The entire team was incredibly helpful, but I especially want to recognize their in-store designer. She was creative, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. She helped us narrow down the perfect color palette and educated us on the different paint products, finishes, and performance levels for the various areas of our home. She took the time to explain which paints were best suited for specific surfaces and why, which gave us a great deal of confidence in our decisions. The level of expertise at this store was remarkable. In fact, when we later met with several painting contractors for quotes, many of them were surprised by how much I knew about paint products, applications, and the differences between the Dunn-Edwards paint lines. Everything I learned came directly from the guidance I received at this location. The quality of the paint has been incredible, and the colors turned out exactly as we hoped. We were able to get our color selections approved by our HOA without issue, and the final result looks fantastic. She seemed to be put off the moment we met with her. When we asked if we could get a little closer to view her screen that she was referencing, we just got a harsh "No!" In my opinion (after 35 years of customer service management), I found her to be the type that tries to make herself look like she is doing you a favor by talking with you. Even though that is her job. We felt very put off, and found her and this location to be a total waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and go to the Irvine location for color advice. It is night and day in comparison and will save you a lot of grief.
