Great cabinets and stone counter top options-reasonably priced for what you get for the area .

We recently hired Pacific Stone to convert our granite countertops to quartz in the kitchen, dining area, and butler's pantry. Price was certainly a factor, but what really set them apart was their confidence in being able to protect our existing marble tile backsplash -- which we installed two years ago and can no longer source. Other companies warned that tile damage was likely during removal. Pacific Stone approached it differently. Their crew removed the granite with remarkable precision and didn't crack a single tile. That alone exceeded our expectations. During installation, Moses caught a flaw in our brand-new sink before we did. Instead of proceeding, he suggested we exchange it and even offered to pause the job so we could do it that day. That level of care says a lot about how they operate. A few weeks after the project was completed, we changed out our rangetop. Pacific Stone came back and carefully modified the installed quartz to fit the new appliance perfectly. From start to finish, their team was detail-oriented, responsive, and respectful of our home. The finished product looks fantastic, and we would absolutely work with them again. read more

I highly recommend this business. We wanted to replace our kitchen countertops and went into the San Clemente store a few weeks ago. They were very clear on the process of installation, they provided a quote just a few hours after they came out to measure, and we scheduled the work. They kept me updated with text messages, the teams that came out to do demo, laser measurements, and installation were very professional and friendly. You always expect some kind of issue or problem with projects like these because track home are built so cheaply. Although any questions or concerns (which were very minor) were addressed promptly, I would definitely do business with this again! read more

Straight forward no BS quote and work. Zach was transparent and helpful. Good recommendations for the project we wanted without trying to upsell us a bunch. Didn't make us go through a bunch of literature or watch a marketing video like the other 2 quotes we got. Very reasonable price with nice product, installation, scheduling, and communication. Definitely would use again and recommend read more

We purchased cabinets and the top stone work. The only thing that came out correctly was the stone top. The cabinets arrived in the incorrect configuration. The company did not want to work with us to correct the issues. Instead we were considered difficult clients. Installation should have take a day, but due to material missing it took 5 separate days to install, with 2 days of no shows. We were told the drawer slides were high quality, which we have had to replace on our own. Never been so excited to get new cabinets , and never been more disappointed. read more

The selection is huge and the prices as great. It was worth the drive. Will return when it's time to freshen up the garden.

The Pacific Stone team did a great job with my full kitchen demo and install. The price was very affordable and it's of great quality. They were done in like 2 weeks too, which was great. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a kitchen remodel. One note though, is that they don't do plumbing or electrical. They'll disconnect stuff for the demo but won't reconnect them, so you'll need to do it yourself or hire a separate company. Even with that, my total project cost was less than other companies. read more

We did a whole house remodel and had Ben and the whole team from Pacific Stone Creations do our remodel from our Kitchen to our bathrooms. They did a Beautiful Custom Entertainment center and we couldn't be more please. The workers were respectful and exceptionally clean and attentive. I highly recommend them to everyone I know who's looking for impeccable work. Our Daughter loved the work that Ben and his team did for us so much so that she and her husband have hired them to remodel their home also. read more

We did an entire kitchen remodel and Ben and his entire crew were amazing! Ben came out quickly to give us a very reasonable quote, he helped me go over organization options and a more functional layout, his cabinet selection and quartz/porcelain section at his shop was huge! We ultimately chose a honed quartzite with a mix of white oak and white shaker cabinets, a custom white oak hood & matching white oak floating shelves for the bar - then Mike his tile installer brought it all together with my backsplash. From a gutted kitchen to install of countertops was within one week - so quick! Thank you again to Ben and his team, I absolutely love my new kitchen!! read more

Ben, Zach, and their entire team are absolutely the best to work with. During the entire process we were so impressed with how they worked with us and how clearly they communicated timelines and expectations along the way. They followed through with all of their commitments and ensured we were supported since this was our first huge project. Walking into our kitchen everyday is like living in a dream. I would highly recommend going with PSC, they stand on business! The time they spent with us was invaluable and I'm forever grateful to Pacific Stone! I cannot wait to work with them again in the near future on other projects around our home. Thank you Ben and the team, we love our kitchen, until next time! read more

Pacific stone did a good job for us, we had them replace the counters in our kitchen. The 2 demo guys did well, so sorry i didnt get their names. The installers, Francisco and Alfredo, did a great job. Their work shows pride and professionalism. We had a misstep w/ their office staff communication, bit of an attitude, but all in all we are very glad we chose them. Quality product and skilled workers. read more

