Yum! Came here for a quick breakfast before we started our day exploring the city. I'll start with the coffee, not the best but got the job done. The glaze donut and chocolate donut holes were delicious. The donut holes were huge! The sausage, egg and cheese kolache were yummy but could use some extra filling. The dough was soft and perfectly cooked. Overall, I'll be back for sure for those delicious kolaches read more

Well we got there about 2 pm on a Sunday. The donut selection was low but they had some blueberry cake and those are my second favorite donut. The store was clean and organized and the server was very sweet and even gave us an extra free donut. I will make sure to get there earlier next time to see a better selection read more

People had been hyping up these donuts for years, so I finally made time to give them a try. This is a nice location in the new Nashville Yards development. It's quaint, and not meant to sit in and enjoy the donuts. The team member was kind and shared some recommendations. I don't know if the donuts had been hyped so much that I created high expectations or what not. I was very disappointed. The price is great - the most affordable donuts I think you'll find anywhere these days. I'll try again at some point with adjusted expectations or try another location. There's parking in the street nearby and in the garage. If you're out of the garage in about 15 minutes, you probably won't be charged. Shipley Do-nuts finally opened in Nashville yards. What caught my attention was the variety of options they offer! Vibes: The location is perfect, right near many corporate offices, making it a great spot to grab coffee and a bite before heading into the grind. When I visited, the store had a pleasant aroma of vanilla and baked goods. Service: The Shipley do-nut team was extremely polite. Their flavor options confused me, so I asked the cashier to recommend a flavor. Although I admit I didn't take his recommendation because I spotted what I wanted. Bite: I got the maple-glazed donut, and it was the best one I've had in a while. As a traditionalist, I appreciate a good yeast-raised donut. The donut was fresh and soft, and the glaze was delicious. I did find it a little too sweet, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't like it anyway. We ordered these donuts for a work event, so delicious. This was my first time trying them but they were sweet, airy and so tasty! They offer a sweetheart box with has heart shaped donuts with glaze and sprinkles. We ordered ahead and I picked them up before work. The team was super nice about communicating that they were still working on the order when I got there. They also helped me take them to my car after they were done too! Parking can be confusing here so park in the garage and take the elevators to the shops level or there is a lane in front to park with your hazards go pick up. They offer coffee and other items on the menu too. I would get donuts from here again for sure. read more

Shipley's just opened today here at Nashville Yards, and it's already a gem at the heart of the city's newest destination! I tried both the sausage & cheese kolache and the egg & bacon kolache, and both were fantastic! Andrew and Danny have clearly put in a ton of hard work to bring this place to life, and it shows! The donuts are equally amazing! And, classic glazed will always be my go-to, but I'm already excited to come back and try more! My girlfriend had a caramel latte that she loved, and I grabbed a chai that was just as amazing. The drinks, donuts, and kolaches together make this the perfect new breakfast stop. The shop itself has a fresh, welcoming aesthetic that really fits the Nashville Yards vibe, especially the mural and giant neon donut... so cool! I'm so thankful to finally have a made-fresh-daily donut shop in the area! Shipley's is now my go-to breakfast spot. Proud to have them here in the heart of Nashville Yards! read more

I needed to share the incredible experience we had at the Nashville, Church Street Store. The entire team on Saturday was friendly and engaging. Because of a hat I wore, they called me the "skip it" guy. We were looking for a particular doughnut and they were out of stock. But they made up for it on Sunday. That experience was even better as they set it aside to be sure we were taken care of. I don't remember particular names (I did hear Mike and maybe Michele) but but there's one woman that knows the Skip it guy and she made the full trip to Nashville (we are from Atlanta and it was my birthday on Sunday) complete! First off I don't like bad reviews. I don't really take the time to do this, but I've gone to this place twice. The first time I ordered here they gave me the wrong stuff didn't really complain, but the donuts do not taste The same.The second time they didn't have stuff prepared, and as the staff asked one of the managers when they'll prepare. The Manager just brushed her off as if she did didn't even exist and she had to come up with some sort of excuse to say when they would be prepared. honestly, I understand that in a restaurant industry things are difficult and you have to work around certain obstacles but, no way and no form should a manager brush off their employee as if they don't matter I will never return to this place again thank you. read more

I only seen one woman working her butt off and everyone else was asking her questions and she was just smiling and trying to be nice I believe that kept calling her Liz she was a sweet lady and then she went back to working in the back she was doing donuts with a smile and helping the fry guy and then she was helping the cashier people while people were sitting by I guess is the flour but she needs a raise because what I witnessed she's a gem for sure. After much debate, I chose the Maldon Chocolate, Wild Berry, and Boston Cream. Once everything was packed up and ready to go, I headed outside, but there was no way I was waiting until I got home to try one. The Wild Berry donut was calling my name, so I took a bite right there. It was warm, soft, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The berry filling was delicious, and they definitely didn't skimp on it. Every bite was packed with sweet, fruity goodness. Honestly, that first bite was pure perfection and exactly what I needed before a long drive home. Sharing the donuts with everyone when I got back made the experience even more fun, and they were a huge hit. It's cute inside, with some activity books and lots of merch. There's also room to sit. The coffee itself is good, but it's not a super welcoming environment unfortunately! I'd recommend it for a quick in and out to get a coffee but not as a sit down meeting place.
