Patrick's work was fantastic…read more I had ordered this service initially in order to both clean vinyl flooring and a carpet issue, but I had to change plans. Upon arrival, he was super chill and flexible with simply cleaning the carpet alone. The cleaning itself has made a night and day difference in not just my room's appearance, but how I feel walking around it. Grime spots and dark stains disappeared, and hard spots with gunk that had dried onto the carpet vanished as well. After the entire service was completed, I was shocked at how great a price Patrick gave for what I had gotten. I would have expected 30% or even 50% more than what I was charged, and it's definitely made me more confident in using this service in the future! Below I've attached the end result of what used to be a rug covered in dark spot stains

The older gentleman who runs the business was genuinely friendly, personable, and clearly enjoys…read morechatting with his customers. He was also the one who performed the cleaning, and I appreciated both his pleasant attitude and his willingness to reschedule my appointment previously. That said, I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with the actual service. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I was looking for a deep cleaning of the carpeted stairs and hallways. I also asked beforehand whether furniture could be moved and was told that it could be. Once he arrived, however, moving the furniture was never mentioned again, and I probably should have spoken up about it at the time. What surprised me most was the cleaning process itself. He used a hand vacuum, sprayed the carpets with cleaning solutions from spray bottles, then went over them with what appeared to be a standard Shark vacuum and another machine that, as far as I could tell, didn't use water or perform the type of extraction/deep cleaning I was expecting. The entire service took less than an hour and cost $180. To his credit, the carpets did smell better afterward, and he was very nice throughout the visit. He even recognized my screen name and jokingly mentioned that he'd wondered what kind of customer I might be...which was actually pretty funny. Thankfully, I promise I'm less terrifying in person. But ultimately, my family and I weren't happy with the final result. For $180 and a service described as a deep clean, I expected a noticeably deeper level of carpet cleaning than what we received. Instead, I was left with the unfortunate feeling that I could have rented a carpet-cleaning machine and achieved a more thorough result myself for considerably less money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the person providing the service was genuinely nice. But friendliness and results are two different things. I appreciated him coming out and enjoyed talking with him; I just don't feel the service I received matched what I understood I was paying for.

Via text we set up an appointment, and he was not only on time but also courteous. He texted me his timing twice before he arrived to make sure I knew what his arrival would be. He assessed the job thoroughly, even getting on the ground to feel and smell certain areas that were slightly more heavily stained. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. Three days later the stains are still visibly absent. The carpet is now completely dried and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job, big or small. They will definitely beat anyone's price and I think their abundance of five-star reviews proves they know what they are doing and deliver on promises.

The first time, I was super pregnant with my first baby and had a couch from my old apartment that had all kinds of smells trapped in it. By the time he was done, they were completely gone. Fast forward to now -- pregnant with my second, and we fostered a puppy for a few months on top of having a toddler running around. Between the accidents, the spills, and just the general chaos, my heightened pregnancy sense of smell had me noticing every single thing. After Guy was done, the house smelled brand new. I couldn't believe the difference. He was quick, thorough, and so easy to work with. Reasonably priced, and on top of communication from the very beginning. I also really appreciated how sweet he was with my 3-year-old -- talking to him and answering his curious questions while he as working on the stairs.
