I called Dave up and asked him if he minded if I plugged in a trickle charger for the battery and he said, "Totally fine! If there's power there, then it's open to use!" Or how about a few days ago: they close the gate at 7pm and we knew we weren't going to make it. I called Dave up to explain and he said, "no problem, use code xxxx and it will let you in and out". So thankful! In fact, when we pulled up he must have seen us on camera as the gate started opening on its own. It's almost weird how helpful he is...all we're doing is storing our crap but he goes out of his way to make sure we have a great experience every trip. And now the road outside is even paved! We made our reservation and it was clean and ready to go when they said it would be. We got a quick rundown how everything works (this is pretty simple to operate from a touchscreen) and all our questions were answered. While camping, the engine battery died. We used the 24-hour tech line and spoke to Chance. After attempts to jump it failed, he made arrangements to send someone to us with a new battery. Since we were remote, it took a little back-and-forth but Howie found us and swapped the battery. It started right up and we were on our way only about 30 minutes later than we'd planned. On returning the rig, we did a quick walk-around and mileage check and we were done. Easy peasy. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the "Drop and Go" service. Worth every penny. We will definitely return for another rental.

Claims all four tires were new and just replaced. I checked the tires both on the driver side were new the passenger side was the same tires as before. Owner refused to split cost and would not show receipt for claimed all new tires. Also half the straps provided were almost completely cut and the front jack hardly works.

Jon was not there so I left it with his employee (who was very nice). I expected a return call the following day as promised. I called 3 times over the next week before I could connect with Jon. He stated that the battery was bad and would be replaced. Since I live in the west valley about 45 minutes from the store, and I was given the choice of picking it up or having it sent to my home, I chose to ship it. This was on Dec. 16. I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks and need that battery. Yesterday (Jan. 12) I sent Jon a text: "Where the hell is my battery? I have patiently waited a month." I received the following reply from him: "Don't ever text or speak to me like that again." He never communicated to me that the battery would be shipped from the manufacturer instead of his store. He never communicated to me about how long it would take. He is a prime example of being the service-oriented dealer during the sale and then when it is needed, he is nowhere to be found. I love my scooter but will never deal with him again!!
