Im really happy with the quality of the shed and how professionally the crew built it. They did a great job! I did have to contact Jack a few times about what we have originally discussed in the building plans. I'm so glad I contacted him because our previous conversation was not what was going to be built. Also, Unfortunately, my experience with Jack on the customer service side was just okay, the company can do better given they have a good product. Sadly, he is just not a good frontman for the company dealing with customers. He's lacking any real personality or follow-up. I didn't even get a call to see if everything was OK... A little more communication and warmth would go a long way. Overall the product is solid, but the service needs improvement." I am a commercial insurance broker and I am amazing at communicating with my customers and that's why I am A plus rated in my business. I expect the same when I am shopping for myself, with anything! I have to say, when I originally was looking for a shed I went to TuffShed, and their sales/service people were amazing and so engaging. But unfortunately, the price was just a couple thousand dollars more.. knowing what I know now I probably would have just gone with the original TuffShed quote based on their personality and Customer Service. read more

High quality and expedient. Super company and will use them again . We were able to get the shed installed within a week and it took them 1/2 days to. Amazing. Very reasonable price as well. read more

Quality Sheds - Shed is in the back of yard and just what we needed for garden storage . It held up great in the recent rain. - General Contractors Near Me - Menifee, California

The initial contact with Jack, the owner, to the actual build day went off without a hitch. This is my second shed that I've purchased from Quality Sheds. The quality of the lumber to the roofing, windows and doors is top tier. The workers completed the 4x10 shed in 4 hours. It was ready to store my lawnmower, bikes and seasonal equipment that same day. I would highly recommend Quality Sheds for a shed that will last forever. read more

I called many companies and researched for months before committing. Quality Sheds always came back to me and every time I called Jack answered the phone and gave me all the answers in a pleasant manner. I designed my shed, Jack presented me with a sketch, and in less than 2 weeks they came and built it. It's so beautiful! Durable and sturdy. I will continue doing some work to finish it as a studio, but I am very happy with how fast, helpful workers, and flexible the company Quality Sheds is. read more

These guys are incredible. Fantastic crew who arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Craftsmanship was on point and they left the side of my house cleaner than they found it. Jack, in the office, was especially great to work with when it came to Design, scheduling and even last-minute changes. Extremely accommodating team overall. Thank you! read more

This is a single company that provides the materials and does the installation. All of the big stores use contractors and take no responsibility for their work or even the delivery of the product. The sales people were flexible and able to accomodate my request to supply the roofing material (which I had purchased for a shed that wasn't delivered a month after the scheduled date). The crew showed up when they said they would and consulted with me several times to make sure that I was happy with the placement. Everyone who has seen my shed is impressed by the quality of the construction. read more

Fantastic service. Jack from Quality Sheds, aka So Cal Sheds, contacted me within an hour of my inquiry. He answered my many questions and gave be advice. After sending me the plan, we revised further, then i heard from sales to set up the order. That was on August 2, 2023 - it is now August 9th and I have the shed I have wanted forever. The two workmen who showed up were absolute professional - did an amazing job building the shed in about 5 hours and cleaned up everything when they left. I am so happy with my Shed. read more

The two installers were GREAT. We had a 8'x15' shed installed in backyard. Workmanship was high quality, they leveled and squared all 90s and 45s. Setup and installation took about 4-5hrs with cleanup. Unbelievable team work between the two installers. We are more then satisfied with shed, now seal and paint. read more

Amazing service! From the design to installation process this was very easy. Costs were very competitive to Tuff Shed, a little more but it was well worth it since you can customize the final product and don't have to stick with a template design. read more

Two words - Locked Gate. We phoned Quality Shed (QS) on Saturday to confirm operating hours for following Monday. We live in San Diego so it's over a 1-hour drive from home to QS Menifee "showroom". We wanted to ensure location would be open. It's a good thing we phoned in advance as posted hours on Yelp are incorrect. Actual weekday opening time is 10am instead of 9am posted on Yelp. We arrived 10:15am Monday morning to find entrance gate locked. Wife phoned listed number which connected to voice mail. Wife left voice mail with our contact information and requested return call when "showroom" was open. We then drove to nearby restaurant to await phone call. After waiting more than an hour without contact we decided to drive to Tuff Shed (separate stellar review) in Murrieta. Before departing restaurant wife phoned QS one last time, and phone was answered. Wife asked if "showroom" was open, and a gruff response was yes. So, we returned to QS. Steeping into reception shed we noted two employees. Male employee was on the phone. Wife & I stepped to desk of female employee and asked why gate was locked at opening hour. Response, "We had stuff to do so we opened late". Honest response which displayed total disregard for customer service. We then proceeded to ask our list of technical questions. Employee answered each question but never helped. Employee never stood, never introduced herself or provided card. Employee never offered to walk with us to specific sheds. Seated at her desk she would point towards a shed located outside in a general direction. We left reception shed and began to explore QS "showroom". Quote marks have been added as word "showroom" is improperly assigned. There isn't an enclosed room with sheds. There is an unlevel, unpaved dirt lot with ruts and trip hazards between haphazardly placed sheds. Some sheds don't have any identification. You step inside and don't know size, style, or details. We did note QS sheds are built upon wooden base instead of desired metal base. In short, visit to Quality Shed "showroom" was a total waste of time. There was a bright outcome. While locked out of QS during morning opening hour, we researched alternative shed manufacturers. We discovered Tuff Shed nearby in Murrieta. At Tuff Shed we were professionally greeted by Bradley who introduced us to their superior sheds. Thank you QS for your poor customer service which inspired us to discover a superior alternative, Tuff Sheds and Bradley! read more

