I can give you every reason / excuse as to why I hadn't been able to get my act together, but you already know. Christy was able to approach my situation in a way that was caring and fun. She wasn't just trying to help me "get rid" of stuff, but really had me look into why I felt the need to have X in the first place. We'd talk it through, come up with a solution, and act on it. Super cathartic. She'd give me realistic "homework" to do until next time, and of course, I'd make excuse why it wasn't done. No judgement! I looked forward to seeing her each time. Here's the thing. He came and did the work in one hour, did not reduce his fee and did a sloppy job. The caulking separated around the bath tub, not once but twice and the last time his bill exceeded over $2000.00. Then his caulking on the vanity tile cracked after he applied some while paint. We I called him, he yelled and me, raised his voice, and was very disrespectful. He refund to redo the calking, we have to hire someone else. He did come back to fix the vanity and did it in 5 minutes and was out the door. His appearance is as bad as his attitude. I asked him if it was important to have a happy customer and that is what made him come back. He does sloppy work, does not care and is a bully. He complained to us about finding good employees and said he did the work himself but his work is terrible. We would never recommend him for any work where quality and dedication to perfection is a requirement. You can tell when you talk with him what you are dealing with. We overlooked it until he refused to do a good job for his he was paid $350.00 per hour. Now, some of the work needs to be redone. Oh, and he asked to be paid in cash. We agreed but I would never do that again because your only resource for collection back is small claims court. His work is so bad, his prices are so high, he is always available. Avoid this man and this company at all cost. He is a one man show.
