What kind of business you guys running when forwarding customers calls straight to voicemail? Wanted to check if they had a specific shoe in stock before driving far and finding out they don't have it. Based on the other customers reviews about their website having incorrect inventory I don't trust them. read more

BE AWARE OF SHIEKH.COM!!!!! So I purchased the Nike Diamond Turf shoe that released on 1-24-25 and they charged $169.99 which is over the retail price of $150.00. So I notice this and called their customer service and informed her of my concern. She said I would have to direct her to a website that currently has the shoe at $150.00, but it is hard to do when the shoe sold out everywhere. read more

This place had the shoes I wanted online, but I didn't wanna pay shipping. I figured I'd go down to the brick and mortar and pay for my shoes in person as opposed to buying everything online. The girl behind the counter refused to come out from behind the counter until I told her exactly what I wanted and when I told her the shoe I wanted and I said the green one on the bottom left she picked up the green one on the bottom right when I told her that was the wrong shoe she got pissed off and told me dude you got to bend over and pointed to the shoe you want. At this point I said I'll go spend my money somewhere else. Do I have to bend down and point out the shoe I want or do you need to pay attention and listen and drop the attitude? This is why people buy everything online. I'm probably just gonna buy the shoes on Amazon now. This is why nobody buys anything in person anymore and the malls are shutting down. read more

Don't go here. Horrible service. I was trying to look at the shoes and one of the workers( a girl with tattoos) was standing by the shoes I wanted to look at. After asking her to move NICELY,so I can look behind her, she gave me so much attitude. As if I had pushed her out of the way or something. Girl, first of all I don't want covid so it'd be nice if they kept 6ft distance from customers. Anyway, we just lefts we are not going to spend out money at a business that doesn't work for it. Please train your workers on customer service. read more

I was so impressed by the customer service and how helpful Vinicio was. He was extremely patient and worked with me and my inconveniences ! He was extremely kind and just enjoyable to talk to. Anghela I believe she was a manager was also so enjoyable to talk to and she was so sweet towards me. She took the time to hear my inconveniences and still work with me in the best ways she was able. I highly recommend this store and these two to have help! Will definitely be a returning customer and bring in more people! read more

They sold me a defective Nike air max 6 days ago. The bottom of my shoe fell off and when I went back the employees told me to glue it back together because they can't take back a shoe that wore for 5 days. I went back the next day to talk to the manager and he gladly exchanged it for me. The managers name is deep Singh. read more

I just came to try on some Crocs and on sale the exact ones I wanted . I want to give a huge shout out to Andrea, Jesus & Diego service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! YHGSAAE GAVE THEWORST ATTITUDE EVER! WHEN RINGING ME UP. HOW ARE BASiC HUMAN COMMUNICATION SKILLS LACKING IN RETAIL SALES?? IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY!!!!! She was helping a gentleman, she was trying to give him my shoes but he told her those weren't the ones he bought. I told her those where my shoes. I said I will go to the Target and come back. There were at least 6 employees on the sales floor. Only one at the register. The gentleman offered to let her ring me up instead so I can go first. She said what shoes after I just told her. Her attitude was poor and she didn't like her job!!! Please do better this is not the experience I want when spending money!!!! Only thing good out of this were my shoes! But the experience took away the joy for me that I get when getting a new pair of shoes. She made this a very bad experience!!!!! read more

This place is cool.. if they don't have the size, they'll offer to find it for you at a different location.. most places, you gotta request for them to do that. I like how everything is laid out here.. shoes on the walls, shelves, floor.. everywhere. Plenty of room in the back with the mens shoes.. not so much for the ladies. They have Pacquiao shirts here.. for those anticipating the fight with Mayweather! read more