Thank you to Quality Shed, Inc. for my beautiful shed! From the very beginning of the planning process, to the most incredible crew who built it, I cannot be happier with your company. Thank you for your flexibility and willingness to accommodate me with my very limited space. I live in a Mobil Home community and wanted to squeeze a rather large shed in a small space. Your crew was incredibly expert and professional, working mostly in silence - no discussion, just doing exactly what they needed to do in the perfect order and sequence. I was amazed as I watched. Willing to accommodate me, they made a last-minute roof alteration to the plan in order for the shed to be durable and safe. L.S. in Harbor City, CA read more

They build very good sheds. I gave them one star less because they left a mess and didn't clean up. From left over scraps of wood to wood shavings to coke cans and water bottles.and nails around the shed. They would have perfect 5 stars if they would have cleaned up. Otherwise they assembled our shed very fast. Started at 9am we're done by 1pm. It looks nice too read more

FANTASTIC WORKMANSHIP & FAIR PRICE TOO! We had Quality Sheds build an 8' X 12" lean-to style shed for us. We upgraded to a taller version, and added a skylight, roof vent and some shelving too. The two-man crew showed up right on time at 8:00am and the hit the ground running. They worked very well as a team and custom built our shed from the ground up in a single day. Once completed, they even swept the sawdust out :) What REALLY impresses me is that its hand built, from scratch using quality materials - its built solid like a mini house. When comparing the size of the timbers used to the "kits" available from Lowes and Home Depot, it is immediately evident that the kits use much smaller dimensional lumber. Ours has a solid 1" floor, set on pressure treated 4X6 timbers... the walls are 2x4 and the roof trusses are 2x6. Roof is covered with 1/2" OSB board, then felt paper, then asphalt shingles... the same construction as a typical home In the end, we have a terrific shed that cost us less than one years worth of storage locker rent for the same amount of space. We could not possibly be any happier with the quality, customer service, workmanship and price read more

Very friendly and helped with a lot of questions I had. We had Quality Sheds build an 12' X 20' lean-to style shed. They fit us in to their schedule and were prompt, professional and great. They were at my place by 8am and pretty much finished by 2pm. We were all amazed at the speed and quality of the work, including the other contractors who happen to be on the property that day. I just called regarding a project that my husband and I are looking to start. I spoke with a man by the name of Jack. Jack spent so much time with me over the phone, answering my questions, that I just had to leave a 5 star review. High-quality sheds. Their efficiency is amazing - they showed up on time and had it built and cleaned up in about 4 hours. I have spent two months reaching out in every way possible to this company, trying to BUY a shed. I have called them, left voicemails, text them, emailed them - no response. I finally just went out last Saturday, and even gone out to their Menifee location on Saturday, but apparently Yelp's. hours are wrong because they were closed. Jack and his designer helped me design and build a large shop and a small barn. They also worked with me to get drawings approved by the city. They are great people including the builders. Good work and fast. This was a few years ago now and I am very happy with buildings. Recently I had an issue with water damage. It had been several years but called Jack. He sent his builders over and completely restored the damaged area. I don't think you will get customer service like that anywhere else. These guys live up to their name. They do build quality sheds and they will take care of you for years after too. Thanks Jack and your whole team. I saw the comment from the guy frustrated with the office he wanted. I think he really stretched the concept of 'shed'. If you are going to do something like this you need to be prepared to communicate every detail and be involved at every step. To the guy with motorcycle shed. You must have ask for shed on skids. Yes it would be off the ground a ways. Sounds like they helped out of your problem. I would install boards going across the ramp so the tires of the bike would go over the boards and clear the edge of shed floor. read more

Hello, I have used Quality Sheds twice before and they did a very good job. One project was a stand alone 3 car job and the other an extension to our house. So I used them again to build a casita. Bottom line is it was too much of a project for them. The contract we have said completion 60 days after plan approval. That was about 11 months ago. They say they are upside down on the project, so I guess that means little or no priority. Next step involves lawyers. Be careful!! read more

The sales staff were friendly at the office and helpful. I have sensitivites to formadahyde and some other building materials, so they were accomadating by allowing me to supply some of the materials. They took a few bucks off the price, so I could provide my own roof and floor sheeting. Also, they took a few bucks off the shingles, so I could purchase ones elsewhere to match my house. I upgraded the vapor barrier and snow load capacity. The 2 builders showed up on schedule and knocked out the lien-to style shed in 5-6 hours to spec 10 x 12' with 8 to 10' ceilings, 1 residential door and a 3 x 4 dual paned window. They were polite and asked further details on the build. They cleaned up after the build and took all waste. My only complaint was that the header for the window was framed improperly and not all the ceiling joists were nailed into from the roof. 2 of the ceiling joists only had been nailed into at the ends and were free from any nail elsewhere. read more
