Founded in 2019, Parlor Doughnuts is a rapidly-growing chain offering a variety of very tasty bakery items, including more than 20 varieties of their famous 'cronut'-inspired "Layered Doughnuts™ - a flavor-forward doughnut with layers of buttery dough fried to be crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, and a variety of sweet and savory toppings; hand-crafted breakfast items such as acai bowls, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches and tacos; as well as a vast selection of fruit- and coffee-based hot and iced beverages. Parlor also accommodates most dietary restrictions with a variety of vegan/gluten/keto friendly options. I stopped into the West End Nashville location for breakfast dessert and was quickly overwhelmed by the range of tasty-looking options -- ranging from the "Plain Jane" ($4), a classic doughnut without any glaze or filling, to the "Turtle Cheesecake" ($4), an exquisite creation topped with a layer of homemade cheesecake, pecans, peanuts, and a drizzle of caramel and chocolate. After careful consideration, I opted for the "Bourbon Caramel" ($4), a doughnut with a generous spread of bourbon-flavored glaze, which was excellent! Will definitely try Parlor Doughnuts again.

Freshness made daily Stumped across this location and wow I was really impressed with the taste and service from this shop. The doughnuts were truly freshly made. Son was extra pleased to have such a variety of vegan donuts Well done and happy to add you to the list of places that are must stops in music city.

When is a doughnut not just a doughnut? When it comes from the creative minds (and hands!) of the parlour donut folks! The menu is inventive and mouth watering. No matter which way your taste buds are leaning, these donuts are really something to sink your teeth in to! Prepare to moan!

Ok so we didn't try the doughnuts, so we'll definitely need to try it next time we're in town. The breakfast sausage egg biscuit was awesome tho. Only thing was the flaky biscuit was not strong enough to hold it together as a sandwich and it crumbled. Other than that, the overall flavor was great! The coffee was ok. We prefer darker roast. Staff was friendly, but maybe one gal was in training because I asked for napkins and she pointed me to an almost empty roll of paper towels, lol. There was also dirty plates on a table and the dining area was empty aside from us. Decor of the place is cute tho.

A short walk from my hotel (Hotel Hutton), I enjoyed daily London fog tea latte and a gluten-free doughnut. I don't get to have doughnuts often so this was a nice treat. My husband can eat gluten and enjoyed their regular doughnuts and breakfast sandwich.

Wow this was my first time at Parlor and these donuts were delicious. I got half a dozen to share with coworkers and asked the cashier to help with the selection process. He recommended some of their most popular, the Sandy Beach donut and the French Toast which ended up being my favorite. I also got a cold brew while I was there which was the perfect amount of sweetness. This location has kind of weird parking so keep that in mind but it's in Midtown which is a central location to a lot of hotels and apartments nearby. If you're visiting or live here is a great stop for breakfast and coffee. The service was awesome too and the two guys who helped me were very friendly. I will definitely be getting donuts from them again.

    Great place. Cute decor.

Cute donut shop. Healthy options if you don't want donuts. Avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, açaí bowl

We went specifically because they had gluten free donuts. My husband got their regular donuts, and I got their gluten free. They were so good. Their coffee was good too!

I love the donuts and the girl working seemed nice and friendly but my order was messed up. It's whatever, just a mistake but two of the donuts I bought for friends were weird, really hard and looked like a pieces of fried chicken.. I'm just wondering what the person was thinking that put that in the box?

This was so delicious. I got a Caramel Macchiato and Lemon Bar doughnut. Employees are so sweet and this is such a cute place!

Form the left: lemon, strawberry, carnival, French toast.
    Steph H.

All of the donuts are the same, except for toppings. It's a croissant type donut - different but we all really liked them! French toast is covered in maple and definitely a the top pick for all of us (me, hubs, kiddo). We also tried the strawberry, lemon, and carnival (glazed with sprinkles). The seating is plenty, it was a cozy atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, restrooms were very nice (baby had a blowout!! ‍) including a changing station in the men's room. They have coffee drinks and other things, but we were there for the donuts. We would def go back again.

I saw someone eating one of these doughnuts and they looked so good I decided to go try it for myself. There are at least 2 locations in Nashville, maybe more. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and the decor was industrial neat; supremely clean and inviting. I got a selection of 5 different doughnuts (blueberry, sandy beach, French toast, blueberry, and caramel) and they all looked delicious. The French Toast is what is stated as the most popular, but I found, of the ones I tried, that the Sandy Beach was the best while blueberry took 2nd place. It seems as if they use different dough for different doughnuts because some seemed soft (Sandy Beaxh) and other seemed a bit more chewy (French Toast) I most likely will return to try some other flavors given how pleasant of an experience it was.

    She's THICK!

They have plenty of seating. I should also mention that their menu is so good it left me torn on what to order. Despite the crowd and influx of orders, I thought the service was fast. The team works like sandwich ninjas, slicing meat and slathering spread, which was fun to watch. I ordered 'The Veggie,' while my husband got 'La Paradiso.' The focaccia tasted extremely fresh: crusty on the outside with a prominent flavor of EVOO, and soft on the inside. A very well-rested dough, I'd assume! As delicious as the bread was, the eggplant, stracciatella, and pistachio cream were out of this world. Oh my god, just heavenly! The size is ginormous; I split it into lunch and dinner. Considering the quality and sourcing of these ingredients, along with the fact that it covered two meals for me, I felt these sandwiches were quite economical. I have a long way to go before I try all their sandwiches

All three people behind the counter greeted me enthusiastically and with big smiles when I walked in. I perused the menu and opted for La Toscana. While I was waiting, I was enticed by the beautiful display of delicious and fresh ingredients in the display case. Every sandwich is made to order, but they worked very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Overall the sandwich was excellent. In particular the Truffle Honey really took it over the top in terms of great flavors. I did feel that the focaccia was a bit too crispy, at least to my taste. I'm not sure if this was a one-off issue or if this is how they always make the bread. I would have preferred the focaccia to be quite a bit softer, but maybe that's just my personal preference. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a very hot day so I stayed inside with the air conditioning. The place is really clean with some nice decor. The experience was really good, and I would certainly recommend this as a great sandwich shop with excellent Italian ingredients. I'll just hope for softer focaccia next time.
