and those who were willing to help me, i do appreciate your efforts the power of the coming should not here quantify ppl what you need is quality staff members who I do appreciate them so much for their time

Plastic wrap blowing off the load onto the highway. This photo was taken after several pieces of the load had already come loose!

I'm driving up the 101 northbound and noticed this truck losing its load. The younger looking Hispanic kid didn't seem to care that there was plastic wrap blowing off the load onto the highway. The photo was taken after several pieces of the load had already come loose! I wrote to the company using social media messenger and they never responded though I could see that they received it. After 4 days of waiting I sent them a message and said it was obvious you didn't care about my message and so I will be sure to pass the word along to the people who hate litterbugs and lawbreakers! I wouldn't do business with these people because they just don't seem to care. I'm going to share this on any and all places I can because it sickens me.

Quality service and parts. I highly recommend them for knowing what parts you need and selling them.

Inland Kenworth - Fuse box hanging not mounted properly

Inland Kenworth

Mr. Fabian Villalobos is a used truck sales consultant at Inland Kenworth, Tolleson, AZ. The words…read more"integrity" & "sales consultant" are rarely found in the same sentence but Fabian is the exception. His superlative knowledge and experience with the industry is only surpassed by his genuine demeanor. Fabian did all he could possibly do on my behalf but because of personal circumstances unrelated to the purchase we were unable to close the deal. I had to back out. Fabian accepted my decline graciously and with understanding. He will be my first choice consultant once my circumstances change.

Absolutely terrible experience with Inland Kenworth specifically this location This has honestly…read morebeen one of the worst service experiences I've ever dealt with. They kept my truck for almost 2 months for an engine replacement, and after finally giving it back, the truck STILL had an active check engine light. I brought it back THREE different times for the exact same issue, and every time I got excuses instead of actual repairs. The customer service was awful from start to finish. Communication was poor, nobody seemed to care about the downtime they were causing, and getting updates was a constant struggle. For a truck that makes money every day it's on the road, keeping it sitting for months while failing to fix the problem is unacceptable. The quality of workmanship is even worse. After inspecting the truck myself, I found wiring routed carelessly, exposed connectors, the fuse box hanging by zip ties, and even main battery cables secured with zip ties. This is the type of work you'd expect from a backyard hack job -- not a Kenworth dealership charging premium labor rates. I attached photos because the pictures speak for themselves. I trusted this shop to properly replace an engine, but instead I got repeated downtime, unresolved check engine issues, and wiring work that honestly looks rushed and unsafe. I would never bring another truck here again, and I strongly recommend other owner-operators and fleet owners inspect every inch of their truck before leaving this shop.

I took my 42' Class A motorhome In for annual service and…read moreto have a fairly minor repair to the engine cooling. In my last visit I had to have the radiator rebuilt, as the service salesman reported to me that it was totally clogged. That repair took several weeks to be completed which the service salesman blamed on the 3rd party radiator shop. My share of the financial blame came out to $5745.81! This visit was to have a troublesome leak at the radiator cap which I felt was part of the previous work that surfaced during our summer trip. The service salesman's stand- in called me the next day advising that the work was completed. We drove to the shop to pick up the coach, paid our bill, and headed for home with my wife following behind the coach in our (toad) Jeep. Within 10 miles my wife noticed that the coach was leaking coolant. When I got home, I sent an email to the service salesman about the problem, and he quickly responded, asking me to survey the situation, and they would take care of it. I researched the symptoms on the web, consulted with the coach builders engineers, and did my own assessment, having had a lifetime of experience with mechanical issues, plus a very successful career in Hi-tech. (I'm retired and 72 y. O. I reported back to the service salesman that I had found that the replacement radiator cap installed by the Velocity technician was missing the upper gasket. He had asked me to do an assessment and go let him know. I double checked my sources and confirmed that this was THE problem. We drove down to velocity and I visited with the service salesman in his office. I told him what I had found, and he responded that my assessment was wrong. We discussed my offerings, which he denied. He agreed to to adjust the cost of the cap, $46.25 (vs the $12.00 for the correct one with both gaskets that I purchased on the way to Velocity because I knew they were hard to find) but didn't adjust the labor charge of $194.00. To change the radiator cap. He told me the labor charge was because the technician had to replace the missing overflow hose. I responded that the hose was in place prior, and was still there because it was filthy. We ended our meeting at this point. Please do not trust or use this provider unless you no other choice, and be aware that you will be overcharged !
