    Custard filled

This is not what a KK is suppose to be! Light on, no free donut. Let behind counter this morning 5-22 was rude. The custard filled tasted like it was mixed with raspberry. The shape is not traditional and looks like they were trying to save on dough and made them misshaped. Filling was only half full. The glazed were very thin. Coffee is absolutely horrible! We spend a lot of time at KK while traveling. This is not a location that is representing KK brand well!

I have eaten donuts here at Krispy Kreme for so so many years. They are probably not ever going to fulfill your fancy or gourmet donut craving the same way that the new croissant, bakery, or fresh homemade tasting cake donuts would, but they also satisfy a sweet tooth craving pretty well! The chocolate covered kreme filled donut is my favorite, and the original glazed is astounding when they are hot and fresh (or just pop one in your microwave for 7 seconds. It has to be 7. Trust.). The jelly filled makes for a great breakfast and the chocolate iced with sprinkles is so kid friendly! I ordered a customized dozen box earlier today online (so easy on the app or the website and you get to pick it up at a specific time). Order and pick up was easy! Unfortunately even at 11 am on a Wednesday, they were out of one of the donuts I wanted. I was also pretty disappointed in the filling in nearly all of the donuts in the box that were filled with something or another (be it the jelly, kreme, custard, or lemon one) because the filling really only "filled" half of the inside of the donut AT MOST. One of the chocolate covered kreme filled only had filling in 2 small bites worth. It was only on one very small edge side. The chocolate topping on it was also very scarce (kind of visible in the photo I snapped too). Is it a make or break thing? Nope. Will I still eat donuts from here? You bet. Sometimes you just get a donut that hasn't really met your expectations, but that just means you gotta eat another one and another one until you find one that is better, right?

I picked up a pick up order for my mom this morning around 9:30am. From jump the customer service was awful, the woman at the counter barely spoke, only when I spoke to her. My mom ordered two dozen donuts (one glazed and one assorted) from first inspection the donuts were extremely small and odd shaped. The donuts were also cold and hard and tasted stale and as if they were cooked in very old oil. The overall energy in the Krispy Kreme store was extremely negative. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

I have two Krispy Kreme's that are close to me, one near my office at work and one near my home office. This one is closest to my work office and yesterday was a holiday so I thought why not get some holiday donuts for the office. I've attached pics of the Valentine themed donuts which were so cute. The white and pink frosted were crème filled but the others were not and that was really disappointing. I read the description after I got back to the office and it doesn't say specifically that they are supposed to be filled but it's a really missed opportunity on Krispy's part because these would have been magnificent with filling. Whenever we have a function at the office this is our go to Krispy Kreme. We have never had to wait long and if so it was because we visited during peak hours. They are conveniently located at an intersection so you don't have to cross traffic without a light to get over to the building. If there is limited parking or too much traffic to get in and out of a place I just won't go, which is why I find it difficult to navigate downtown because I don't like not know for sure I will find a place to park. Things to note about this location: 1.) Dining area is closed, meaning you have to go to the drive-thru for anything you need. 2.) If you go during peak hours(breakfast or lunch) you may have to wait which can be a line to the street. 3.) This location used to be 24/7 but they are now 8:30a-7:30p Mon-Sun, so no more 2a donut runs. 4.) Hotlight Hours 8a-10a, 4p-7p Mon-Sun, get 'em while they're hot. 5.) Don't use the Krispy Kreme website to order delivery, use a delivery app, if you have issues you will have way too much trouble getting a refund. With a delivery app such as DoorDash they will easily resolve issues the same day. Get out there and get ya some donuts and stay safe out there!

My boyfriend and I stopped here in the drive through and they were really fast! The doughnuts and frozen coffees tasted amazing! We could see other doughnuts through the window that looked pretty good. Not sure what they were though. The service was pretty good. They were friendly and our box seemed to be clean.

Purchased 6/30/2024. The irregulars should have been tossed. I spent over $15 for this crap.

Funny story, a couple years ago I asked my tattoo artist (Jason @ Mooncastle!) for food…read morerecommendations in the area and this was the one he seemed most passionate about. I took my mama there that same weekend and the rest is history.. The whole family was hooked. I live out of state, but my mom and son, in Springfield, frequent this place on special days out. They share a birthday, April 9th, and were having a birthday lunch there this afternoon, when I got the idea to call the restaurant to ask if there was any way I could provide a card to cover their lunch, since you pay at the end. I was greeted and helped by the kindest woman, Alicia. She found them, about to leave, and hurried to take my info! She was lovely in the sincerest way. I gave her my phone number if there were any issues. Well, there were, as my lovely mom perused their delightful gift shop area (think Cracker Barrel but better) so long the pre-auth expired and my card declined! LOL HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS The girl who called back to get things squared away was just as darling as could be, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you. Thanks to all of you for your help :) As for the food, my son said: "incredible, as usual." 5 million star experience every time! The meat and 3 concept is a dying art that they have mastered.

