I did feel a little rushed while trying to order since there was a line behind me and only one person making the sandwiches to order. You pick your top and bottom cookies and your flavor ice cream to sandwich it all together. There's options to put on top for extra cost as well. I got a stuffed Nutella for my top cookie and white macadamia cookie for my bottom. WOW, while visiting Nashville this was a dessert shop my daughter was dying to try. We arrived late night around 9:30 PM and the line was out the door. The line moved quickly and as we waited we checked out the menu. You can get cookies, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and sundaes. We decided on the custom ice cream sandwiches. You get to pick the top and bottom cookie/brownie, ice cream flavor and then toppings are optional for an additional charge. My daughter selected the cookie monster and funfetti cookie, then the toasted smores ice cream. I opted for the gooey butter cake and chocolate chip cookie with the toasted smores (the ice cream was chocolate based with marshmallows - so good). The portion size was huge, and we probably should have split one. It was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had.
