I wanted to change one room from the drop ceiling to dry wall. Delfino's proposal is quite reasonable. And once agreed, he was able to put a team with electrical works, drywall, paining and garbage collections. I really like the way they work, more about quality instead of speed. And Delfino make sure to cleanup no trash left behind. Highly recommend this team.

Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. We opted for carpet. They hauled all of the LV back down three flights. Zero complaints. Happy to do whatever was in our best interest!
