My bad, I didnt take the extra time to scroll down to review what items were in the cart before checking out. After realizing it, I did not see a way to edit the order on line. This morning, I went to pick up the order but to remove those unwanted items (and get a refund for them) I went to the cashier. There were very few if any people in line at the checkout registers. This is a key point. Here is where I am very disappointed in the way Rosa handled things. Disappointed emough to take 10 minutes to post this experience. She went into her register to adjust my on line order. At this point, NOBODY WAS IN LINE BEHIND ME. Rosa asked me my phone number to identify the order. I began searching my order history on my phone which pulled up immediately but didnt show what phone number was used. I have two accounts on F&D and I was trying to make sure I gave Rosa the right phone number. I was probably 10 seconds on my phone AND ONE GUY JUST GOT IN LINE BEHIND ME. I already had the order pulled up on my phone. Before I could offer an order number to Rosa, or maybe Rosa could have offered to help me, Rosa immediately said to me "Let me help this next customer first." I am all for helping keep the line moving but I was literally ready to tell Rosa my order number! I stepped aside and let Rosa the other guy. The other guy dis not have his correct phone numbet either in Rosa's system! She asked him patiently and I waited AT LEAST 5 MINUTES WHILE ROSA WAITED PATIENTLY FOR THE GUY WHO WAS BEHIND ME TO REMEMBER HIS PHONE NUMBER!!! I waited so long I had no choice but to speak up and ask Rosa if she can "finish helping me". You remember me Rosa? The guy whom you were helping before that guy got in line BEHIND ME? Twice, I politely asked if I can be helped while the guy who was BEHIND ME obvioisly needed more time to find his account. Rosa ignored me twice. When I finally asked a little louder that I needed to get going, Rosa told me "Just wait a second." The guy finally could not find his account and Rosa payiently directed him to another department AND she called that dept to let them know she is "sending him over". Then Rosa got to helping me! I was done in literally 30 seconds!! THAT IS THE IRONY OF WHY ROSA SCREWED UP TRYING TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMET BEHIND ME WHEN I WAS 30 SECONDS FROM BEING DONE!! AND BY HELPING THE NEXT GUY FIRST, ROSA ACTUALLY DELAYED ME 5-8 MINUTES FROM DOING MY JOB. Does this sound fair to you? I consider tuis a bad judgment call on Rosa's part.

The service I requested was to repair the rotted fascia board at corner of the exterior gutter. Naran provided the quote within 10 minutes and clarified all the questions I have. 3. The value and quality speak for itself. Naran sent his team Slav to repair the rotted fascia board. When Slav came, he did an initial inspection and provided recommendations as well as how he will repair and how long it will take. In short, he completed the job much beyond our expectation. They were really helpful in helping us choose what we needed. We were going to be re-flooring our entire house so the fact they took time with us so we were comfortable with our choice was great. The problem came when we were done putting the flooring in our house. Our contractor was very efficient and we had 15 boxes of planks left, which was essentially the 10% buffer that they order. When we inquired about returning the unopened boxes, we were told that the only option was a store credit less a restocking fee. We were OK paying the restocking fee. They knew that we had redone our entire house so a store credit was not a value to us at all. We asked them for a cash reimbursement of the balance less the stocking fee and they refused. We now have 15 boxes of flooring valued at approximately $1500 that we can do nothing with. This was very disappointing based on the good experience we had in making the purchase. I would recommend anyone ensuring that they understand the refund policy for unused flooring.
