He promised 2 days of installation and 7 days of logistics. It took over two months for him to finish the kitchen, and a total of 7 visits to our property requiring us to take many days off work or to have to ask family or friends to be present every single time. Here is the list of major issues with our installation: 1.He never verified the dimensions we gave him for our kitchen. We measured the entire room, including ceiling height, where the window was, full blown layout. He confirmed that all dimensions were good and nothing needed to be changed. That resulted in size cabinets, and tight space for stove and microwave. Not even an 1/8" so our cabinet doors drag on microwave panel and is chipping the door away. 2. He did not open the shipment before he started the installation. He received only 40% of the material necessary to finish the kitchen so for months, literally months we did not have a Kitchen as he did not do his due diligence like any contactor should do to make sure the material he received was correct and whole. Cooking out of a microwave and cleaning in a bath sink for months, sigh. Just not what I had in mind after a long day at work and a sizable investment. 3. The quality of material is very poor. There is chips and cracks all over the place. Many of the joints are already separating either from bad installation or bad material. 4. He did not communicate with his countertop contractor and did not provide the appropriate dimensions so the stone needed to be modified in our house. Many notches and too much caulking to hide all the imperfections. 5. There was an excuse about everything but no ownership. At the end of the installation, he offered us $250 for delays and lack of performance. That's only 1.6% of how much we paid him, not to mention the days we had to take off of work to be present while he made so many trips to complete it. I strongly recommend you avoid trying to save money. Your sanity is worth more, trust me I made a huge mistake by trusting in his capability as a contractor. Just buy from Costco, at least you can keep them accountable. If I could go back and do it again, I would have gladly paid the $22k to Costco. At least you know they'll do it right.

Larry did a great job on the shower and price was very fair (hourly charged) and timeline from initial contact to end of job was only a total of about 1.5 weeks long. I'm surprised that Larry does not have more yelp reviews but I hope to start the trend! We will definitely be calling Larry for more hand man services needed around the house in the future. The patio looks fine; the work on the paths, less so. By far the biggest disappointment concerns Kevals not standing behind their work. They rushed through the last phases of the job and, among other missteps, failed to adequately sand between the paver joints. The owner assured me on multiple occasions and with seeming sincerity he would remedy the problems. He hasn't. I have been patient and waited months before writing this review. I cannot recommend Kevals.

After getting to know and receiving several quotes from other kitchen remodeling companies on the east side, we decided to work with Leslie and we are very glad we did! The new kitchen we got turned out even better than I thought and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and we are very happy working with Leslie. We first met Leslie a year ahead of when we decided to do our remodel as we were getting our feet wet and getting estimates. As the year went by Leslie contacted us out of the blue and asked us if we were still interested in the project. I was impressed she had remembered us and contacted me; none of the other remodeling companies did. So we decided to have another meeting with her and it was then we knew we were going to be in good hands. We have heard of the horror stories people can go through with their remodels and we wanted none of that. Meeting with Leslie put all that to rest. For starters, Leslie has over 25 years of experience designing kitchens. She is very friendly, very easy to talk with, and she listened to all of our ideas about what we wanted to do. She also has built up a solid relationship with the Contractor that would be doing our job and has known him for over 25 years. She setup a meeting so we could meet with the Contractor and get to know him too. It all felt very open and honest and very quickly my wife and I felt we were in good hands. I would also like to say I was very impressed with communicating with Leslie. She answered all my emails very quickly and on the same day, sometimes within minutes. She was very patient with me in answering my questions and went out of her way to find out specific info we needed whether it was with the cabinet company, appliances, ect. It felt really good to know she was really willing to go out of her way in getting back to me quickly. I did not get that type of service when I was temporarily working with other kitchen companies. In my advice to you, especially if this is your first remodel, I think it is really worth it to work with a designer that would have that 1 on 1 relationship with you to help guide you and answer all your questions. Leslie did this and exceeded all my expectations and made the whole process actually quite easy on us. So before we began on the remodel, Leslie came up with several designs and drawings and came up with some very creative ideas for our house. We had a lot of ideas for her too, and she craftily incorporated our ideas into the design while also giving her advice if we weren't too sure what would work or not. It was a very fun process. Once we got some ideas for the design nailed down, we got some 3D renders from her to help us visualize it more and made a couple of tweaks as we went along. We got a budget from her and from the contractor that laid out very clearly the things that needed to be done and how much they would cost. It was reasonable and within our budget. Some budgets were generous, such as the appliances, and it was nice to go shopping for appliances that werent on the low end, but some nice quality stainless-steel ones. In the end, we did go over budget, but not because of Leslie, but because we found some hidden surprises once we tore down our walls; incorrect modifications from the previous owners did to the house. Something that may or may not happen to you. The whole remodel construction took 2 months and Leslie was there for us for the entire scope of the project, helping us pick out countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, paint, hardware, and more and recommending places for us to go look at those things before buying. She was very knowledgeable about what was fitting for the style of remodel we wanted. She was also able to clearly let us know about our timeline about when certain decisions needed to be made and what future things to expect. Like I said earlier, she made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend Leslie for your kitchen remodel. Trust me you are going to want someone dedicated on your project who is full of advice and able to answer all of your questions quickly. It was a bonus to have her personally know the Contractor (who we also very much liked). After everything was done, my wife and I have a kitchen that's beautiful, comforting, and much more modernized and bigger than our old kitchen. Anytime we called or emailed she responded right away! Leslie did a fine job with the cabinet layout designs. Immediately after our first meeting together she was busy drawing them up. Some other services will only scrub and clean, but refuse to tidy up any things that might be left out. --The service is competitively priced. CONS: --They really do a pretty superficial job of cleaning. They don't really do much dusting. And I have recently noticed that they haven't done some thing like wiping down the cabinets in the kitchen in a long time, if ever. I also found that they cleaned the counters around countertop appliances, rather than moving them to clean the whole counter. --Occasionally rooms were entirely forgotten or a bathroom would get cleaned, except for the toilet. The first time this happened I called the owner and got a credit. It happened a couple more times after that. Overall, I would like to give them a higher rating, because the people are very nice, but the quality of the service was a bit uneven. Finding some of the things that they appear to have never cleaned recently was a bit of a disappointment too.

The contact person took my concerns seriously. She apologized and offered to send the team back, but honestly I don't have time to train what is supposed to be a professional cleaning team.
