We were incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Noah. In a world dominated by social media and AI, it was refreshing to have a genuine, human interaction with someone who truly cares. Noah was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding, taking the time to help us choose colors and answer all of our questions. He offered thoughtful advice and made what can be a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable. We've always thought highly of Sherwin-Williams as a brand, and this experience reaffirms it -- because of people like Noah!

They go out of their way to help me, and I'm not even a big customer. I had also purchased a significant amount of paint from them just the week before, and I've been a regular customer. Well, no more. They took no responsibility for what happened, and the employee working today couldn't have cared less. I will never use this store again. I prefer Dunn-Edwards paint anyway and only used Vista Paint in Mission Viejo because that's where our contractor purchased the paint. Losing a customer's paint, samples, and order is bad enough. Showing absolutely no concern when the customer comes in to pick up an order you called and told them was ready makes it even worse. Very disappointing experience.

The entire team was incredibly helpful, but I especially want to recognize their in-store designer. She was creative, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. She helped us narrow down the perfect color palette and educated us on the different paint products, finishes, and performance levels for the various areas of our home. She took the time to explain which paints were best suited for specific surfaces and why, which gave us a great deal of confidence in our decisions. The level of expertise at this store was remarkable. In fact, when we later met with several painting contractors for quotes, many of them were surprised by how much I knew about paint products, applications, and the differences between the Dunn-Edwards paint lines. Everything I learned came directly from the guidance I received at this location. The quality of the paint has been incredible, and the colors turned out exactly as we hoped. We were able to get our color selections approved by our HOA without issue, and the final result looks fantastic. Thank you to the entire Dunn-Edwards Rancho Santa Margarita team for your professionalism and support. A special thank you to the designer who helped us, your expertise and creativity made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate all your help. Highly recommended!

Walqui did not welcome our questions, and just began telling us all of the things that she could not do for us. She was cold and curt. She had ZERO customer service skills. She seemed to be put off the moment we met with her. When we asked if we could get a little closer to view her screen that she was referencing, we just got a harsh "No!" In my opinion (after 35 years of customer service management), I found her to be the type that tries to make herself look like she is doing you a favor by talking with you. Even though that is her job. We felt very put off, and found her and this location to be a total waste of our time. Do yourself a favor and go to the Irvine location for color advice. It is night and day in comparison and will save you a lot of grief.
