    They charge way too much..... Mobile team charged more than $1200 just for couple hour diagnostic....

They kept my truck for almost 2 months for an engine replacement, and after finally giving it back, the truck STILL had an active check engine light. I brought it back THREE different times for the exact same issue, and every time I got excuses instead of actual repairs. The customer service was awful from start to finish. Communication was poor, nobody seemed to care about the downtime they were causing, and getting updates was a constant struggle. For a truck that makes money every day it's on the road, keeping it sitting for months while failing to fix the problem is unacceptable. The quality of workmanship is even worse. After inspecting the truck myself, I found wiring routed carelessly, exposed connectors, the fuse box hanging by zip ties, and even main battery cables secured with zip ties. This is the type of work you'd expect from a backyard hack job -- not a Kenworth dealership charging premium labor rates. I attached photos because the pictures speak for themselves. I trusted this shop to properly replace an engine, but instead I got repeated downtime, unresolved check engine issues, and wiring work that honestly looks rushed and unsafe. I would never bring another truck here again, and I strongly recommend other owner-operators and fleet owners inspect every inch of their truck before leaving this shop.

He knows in text ...That I inquired about APU trucks and then I honed in on my next few big items. One of the very next items on my search on top of my list and I specifically stated" it had to have "adaptive cruise". I honed in a a truck that should have had it based on the year and Model asked him to affirm and he did and I made a offer. We made a deal. I asked about accident history to which Rob said no history as far as he knows and no other evidence except what I thought was skecy part for mfg . No other evidence came up during inspection. I checked everything I could think to prior to taking delivery but there was no way to be able to check the adaptive cruise. Lots of different textured paint on lower fairings and frt Bumper. He said he didn't seem concerned and thought the paitn was fine . We test drove they are in a highly congested area and we went out for a drive at 4:00ish . no place to use cruise ...Camera safety thing which I think is part of the electronic cruise worked as far as crossing lines. But after reading up it works in conjunction with a bumper mounted radar sensor to detect traffic I front . I am pretty sure if I sold trucks for a living, I would know that that black license size thing on all the bumpers of Kenworth Trucks are for adaptive Cruise ! So yes I picked up the truck drove it home and realized quickly , no adaptive cruise ! My second highest priority in our negotiation and clearly in our text thread. All I have for recourse is this . Its not right. Management should review text and take responsibility for the obvious expectation and oversight by Rob . I was hoping against hope they would do the right thing review my inquiry prior to purchase in a text string and offer to replace and fix radar. Nope He ( Rob acknowledged our conversation ) and said he spaced it with all the other things going on But said they will not do anything about it except say sorry about that. Its a 1000 just fr the part . I am NOT happy . A different decision and this could have been a 5 instead of a 2 Star. Their future success is vulnerable if this is there mindset .:(:( I would be careful . Was proudly going to use there free advertisement Mud flaps . I may yank off or leave on and if anyone inquires I will tell my story . They probably spend 10's of thousands in advertising and I say a resolved service after the sale is the cheapest BEST ADVERTISEMENT you can spend . FYI I like writing 5 Star reviews a lot more!!!

Had a bent rim, $5k in front suspension & steering damage, an exhaust leak didnt even do service or the truck and when I brought it up & that their own contract state, "as is" has a 500 mile 15 day implied warranty of merchantability, they refused to honor it, that the way they make u sign thier contract voids it, & that they have been doing business this way for 25 yrs. Stated that they sell their vehicles "wholesale" to the public, but there is no mention on their website or their sales lot They write "as is" in a area saying sign here stating that u acknowledge u r buying vehicle "as is" & state that it voids the implied warranty. Hid things about the truck, like it had been in an accident, stated carfax doesnt show any accidents since 2013, If u search the value of the truck with the damage they sold it with its only worth $5k tops, not $20k. Refuses to fix anything but sending me used seatbelt. I kept all quotes & receipts. I suggest anyone that has had the same experience or believes they hid or straight out lied about any vehicles u may have been sold by this company & the owner to file an AG consumer complaint, as I am. Enough complaint about the same issues, or if the AG finds anything that was considered illegal or unethical business practices they can take more action against them. They use deceptive means to hide damage, or anything they either can't or refused to fix to sell a save vehicle, & will charge u for whatever repairs they did b4 selling it to u. Charged me an extra $1k for a water pump & ac, instead of fixing the real damage that could hurt someone. Checking they brakes is all they say they are required to do to sale their autos. Doesn't matter to them if the wheels come off or the steering, or hub come off as long as they changed the brake b4 they sold it.

My sister got her truck stolen and Penske did absolutely nothing to make it right. This company stole items once the truck was located and just threw all their items in another truck. Horrible company!!! Not once did a General Manager come out to assist in anyway!!!

    Our experience started in June of 2024 when after 2-years of renting trucks from Penske we thought…read moreit would be in our best interest to purchase one. We rent trucks and require a semi-about 4x per month. Here is a vehicle price breakdown for factual affect; The total price=$53,299 (taxes, fees, etc); we gave a deposit of $11,000-$500 (Title fee); which means our principal payment from the lender (we thought was Premier) would be $41,799. And on the BOS from Penske this is the price breakdown. But the contract changed when Penske got LEAF involved without our knowledge or consent. Now LEAF is stating that our contract buyout would be $51,330.72 (because we have made 4 payments.) These are the facts every buyer should be aware of and concerned by. How we got here is outlined below and for those of you say their idiots, or this is your fault-I hear you. This entire scenario has tested me and my husband beyond measure, and we should have walked away after being transferred to 4 people all working for the same company, but we really needed this truck. Now I am just hoping to stop some entrepreneur or excited business owner from ever working with or financing with Penske, Premier Financing or LEAF Capital. From June 20, 2024-July 15th, 2024; we were under the assumption that the financing for the vehicle would be thru Premier Financing who holds the vehicle certificate. This was the entity that requested all our bank documents, insurance information and all the applicable statements needed to finance a truck. We even signed the Vehicle BOS #079612....... on July 10th, 2024. Then for some unrequested reason and without explanation we received an email from LEAF on July 16th, 2024. We did not choose LEAF capital; in fact, we were never consulted or informed there would be a transfer so we (apparently like idiots) assumed the Vehicle BOS from Penske would carry thru to LEAF. LEAF does not have a prepayment penalty clause in their contract, but they do state in section 2 under Payments that the 'Borrower may not prepay any portion of this Agreement. None of this was ever explained to us by anyone at Premier Financing or at LEAF. We signed the BOS and agreement with Premier Financing on 07/10/2024 that has no conditions about a prepayment penalty but now LEAF is saying even if you want to pay if off early you will be subject to the interest of the additional 54-months.