If your looking for the best customer service with tons of employees standing around doing nothing this is your location. No one person greeted me as I walked into this location from the mall entrance which is a pretty long walk way. Most of them stood there in their conversation among themselves. After about 10 min I asked a guy behind the register could he help me which he did he was very nice but seems like he was new because of the amount of time it took him to find the shoe I needed but that was ok bc at least he helped. as I was waiting I decided to sit down bc it was take a while I also had to large Macy bags with me I sat on the floor next to me another lady I past in the store several times decided to walk towards me and look down in my bag as if I stole something then when see's me look along at her she decided to speak. Afterwards she then stood behind me pretending to fold clothes. The sad part about all this we were all minorities!! This is by far the worse experience I have had shopping at a Sheikh shoe store. If you want to be profiled and get no service this is the place to go. Not even the owner had the common sense to help and he was standing there. Talking as well, and yes I am a young black African American male . Stop passing judgement we are all not the same !! read more

Looks cool... nice shoe selection...the prices and the service are suspect. I left without buying anything.

Shiekh southland mall extraordinary customer service! Always on point! Takes care of their customers! Legitimate business! Highly recommend!

This review here is for Sheik shoes at westfield in san jose . Next time I go in and want to buy a pair of kicks don't look at me sideways and tell me "really for REALS" I don't get were that girl gets off telling me that shit because I do not want to buy defective kicks. My hard earned money is not stupidly spent just because I want something regardless of what it is. "REALLY FOR REALS" read more

Shiekh Shoes - Both pairs were like this " REALLY,,,,FOR REALS" - Shoe Stores Near Me - Hayward, California

I have to admit that this would not normally be in my top five for places that initially come to mind for comfortable and fashionable shoes, but I was really impressed today. My beloved flat black boots had finally croaked after roughly five years of use and abuse, especially in the last couple of years (I walked up and down the island of Manhattan in them, and took those same boots backpacking in Italy two months later). They finally fell apart back in October during yet another trip to New York, and since then, no boot has been able to live up to my specifications: 1) Flat. 2) Mid-calf. 3) Not suede. 4) Can accommodate my monster calves without too much effort (this was the toughest one). 5) Black or gray. I was seriously on the verge of resigning to a future in black Uggs. I'd pretty much gone through them all: Target, Wal-Mart, Bakers, Naturalizer, Steve Madden, Cole Haan, Aerosoles, even Loeffler Randall. Nothing. Nada. Not a one lived up to what I thought were pretty simple criteria. On a tip from one of my girlfriends, who was rocking a pair of purple boots that fit all of the above criteria, I decided to suck it up, go to the local mall and check out Shiekh. I hadn't been here in years, and was surprised at how much bigger and more organized it was. Side note: If you are a girl, ask a girl to help you find your shoes as they seem to know better where everything is at. Tammy helped me find my perfect pair of boots and I took advantage of the buy one, get the 2nd one half off deal. So basically I bought two pairs of boots for about 1/4 the cost of the previous pair I had. At least if these fall apart, they're cheap enough to keep buying, and they are hands down the most comfortable boots I've stepped into in a long time, more so than some of the more expensive ones I've owned! read more

They really do have a large selection, although most look like stripper shoes. Things to keep in mind: -If you are looking for comfortable functional shoes, do not come to shiekh, so don't act surprised by the selection. Like I said, mostly glittery heels. More of a place to get party shoes than work shoes. -I used to work in retail so I an not a passive aggressive idiot that looks at stuff and gets pissed when someone doesn't come to me. Excuse me I am an adult with two working legs, if you need something don't be a passive aggressive baby, just go ask the employee for help!!! Actually I prefer to shop in peace, not having someone all up in my business. I saw a lot of stuff I liked, I really like how the store is set up, and it's huge. I don't know about the employees because I didn't end up buying anything. Also the prices are decent. read more

Shiekh Shoes - Thanks Heaven, you the real MVP. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Hayward, California

I went into Shiekh today looking to buy some Shoes, as i walked in the store i was greeted by one of the workers by the name of Melissa, she approached me and asked if i needed any help, which i did. I handed her a shoe and asked for two sizes which she then brought out for me. I ended up not liking them and i know that can sometimes be a bother to some sale assosiates, but on the contrary she was very polite and showed me a couple of other options, one which i ended up liking. She also offered a hat that matched the shoes, and the hat was on sale which i found being convinient. Overall she provided me with a very good customer service and i left with what i went in looking for, and i will deffinetly be going back to her next time i come in that store. read more

