This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

Had a blow out on the AT about 30 miles west of Las Cruces. Made the call to haul road assistance and was notified by their system that service would arrive in approximately 75 minutes (Map route from his Canuttllo location to Mile Marker 116 on I-10). After 60 minutes, I called and the owner answered. I asked how much longer it wold be for someone to arrive and he said another hour. I explained to him that Uhaul said it would be 75 minutes and it was only 52 miles away. Well he got pretty fired up to say the least and threatened me to call off his driver. I played the part so this prick wouldn't leave me stranded.

On November 25, 2025, I had bushings and new U-bolts installed here. Shortly after, the axle shifted, leading to catastrophic mechanical failure and approximately $9,000 in damages. When I called to resolve the issue and requested to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly denied access. Instead, I was told by staff that the manager "advised the driver" that the U-bolts required re-torquing. As I am both the owner and the driver, I can confirm that no such instruction was ever given. Furthermore, there is no mention of a required re-torque or mileage-based adjustment on my official work order or any provided documentation. It is disappointing to see a shop fail to stand behind its work and refuse to engage in a professional dialogue when a clear error in installation occurs. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer support.

Orangewood Avenue, Glendale, Az. I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.

He also told me he was repairing wires underneath the motorhome, but I crawled under after he left and there were zero repairs that weren't done by myself before he got there.
