The team had me remove my off-road vehicle from the trailer, they took the trailer into the shop, and then later placed the trailer back onto my vehicle -- but did not latch or secure it. This was never communicated to me, and it is not stated anywhere in their paperwork. Several employees stood outside and watched while I began loading my off-road vehicle back onto the trailer, and no one warned me that the trailer had not been secured. As soon as weight went onto the trailer, it shifted forward and hit my SUV, causing damage to the rear of the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, the business took no responsibility and said it was "their policy" not to latch trailers, even though they still placed it on my vehicle. The owner, Mike Pauly, also showed no interest in helping resolve the situation. While I acknowledge that I should have double-checked the latch myself, I reasonably expected a professional trailer shop to communicate safety risks and not return a trailer to a customer in an unsecured condition. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to be very careful when doing business here.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Jares, who was extremely busy as the only salesman working that day. Despite his workload, Jares took the time to acknowledge me, welcome me, and assure me he would assist me as soon as possible. While waiting, several employees from different departments introduced themselves and offered assistance. Everyone was pleasant, and we had some engaging conversations about the trailer. When Jares was ready, the buying process was incredibly smooth. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the business and made helpful recommendations for accessories I had overlooked. My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

We recently took our RV to The RV Guy in Avondale because our leveling system decided it no longer…read morewanted to level. After some investigating, they discovered the issue was bad O-rings. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.
