In my opinion (after 35 years of customer service management), I found her to be the type that tries to make herself look like she is doing you a favor by talking with you. Even though that is her job. We felt very put off, and found her and this location to be a total waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and go to the Irvine location for color advice.
