We came across a lovely owner named Mark who came by our house to measure and get quotes on what we wanted. It has been 2 years since our kitchen Reno and I'm so glad we waited for this gorgeous backsplash that reminds me of Wickeds "emerald city". They were shipped from New York so we waited about less than a week for the project to get started. Mark's son, Mark Jr. is who so meticulously created what I say an artistic masterpiece. If you zoom in there were such small, I mean small.. intricate tile pieces that he poured his sweat for days making sure that it was nothing less than perfection. We are so thankful that he treated our home like it was his own. Both Marks were so lovely to work with and we can't wait to work on our bathrooms next in the near future. Thank you just doesn't suffice the beautiful creation they made in our kitchen. They are honest, so communicative and responsible. On the last day Mark brought an electrician to make sure all outlets worked well and that the clean up was left as if nobody was even there. I mean how is that possible?! The sales people were helpful but we did not see anything that really convinced us we had the right tile. Then we stopped by Trendy Surfaces and met Roya. She was very helpful and asked us what kind of "look" we were after for our Master. She took the time to look at our existing Master Bath layout and then suggest a beautiful 24"x48" Calcutta Gold with a polished finish for our shower walls with a conservative contrasting 36"x 36" floor tile. We asked to look at Mosaics for the shower pan and Roya saw that we were in need of help deciding on a match with the wall tile. She suggested using our 36"x36" floor tile for and having her team use a service that cuts the large floor tile into smaller 2"x2" beveled tiles which are then placed on a 12" x 12" mesh just like any other Mosaic. That left the slab choice for our vanity countertop and she took the role of designer and pulled 3 different slab samples and made our choice easy! We took her advice and had an amazing experience both shopping and after purchase follow up including pro-active followups for tile availability date and pickup and contacting both us and our contractor. Buyer Beware, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more My family had a horrible experience with Pacific Kitchen and Bath AKA Pacific Showroom as they are also called. Our experience started with a Small 42x36 shower project should have taken 3 days: demo, install, final touch ups. It ended up taking over a month due to no shows and bad scheduling, our project was constantly pushed out. No accounting for craftsmanship either as every single person who showed up was not an employee of Pacific Kitchen and bath, all of them were various contractors for plumbing, walls, shower install. As the contractors have no liability in the work performed they didn't care how things looked. When finished we saw the shower Pan had been installed crooked!! The contractors also damaged our brand new bathroom door and scratched our brand new bathroom vanity (see pictures). After all was said and done the sales person sent me an invoice for $4,300!!! This was $1,500 more than the $2,800 we had agreed to at the start of the project which lasted nearly 30 days in tot
