Based on that recommendation, I decided to visit the showroom and discuss my own project. From the moment I stepped into the facility, the positive vibe was immediately apparent. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What truly stood out was the complete lack of pressure--no salespeople hovering or pushing, just genuine professionalism. After explaining my project, I received a detailed quotation and had all my questions answered. US Floor wasn't the cheapest option, but it wasn't the most expensive either--fair and reasonable for the level of quality they promised. Somewhat hesitantly (because it almost sounded too good to be true), I hired US Floor to remodel three full bathrooms and my kitchen. To my great surprise, the project was completed four days ahead of schedule, with no surprises along the way--and the results are absolutely fantastic. My kudos to Bruce and his wonderful team. If you have a project, don't waste your time shopping around. Go straight to US Floor Kitchen & Bath and get started.

We converted an old bathtub into a modern walk-in stall shower, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was quick, incredibly clean, and very patient, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything was done exactly right. Most importantly, they delivered on time and on budget, which is rare and deeply appreciated with home remodeling projects. The quality of the work really stood out. The tile work was beautiful and precise, the custom cabinetry was well-made and elegant, and the sink and countertop choices were lovely and high quality. Every worker who came into our home was professional, skilled, and clearly top-level at what they do. They were also exceptionally clean and respectful of our home. Floors were fully protected with paper and coverings throughout the project, and they cleaned up thoroughly every single day. All-in, the cost for tile, custom cabinet, countertop, and labor was $15,000, which we felt was a great value for the level of craftsmanship, materials, and service we received. Because the experience was so positive, we are now working with them on our master bathroom as well--which says everything about our level of trust and satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented kitchen or bath remodeler, Unique Kitchen and Bath is an excellent choice. Ask for Ron -- he's really the best and Ray our assigned Project Manager was phenomenal in coordination and attention to detail!

Buyer Beware, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more My family had a horrible experience with Pacific Kitchen and Bath AKA Pacific Showroom as they are also called. Our experience started with a Small 42x36 shower project should have taken 3 days: demo, install, final touch ups. It ended up taking over a month due to no shows and bad scheduling, our project was constantly pushed out. No accounting for craftsmanship either as every single person who showed up was not an employee of Pacific Kitchen and bath, all of them were various contractors for plumbing, walls, shower install. As the contractors have no liability in the work performed they didn't care how things looked. When finished we saw the shower Pan had been installed crooked!! The contractors also damaged our brand new bathroom door and scratched our brand new bathroom vanity (see pictures). After all was said and done the sales person sent me an invoice for $4,300!!! This was $1,500 more than the $2,800 we had agreed to at the start of the project which lasted nearly 30 days in tot

We are absolutely thrilled with the product and service we received from G & A. From the moment we…read morewalked through their door, Brandon assisted us with a level of care that made both my husband and I feel like we were a family member. We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I am attaching some photos of the closet where they laid carpeting and installed quartz, the tile & painting in the laundry room and the painting of the living room/foyer where the new closet was built above.

Tompkins Flooring vs. Empire Today…read more Empire Today = Hassle and High-Pressure Sales I scheduled an in-home appointment with Empire Today to get a quote for replacing carpet in a single room. This was a small, straightforward job, but the visit took far longer than necessary and felt driven by sales process rather than efficiency. Instead of focusing on measuring the room and preparing a quote, the salesperson spent a significant amount of time talking and redirecting the conversation. After repeatedly asking for pricing, I was eventually shown a single total on his tablet. When I asked for a printed quote or an emailed copy, the salesperson said their system does not generate written quotes at all. He explained that even if he had internet access, quotes could only be presented in person and must be signed immediately. He also stated that if I did not accept the quote on the spot, it would no longer be valid and the only way to move forward would be for him to return to my home and repeat the entire process. The quote shown had no itemization or breakdown. There was limited detail on carpet type, padding, labor, or related items, and no documentation I could review, compare, or keep. The expectation was to agree to a single number immediately, without time to evaluate options or pricing. Given the lack of transparency and the pressure to make an on-the-spot decision, I politely ended the appointment. Tompkins Flooring = Efficient, Transparent, and Straightforward After that experience, I stopped in at Tompkins Flooring and worked with Chris. The difference was immediate. For the same simple job, the entire process took about five minutes. Chris was easy to work with, asked the right questions, and provided a clear quote without needing to come into my home. The quote included details on carpet, padding, and installation, and was provided in written form for review. Pricing from Tompkins was slightly lower than Empire Today, but the product was better. Both the carpet and padding options were higher quality, and the installation schedule was more flexible. There was no pressure to commit immediately, just clear information that made it easy to decide. The installation is scheduled for next week, and based on how smooth and professional the process has been so far, I'm guessing it will go smoothly. I'll update this review (if needed) after the work is completed. Overall, the contrast between the two companies was clear. One relied on urgency and limited information, while the other focused on transparency, efficiency, and respecting the customer's time.
