So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. Despite having all of our details months ahead of time and a signed quote in place, he added $2,300 of charges 2 days before installation (with no changes requested by us). He refused to install until we agreed, and we had no choice because he had possession of our slabs and had already started cutting them, and we were on a deadline. There were many visible cracks in the countertops, and the steel supports he put in were just short prefab cement stakes secured only with a few dabs of glue (see photos). Overall bad experience. Do not recommend. Use someone with a more proven track record.
