We came here for dessert and loved the customizability! Parking was tough as there are only pay lots nearby but I did squeeze into the side of the alley behind it and had no problem and no ticket. There is seating outside, but most of it is inside. Once inside, there was a decent line, but there are so many options on the menu so it was nice to have time to decide. After about a 5 minute wait, it was our turn to pick out our item. I went with the Nutella Chocolate Chunk and Cookies and Cream Cookies for the outside, and Mud Pie ice cream. I had it all toasted and they used a panini press looking thing that made it perfect! The cookies were the best part and it was a lot, easily sharable if you can find someone who likes the same combo. We stumbled across The Baked Bear and I'm so glad we did! The shop itself is adorable, with a fun, welcoming atmosphere and so many incredible options to choose from. Since it was our first visit, the staff was beyond friendly and took the time to explain everything. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely seemed excited for us to experience it for the first time. The custom cookie ice cream sandwiches looked absolutely divine. One of the coolest things we learned is that they'll press the sandwiches so the cookies are warm and gooey while the ice cream stays perfectly intact. Such a unique touch! I was intrigued at the concept of a "build your own" ice cream sandwich and knew I had to visit. I ordered cake batter between a Nutella chunk and snickerdoodle cookies. This was a fun little place that I'm glad we came across while visiting. There is a cute wall outside for photo ops. I did feel a little rushed while trying to order since there was a line behind me and only one person making the sandwiches to order. You pick your top and bottom cookies and your flavor ice cream to sandwich it all together. There's options to put on top for extra cost as well. I got a stuffed Nutella for my top cookie and white macadamia cookie for my bottom. Both of these would have been delicious by themselves, but for my sandwich I paired them with a cookie butter ice cream and added caramel drizzle. To die for!!!
