He helped us find the PERFECT rug within our budget. He has a passion for rugs, evidenced by his collection and breadth of knowledge. We shopped across the street without any luck. Sam is so incredibly professional. He will take good care of you! He worked with us to fit our budget and has a variety of options in different price ranges. He has quite the gallery of options. Even if you aren't shopping, the beauty of the rugs he has displayed in the store will blow you away. He even has some rugs from the 1800's if you're looking for an antique piece.

We could see them and then have some days to decide...of course he helped us so it turned out our first choice was the best choice. Over time, i have had questions about the rugs and he has been so helpful. I will update the review with more images of our items and the store. Rugs are handmade, often in wool. We felt confident in the information provided. He really listens and remembers helping to guide you as little or as much as you wish. While knowledgeable and charming, Sam treated us fairly providing good value. It was a lovely experience with no pressure. We offer our gratitude for making it a positive fun experience in what was, at first, a bit of an overwhelming experience . Thank you Sam and team! Oh and did I mention he even brought me a box of shoe mitts since I require them at my home or shoes off. He goes above and beyond. Go visit the store...!

My wife and I were not disappointed! Not only do they house hundreds -- if not thousands -- of beautiful rugs, they have INCREDIBLE people working there. We worked most directly with Ahmet and he is such a great person! He showed us so many rugs, which is a lot of time and effort, without batting an eye. He was patient and encouraged us to take our time. He knew the inventory inside and out; where the rugs originated, what they were made from, how they were made, etc. Finally, after a couple visits, we purchased two rugs - dining room and living room rugs. I'd have to say that our favorite part was eating flat bread with Ahmet. We are grateful he wanted to share with us. We did not take that gesture for granted! On top of all that, we recently discovered our dog urinated on one of the rugs. We immediately got in touch with Turabi and they were so helpful with getting it cleaned. They first tried to see if it was something we could clean at home, but then decided it was something they should handle because of the yellow. Turabi is a place we will continue to recommend to friends and family, and anytime we are in the market for a new rug or runner, they will be the only place we go. Thank you all so much for your knowledge, warmth, hospitality, and generosity!! See you soon!

Since then, it has moved to Crossroads into the former Barnes & Noble space across from QFC and has updated its official name to World Market. The first impressions of the store mentioned before still are valid. It has a great selection of home decor, kitchen supplies and specialty food items. Particularly international foods that are hard to find elsewhere. The location itself is a lot more convenient as it is closer to my home than the other location, which is a huge plus. However, I knocked a star as it can be hard to determine the current stock of products at the store when checking online. I have made numerous online purchases on the website for store pickup as they offer a discount for this option. However, I have experienced many instances when a product I ordered was unavailable even though the website said it was. Particularly on items where the stock shows that there are a few left. If you order online, just be aware that the store may not have it available, especially if the website says they are close to selling out.

I see bad reviews from a couple years ago, but maybe management has changed or they took the feedback to heart and changed how they operate. They have a great selection that covers different price points. Some pieces may be of lower quality at a lower price point; like anything, you have to shop smart to balance quality and cost. On the floor, the sales folks were super honest about quality and expected longevity of different pieces. Now the service: truly exceptional. We bought our first electronic adjustable couch from them. Turned out the legs were installed with the wrong style legs in the wrong places. I probably could've fixed it myself easily (just swap legs), but I was concerned at what might happen if I screwed that job up (cross-threaded, stripped, etc.--yeah, it's been known to happen). So, what did they do? They said, "Hey, tell you what. We'll ship you a new one. Deliver it. Install it. Pick up the old one." Fantastic! When that one showed up, they unpacked and assembled it. My wife had a couple concerns about the way it articulated and some things she noticed that were different from the first mode. They sent their tech Jason out to evaluate and solve the problems. He figured out what was up, explained what was going on, tweaked some things to fix, and gave us his direct line if we felt the problem returned or were concerned about anything. Wow. Our experience with other furniture stores has been nowhere near this good. Especially after we've paid in full, we've been left hanging out to dry. My recommendation: don't hesitate to go with Kasala if they have a piece that you like.

We went to the store to see if they could refund our money. They claimed they too were duped by the supplier and that it's not actually leather but rather bonded leather. All they offered was a $800 credit. Why would I spend even more money at a store that is so scammy! And even if this wasn't an intentional scam, they clearly don't know real leather from bonded, which for someone in the furniture business is total incompetence. Now we are stuck with this peeling eyesore in our family room. We are contemplating reporting them to the WA AD. Selling is a leather protection package was just salt in the wound. We are so mad
