They sent me to pick and mark a slab at a time at Seattle when it wasn't normally done. To make matters worse, the woman with authority in Seattle, white lady with curly hair, is a nightmare. She accused me of lying when I showed up, rather than checking around with her coworkers. When it was verified I was supposed to come, she was still condescending and never apologized. Their team I was supposed to pick with didn't speak English so asking questions was difficult because I was told I could designate where the slab is cut, which is customary, and I could mark my own center line with tape. I was not ever able to do so. He said no I had to be present at installation. In the store, they said because the installer wasn't there, I personally had to meet the installer for custom cutting. The woman accused me of lying when I told her my contractor was meeting the installer. I had to call my contractor. She accused him of lying even because of the sales error. she did not ever attempt customer service or to resolve their own issues. they did not let me mark a center line with tape for some reason. I had to send a video and hope i get what i want. Complete waste of picking a custom slab for custom cutting because they refused to understand i was marking my marks to direct the contractor more specifically than a general photo. I had scheduled to have them come a morning i would be at the dentist because the sales told me weeks prior you select slab the day before. I would have sat with no sink for over a week to reschedule over this. The woman in Seattle tried to turn me away for no reason and made every step an argument. I had to call my contractor to resolve it. She never apologized for the sales scheduling error and blamed me personally for following their directions, she was condescending, she accused me of lying, she blatantly lied several times and refused to complete the job until i called my contractor. she tried at every step to make a very simple task very difficult and she tried to punish me for the sales person error by being utterly horrible. zero customer service, only condescending authoritarian attitude. there is no coordination, they lie, you have to show them their own emails for corrections, they make everything difficult, and they have horrible attitudes. if you want to buy from any showroom around seattle, visit the warehouse store first before you decide. its cheaper because it isn't worth the hassle. cut rate shop run by crooks. they will throw off your entire timeline by miscommunication and disorganization and then sneer in your face and call you a liar. never even attempt to correct their own errors. absolute dirt bag woman at the front counter in seattle, disorganized stock, poor sales. just don't do it.

Brendas Home Cleaning Makeover

Brendas Home Cleaning Makeover

Brenda and her crew were amazing! I needed a move-out cleaning on a 2800 sf home to get our deposit…read moreback. The house had hard water and it had been really hard to keep up with the buildup around the kitchen and bath fixtures, and especially the glass shower surround. The house also (for some odd reason) had a gas range with NO hood for grease, steam or other vapors and the kitchen had a lot of grease that had aerosolized over the three years we'd lived there (plus the prior - um - FOREVER that others had lived and cooked there with no hood!!!), so the walls needed wiping, the pendant lights were greasy, the floors were greasy... To make the housecleaner's nightmare complete, we had a Great Dane. If you know Danes, you know they are notorious for drooling and when they shake their head it goes flying everywhere. Even if you love Danes, cleaning up after them is not always fun. And once that drool dries, it takes a bit of elbow grease to get it off the walls, doors, baseboards, and sometimes ceiling without damaging the paint. It was a big job. Brenda and her crew were up to the task. And for a very affordable price, I might add. Not only were they flexible (I think we changed the date/time of the cleaning twice), but they were very reliable, trustworthy, independent, communicative, and did a sparkling clean job! Our landlord was impressed. They said they wouldn't even need to bring other providers in before they listed the house for sale. That was impressive. I wish I'd taken before and after pics because they would tell the whole story. Hire these guys - you won't regret it. She also knows a very affordable carpet cleaner with whom she can coordinate, should you need that. His prices were also very good, though we didn't use him since we'd already arranged for carpets to be done prior to meeting Brenda.

I can't recommend Brenda's home cleaning highly enough - Brenda's team did a move out cleaning of…read moremy apartment on very short notice and did an unbelievable job for a very reasonable price.

Dream Home Construction - Snouqluamie, WA | 2021 Craftsman kitchen remodel by DHC

Hopefully my pictures can do some justice, but I will also talk about the remodel from my point of…read moreview. House was built in 2007. My wife and I are the only owners. The guest bathroom was one of two remaining areas in the house that have not been remodeled. Kitchen being the other room! I didn't take any pics of the original bathroom, but you can imagine a lot of ugly yellow-ish and white surfaces. The flooring was some single piece yellow vinyl. Not that the house was cheaply made, but the original materials were mostly "meh", with a lot of yellow hues. Anyway, I had a few requirements from DHC on what the new bathroom needed: 1 - More warm colors. 2 - No vinyls or linoleums. Only tiles and wood. 3 - Tub walls needed to be tiles, no plastic. 3 - Prefer black colored trims. Render #1 - Using shower curtains. Render #2 - Using sliding glass doors. We picked #2. Unfortunately, the glass doors are not yet done at the time of this review, so nothing to show yet. If I was to guess, it'd probably end up looking a lot like in the render, but that's pretty much how much we liked the end result. Communication was great, we got offline end-of-day updates just about every day. Every effort was made by the contractors to localize their work and keep things as tidy as possible. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. The final result looked exactly like in the render, with expected deviations based on adjustments that we made during construction. These guys are the real deal!

We were initially drawn to the large variety of stone in their warehouse. While the selection of stone lured us in, the customer service, fabrication, and installation were all top notch and have made us customers for life! I paid upfront for a countertop modification, and cancelled the order in plenty of time (the week before) and got a verbal and written notification from the sales team that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. Five weeks later they still haven't refunded a deposit. Even worse is the stonewalling. The sales rep I worked with has stopped responding entirely. No return calls, no replies to email. When I call the main office, I'm told each time that someone will "email a confirmation within 10 minutes" or "we'll call back once it's confirmed." That email has never come and I've never received a phone call back. This has happened repeatedly. A refund on a cancelled, confirmed order is not complicated. Holding a customer's money for five weeks while dodging their calls is a choice. Based on their responsiveness when they wanted the sale versus their silence now that they owe me money, I can't recommend trusting this company. Worse yet, imagine you do need to get a hold of someone for a warranty issue after they have done the install?
