Price was certainly a factor, but what really set them apart was their confidence in being able to protect our existing marble tile backsplash -- which we installed two years ago and can no longer source. Other companies warned that tile damage was likely during removal. Pacific Stone approached it differently. Their crew removed the granite with remarkable precision and didn't crack a single tile. That alone exceeded our expectations. During installation, Moses caught a flaw in our brand-new sink before we did. Instead of proceeding, he suggested we exchange it and even offered to pause the job so we could do it that day. That level of care says a lot about how they operate. A few weeks after the project was completed, we changed out our rangetop. Pacific Stone came back and carefully modified the installed quartz to fit the new appliance perfectly. I highly recommend this business. We wanted to replace our kitchen countertops and went into the San Clemente store a few weeks ago. They were very clear on the process of installation, they provided a quote just a few hours after they came out to measure, and we scheduled the work. They kept me updated with text messages, the teams that came out to do demo, laser measurements, and installation were very professional and friendly. You always expect some kind of issue or problem with projects like these because track home are built so cheaply. The Pacific Stone team did a great job with my full kitchen demo and install. The price was very affordable and it's of great quality. They were done in like 2 weeks too, which was great. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a kitchen remodel. One note though, is that they don't do plumbing or electrical. They'll disconnect stuff for the demo but won't reconnect them, so you'll need to do it yourself or hire a separate company. Ben came out quickly to give us a very reasonable quote, he helped me go over organization options and a more functional layout, his cabinet selection and quartz/porcelain section at his shop was huge! Update to response below. No not someone who did not pay their bill. I was over having your team coming back so I am dealing with the one last line item myself that needed to be fixed. The design was so bad that they brought the wrong sized drawers and measured the oven incorrectly. Hence the comment that the design services are terrible. Reasonably priced. Terrible workmanship and design services . So many corrections needed on my kitchen they had to keep coming back for. One still is not fixed. Completely unorganized. I highly recommend Pacific Stone Creations. We upgraded our old granite worktop to white quartz. The entire process was a pleasure. Ben at Pacific Stone has a super showroom. The samples are worktop size, so it is easy to imagine it in your kitchen and the range is broad, making it easy to find the material/pattern that suits you. The measurement, removal of the old worktop and installation of the new worktop took about 5 days. This is a short wait. At all times the dust and inconvenience was kept to a minimum. I chose this company over others based on the great reviews I read. I was extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. I replaced my old kitchen tile countertop with quartzite, which Ben helped me choose from his showroom. It looks fantastic, was reasonably priced and is so easy to keep clean (no sealing required). I also wanted to replace my old tile BBQ countertop so Ben sent me to Arizona Tile to pick out marble rated for outdoors. So glad I didn't go with the other companies that were trying to sell me inferior materials. Ben was so easy to work with, I was texting him constantly with questions that kept popping up. I fully expected him to get tired of answering my never ending questions, but no, he answered all of them promptly throughout the process. When his staff member came out to measure, I asked if there was enough marble leftover to do my bathroom countertop as well and it turns out there was.....so I got a new bathroom countertop too! I purchased my kitchen and bathroom sinks from him which made it much more convenient.
