First time coming here and I loved it!! I moved to Cypress and was trying to find a good nail salon that wasn't over priced and was close-by. I went in and was immediately greeted by two employees (with smiling faces because let's face it, not everyone is happy to see you). I called before I came in to inquire pricing and the lady said I just spoke with you. They had me enter my number and name for their point system which was awesome. They had a pedicure chair waiting for me. Lily and Mia were my manicurist and pedicurist. They did amazing! Took their time and did a fantastic job. Decided to try a new place out since this one was right across the street from my house. When I walked in everyone was so welcoming and inviting, especially Helen. I wanted a fresh acrylic full set and Helen began doing my nails but was switched out by Kim. Kim was rushing and was not very neat. I initially told her I wanted short and sharp squared nails but I left with rounded nails. I had to tell her multiple times to make all of my nails an even length and thin out nails that were bulkier than the others. Eventually I just got tired of trying to fix what she was doing. I got shellac, so the paint job was well done, but the shape is nothing like I asked for, and my underneath my nails is so tacky. I only go here to get my nails done. They are so nice and sweet and they do a great job! It also helps that they last forever. I've gotten gel, shellac, and dip here and it'll last 3-4 weeks and I do my dishes by hand without gloves so a lot of hand work still doesn't mess them up. read more

Horrible experience! Went on an extremely busy Saturday (first clue) . They started my pedicure then a young woman who had completed the nails of another who didn't look happy ( second clue) came over to do my fingernails. She was not very friendly. Her body language said she was not happy to be working. As she started to apply the powder, the consistency was not right. She seemed to have issues with the powder through the process. Took about an hour to complete. Within 24 hours, the powder was coming off of two nails ‍. I returned two days later to fix at no charge. Within two days the exact same thing. I've been THREE time and each time i DID NOT like them (and their prices are OVERRATED ) i kept trying to give them a chance but today was my LAST day EVER going ! I went in there to get an OVERLAY over MY nails (i showed them a picture and everything) and ended up with dip powder (I've never had an overlay before so i thought she would put something on my nails at the end to give me a little length but NO) this look EXACTLY like shellac ! I could've just got that instead of paying 40$ for this. I was so mad and fed up with them people i didn't even feel like saying anything about my nails i just paid and walked out. Absolutely love this nail salon under the new management. Some of the best service I've ever had! The staff was all very kind, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. They bring you drinks and snacks while you're getting your nails/toes done, and they work quickly and professionally. They also have nice TVs with subtitles so you can watch Netflix while you're getting your nails done. The prices were also very fair for the services. Super clean and elegant facility. Excellent customer service! Large selection of colors to choose from. I had a fantastic pedicure with an even better foot massage! My nails look great as well. I think the wax may have been to strong for my skin but I am satisfied with the service. The wine and snacks were a nice bonus! read more

I went in an hour and a half before closing for a basic pedicure and a manicure with shellac. The lady did my pedicure so fast she was done within 10 minuets! Usually they exfoliate your feet, do a massage, etc. This lady worked so fast I almost wanted to tell her to give me a discount. If I'm paying for a full service then give me the full service, don't do half the work and expect me to pay full price. read more

I loved this place! Me and a friend called thirty minutes before close and asked if they would still be willing to help us that day. They sounded super excited and said yes. Upon arrival, we were greeted and offered drinks and chocolates. The ladies were super sweet and nice and recommended dipping powder for my natural nails, which I paid $40 for. They even kept the place open over an hour after closing just to accommodate both of us and left such a good impression! The only reason it's not five stars is because my nails are a little bumpy :( I'm sure this was just because it was so late and I know they might have been tired. I went in to this place and should have known you get what you pay for. I paid only $30 for shellac French manicure and within 4 days, my nails were already cracking. I went back and showed her but the lady continued to tell me she didn't see it and it was my nail that was cracking and not the shellac. I would not recommend you waste your time or money. read more

Don't waste your time or money here, they used to do an alright job that I was able to tolerate but now with the new owner they lost a customer. I paid 35 for a powder full set and when I came back for a refill I was charged 32???? How does that work? Then not even a full week later of getting the refill the nails popped off as if they were stick on nails!! read more

I planned on making this my go-to nail salon but no. I decided to bring my daughter with me bc I brag about this place all the time. I was kinda embarrassed honestly by how my nails came out. They were thick and looked very fake. The nail tech rushed it and I didn't like my nails at all. I kept a smile on my face & remained friendly, even tipped bc I didn't want my daughter to know how unhappy I really was. I'll still go there bc it's across the street from me but definitely not every time. I'll drive further out to Lovely Nails. At least they don't cost as much. read more

I tried to give this place a chance but the service is horrible. I went there on two occasions and each time it was something wrong with the polish either the colors didn't match so my feet and hands where two different colors that I had to go back and today there's glitter in the polish & rather than taking it off and doing it right I end up with 3 coats and 1 top coat so I now have 4 coats of shellac on my nails. It doesn't even look like I got a fill. The white at my cuticles is showing, they didn't go back far enough with the polish. What a disaster. I will not go back. I don't appreciate getting short changed for my money. And I sure don't want to hear about the supplier being responsible. You ordered the shellac/polish and you need to take responsibility. And since you have used it before you already knew it didn't match. I HIGHLY recommend you look for another nail salon don't waste your time or money. I am so tired of these places just taking your money or not speaking English when they mess up. If I could have rated it a zero I would have. The picture is my nails done today and my cuticles all cut that I started bleeding. It was absolutely horrible. read more
