But I prefer Peking BBQ over CL for the following reasons: - More accessible. It's in Woodside, a lot closer than Bayside. - Smaller operation with shorter wait: 20-25 minutes vs. 1-1.5 hours. - More choices of sides: you can get pork fried rice, lo mein, even sweet and sour dishes. Another one on my list in the area is Caravan Chicken. Hopefully, I get to try and review it next time I am in town to reach the final verdict.

The organization of the orders didn't seem to be efficient to be honest. If the ribs were good though, after the wait, I'd be all good to be honest. Overall the ribs were really dry and overcooked, perhaps from being in the warmer a little bit longer than expected. They were also really skinny ribs with not a whole lot of meat. Perhaps I'll have to give them another try sometime given the number of folks that were there.

Finally, the bartender on shift was such a cool guy, and an excellent bartender as well! My friend got a Stella, and I eventually switched to an IPA. Most importantly for an Irish dig, there were some really friendly patrons seated next to and near us, who told us about the area, and who chatted with us about baseball.
