AGL came out and demo'ed the existing grass, weeds, debris and even took down a tree my husband was supposed to dig out before they got here. They didn't complain or charge extra. My only issue is that it does get very hot. I wouldn't consider it pet friendly during the hottest parts of the summer out here. Menifee gets HOT.
