The glazed donut crumbles so perfectly in your mouth. It's not dry nor is it too cakey - it's one of my favorite glazed donuts I've ever had. I also had a sausage and cheese Kolache and YUM! Kolaches are hard to come by so having an early morning spot for that is awesome. Very reasonably priced. We ordered two coffees, four donuts, and a kolache and it came out to under $20. My only point of improvement and why this isn't a five star review despite loving it there, coffee could've been a little stronger! Otherwise this is a solid spot for donuts and one of my faves that I've had thus far.

Tony is the guy who makes the delicious donuts. He's always friendly, and his team always has a smile waiting for customers. Although they don't have any of the specialty donuts that some stores offer, they have all of the traditional donuts you come to expect -- old fashioned, glazed, sprinkles, cake, twists, and coffee rolls. They also have kolaches (spicy and regular). I always grab my donuts to go, but there are chairs and tables to enjoy your donuts in the store. The dining area is basic and somewhat sterile, but it gets the job done. Gourmet Donuts also sells a variety of cold drinks and hot coffee if you're thirsty or need a drink to go. The chocolate covered kreme filled donut is my favorite, and the original glazed is astounding when they are hot and fresh (or just pop one in your microwave for 7 seconds. It has to be 7. Trust.). The jelly filled makes for a great breakfast and the chocolate iced with sprinkles is so kid friendly! I ordered a customized dozen box earlier today online (so easy on the app or the website and you get to pick it up at a specific time). Order and pick up was easy! Unfortunately even at 11 am on a Wednesday, they were out of one of the donuts I wanted. I was also pretty disappointed in the filling in nearly all of the donuts in the box that were filled with something or another (be it the jelly, kreme, custard, or lemon one) because the filling really only "filled" half of the inside of the donut AT MOST. One of the chocolate covered kreme filled only had filling in 2 small bites worth. It was only on one very small edge side. The chocolate topping on it was also very scarce (kind of visible in the photo I snapped too). Is it a make or break thing? Nope. Will I still eat donuts from here? You bet. Sometimes you just get a donut that hasn't really met your expectations, but that just means you gotta eat another one and another one until you find one that is better, right?