Chef's Market Cafe & Takeaway is one of those places that's easy to love and easy to come back to…read more The cafeteria-style setup makes it quick and approachable, but the food is where it really shines. Portions are generous, everything feels fresh and comforting, and it's consistently done well. We've eaten here in person and grabbed it to go on busy nights, and it holds up every time. Our personal favorites are the chicken, pot roast, and meatloaf, all hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're craving a solid comfort meal. One of the things I love most about this place is that it truly feels like "come as you are." There's no single type of crowd here. You'll see families, business meetings, date nights, people dressed up, people dressed casually, groups of two, groups of four, and even three generations sitting together. It works before or after church, after school, after soccer games, or after work. No judgment, no pressure, just people showing up for great food and a great environment. What really stands out is how respectful and welcoming everyone is. Whether it's a toddler learning to eat, someone needing a little extra space, or a busy group navigating a crowded moment, people are patient, kind, and considerate of one another. The staff and guests alike create an atmosphere that genuinely embodies Southern hospitality. What also makes this place special is how much thought has gone into the overall experience. While you're waiting in line, there are fun and unique extras to browse like recipe books, aprons, and thoughtful items for kids. Nothing feels like filler. It all adds to how warm and homey the space feels for locals and visitors alike. And then there's the dessert area, which deserves its own mention. There's an entire cake station behind a large glass case filled with massive, handmade-from-scratch cakes. You can grab slices, order whole cakes in advance, and even place special holiday dessert orders. It's decadent, impressive, and very hard to walk past without stopping. Even when it's incredibly busy, the team is friendly, efficient, and well organized. Whether dining inside, outside, or picking up food to go, the experience is always smooth and welcoming. Included are a few photos from the first time we ate there in person outside, though we've been back many times since. Shown here are the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and a roll and the roasted chicken with green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes for reference.

Pros: -The drinks are good (rishi tea is the best) -The location is fantastic -It's cozy and has outlets (!!!) -Plenty of parking (!!!) -Sarah is THE SWEETEST and always remembers me and my drink. It goes a long way towards making me want to come back. -They've finally added matcha lattes to the menu (!!) -The pricing is really good compared to other places in the Nashville metro area! Cons: -There are times when it's empty, other times (like at this current moment when I'm sitting here) when it's full. There is one employee working. That seems to be a bit of an oversight by whoever is making decisions about that. -There used to be good I could order. It seems they've taken it away. That's pretty disappointing. -I was told they took away a lot of the syrups? I'm fully on board with seasonal drinks but.. taking away regular inventory? Overall.... amazing place. I would 100% give this 10 stars but whatever the higher ups are doing is a little questionable with their choices. The amount of people I've talked to in the area that have no idea this place exists.... a teeny bit of instagram marketing could go a long way I think! Again... there's literally nothing like this in the area. You have to go towards Nashville to get anything somewhat similar and honestly, I don't like the next closest place. So hopefully the owners figure out how to run it better. I REALLY don't want to see it go under.

I'd been to all the local, non-chain coffee spots in Nashville* and I wanted something new (to me). So, I took a look at my bookmarks, got in my car and drove north. Not being familiar with the area, I was a bit concerned to get off the interstate and drive on the winding country roads but when I got sight of the wooden store I knew that I was in for a treat. This isn't an artisan pretentious cup o'joe. This is fun, kitschy and given to those with a bit of a sweet tooth. If that's you, read on. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice young lady behind the counter. The blackboard menu is rather extensive so take your time to take it all in. Seeing that I was a bit overwhelmed, she offered some help and I took it. Before too long, I'd settled on a frozen (not iced) coffee with English toffee syrup and a lemon poppyseed muffin. I'd ordered it to go but as I turned to leave I noticed the covered back porch with its open air and multitude of technicolored chairs. Looks like I was staying for a bit. The frozen coffee was a perfect treat for a hot day. Blended to have just the right icy texture, the coffee and toffee notes equally acquitted themselves in my mouth and I grew more and more satisfied with every sip. My muffin was fine. It was perfectly okay (not a criticism) and paired well with my beverage (the star of the show). After finishing my muffin, I took a couple of more sips of my drink and started my drive back to Nashville. I left thinking that the location and (real?) farmhouse aesthetic made ACC a place I needed to experience in the cooler fall/winter months -- even if it was no longer new (to me). On your next drive north of town you should really drop in. It's worth it. *At the time.