We had an outstanding experience with Pacific Stone from start to finish. Their showroom played a huge role in helping us visualize the final look. It was well organized, full of options, and made the design process smooth and enjoyable. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and offered thoughtful recommendations on materials, appliances, hardware, and overall design. It was clear their guidance came from years of experience and the numerous successful jobs they've completed. Pacific Stone also recommended a contractor who turned out to be fantastic. Install dates were set quickly, everything stayed on schedule, and the installation went exactly as expected. The countertop installers deserve a special shout out. They were quick, professional, and did excellent work. Zach was especially great to work with throughout the project. His communication was top notch, he responded to texts quickly, and he went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns that came up. He made the entire process feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend Pacific Stone for anyone looking for a seamless, well‑guided, and professional experience. read more

I highly recommend Pacific Stone Creations. We upgraded our old granite worktop to white quartz. The entire process was a pleasure. Ben at Pacific Stone has a super showroom. The samples are worktop size, so it is easy to imagine it in your kitchen and the range is broad, making it easy to find the material/pattern that suits you. The measurement, removal of the old worktop and installation of the new worktop took about 5 days. This is a short wait. At all times the dust and inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Both the removal and the installation teams were on time and super efficient. Great job. read more

I chose this company over others based on the great reviews I read. I was extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. I replaced my old kitchen tile countertop with quartzite, which Ben helped me choose from his showroom. It looks fantastic, was reasonably priced and is so easy to keep clean (no sealing required). I also wanted to replace my old tile BBQ countertop so Ben sent me to Arizona Tile to pick out marble rated for outdoors. So glad I didn't go with the other companies that were trying to sell me inferior materials. Ben was so easy to work with, I was texting him constantly with questions that kept popping up. I fully expected him to get tired of answering my never ending questions, but no, he answered all of them promptly throughout the process. When his staff member came out to measure, I asked if there was enough marble leftover to do my bathroom countertop as well and it turns out there was.....so I got a new bathroom countertop too! I purchased my kitchen and bathroom sinks from him which made it much more convenient. All of the team members sent over to measure, do the demolition and install were fantastic.... friendly, extremely competent and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company. When I do my kitchen cupboards I know where to go! read more

Aaron and his whole team at Pacific Stone was so great to work with. I am so happy with the way my kitchen turned out. We had some hiccups along the way, but it was the way Aaron handled the issues that stood out to me most. If you want peace of mind working with a contractor that will always make things right and stand by their work, I would highly recommend Pacific Stone. Mike, who builds and installs the cabinets was also such a pleasure to work with. He is very detail oriented and takes pride in everything he does. Thank you Mike for all of the work you did! read more

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They are super meticulous and work extremely hard to make you get the dream kitchen you want. They have a great showroom in San Clemente that we found exactly what we wanted. After the nightmare I had at Home Depot and their subcontractors and Lowes I was so scared that I would be disappointed again. Thank goodness that did not happen. Zach was super helpful and patient with me when I came in to get things started. They are on top of everything and are always available for any questions you have. My kitchen is so beautiful, and you will not be disappointed! read more

Pacific Stone is truly the best contractors I have ever used (I've redone multiple homes) from the moment I reached out for a quote they were very responsive, from setting up a date to receiving a quote for my job to the day they set for demo & installation. I couldn't be happier with the completed job & the price. I can't brag enough about everyone there - all very concerned & always helpful. Anytime I left a message I got a call back immediately they never hesitated they always had a solution - if only all contractors acted like this no one would mind redoing their homes. I can't say enough good things - if you're considering redoing your kitchen look no further Pacific Stone is the only call you need to make. read more

We did a remodel two years ago with Ben and his team at Pacific Stone. They were a pleasure to work with. They redid our cabinets and our countertops throughout the house to include our kitchen, bathrooms, and a built in entertainment center and desk areas in some of our other rooms . I highly recommend this company as their service and work are excellent! They really stand behind their work ! I recently contacted Ben because some of our knobs in the kitchen had become loose and without hesitation he sent somebody and made it perfect again! This company is definitely a five star operation. My remodel was quick, clean and the guys efficient and professional. They did our bathroom-putting in a new vanity, dual sinks and counter to ceiling glazed porcelain subway tile accent wall, beautiful Job! We liked them so much we had them back for a remodel on our kitchen counters and backsplash. We were told they could also do a beautiful wall around our new modern fireplace insert. Very elegant and well done! I've had so many compliments. Thanks Pacific Stone and the courteous management that guided us. I think if they start doing bathrooms, I'm using them again for sure. read more