Honestly my experience today was disappointing. I walked in, in hopes of finding holiday gifts, specifically a pair of shoes for my father, but this was not case! When I asked for shoe sizes, I was told that was the only size with a rude tone, and they didn't check if this was true. BUT I did not clearly hear what the girl said, so I asked for clarification, and had a bad response and a rude tone. As I turned to ask follow up questions, she was gone. I ended up leaving the store unhappy, unhelped, and empty handed. I really want to find some shoes for my dad, but the customer service was unprofessional and terrible. read more

The selection of shoes goes from shrubbed out tennis shoes like Chuck Taylor to Nike Airs to hoochy boots. The service here is to be desired. Many times the employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off. One visit required me to chase down an employee to try on a shoe. I'm used to shoe stores that have ample help available to assists me with my shoes desires. If your looking for something really quick and convenient I guess this might be the spot, but for me I;ll be ordering from Zappos. Who knew ordering from a website to be cheaper and more friendly and warm than purchasing shoes in store.. read more

I saw some shoes online, and called. An efficient woman picked up the phone and quickly helped to find out that they had my size in both colors (Godiva wedge boots) she had em so I came in. The woman's name is Amy btw.. Amy was helping me and everybody in the store. She had my boots ready for me to try on.. She had several phone sales, coming in for purchase, registers going down, and employees running out for breaks. But she didn't lose her cool. The line took a while but that gave me time to buy another pair of shoes. The line was slow due to the registers but Amy made all of us feel comfortable while we waited. And put a shoes on hold for people who couldn't wait. Her job wasn't easy but she held down phones, register, and shoe runs so 5 stars for her CS.. thanks Amy!! read more

The Raffling method that this store takes at the launch time is ridiculous. No organization. Customers who won raffle on a release day dont matter to these guys. They should be asking customers if they won raffle or not, and those who won raffle purchase first. They let anybody purchase at anytime not asking if they won raffle or not. Its not fair to people who won raffle to have to wait in a line and getting their size possibly sold to non winners. Also they let people try on the shoes that is in question(new release). Its just not right and whats the point of entering a raffle if this is going to happen. This stores needs education on how to do raffle properly. read more

Honestly the best experience I've ever had at Shiekh. My boyfriend bought me a pair of sweet Adidas that I loved but once I wore them for an hour or so realized they were too big. I think the gals name that helped me was Jackie. I told her the story and how I just wanted a half size smaller and she knew exactly who bought them and totally helped me find the size I needed at bayfair. She called the manager over there and had them put them on hold for me and I picked them up that day. Also, that store was incredibly neat and tidy and she was on the other employees about making sure everything was in order. Amazing customer service and professionalism. I don't even know if she is the manager but she should Be! Thank you so much Jackie and sorry it took me so long to write this! read more

I haven't been here in awhile but they renovated this store. It's much larger and have cool displays on the floor with well-lit shoes. Pretty cool. This store need to close down. Reason #1, as me a Jordan fan, I wake up around 5am and stand in line for the "first come, first serve" to get the new Jordans, and by the time the 8th person goes in the store they already "SOLD OUT". Now this is BS. One morning I was in line trying to buy the "Carmines" and this teenager was in line telling people how he is going to "For Sure" get his shoes because his brother that work at Shiekh put a pair up for him, REALLY? He also informed us that the other staff put up the new J's for their folks, write down how many pairs they have total and than come outside and annouce how many pairs and the sizes they have. This store is so corrupted to the point that the Jordan corporation need to find out about this. It is wrong to have single mothers stand in line with their children in the cold and turns out they cannot buy shoes because the staff is so selfish and hide shoes for their people. Waste of time, better off buying them online..... read more

Need to improve on their customer service, assistant manager gave me a lame excuse of why she couldn't honor me the price that was on the shoe I was trying to purchase. Her words were "i got 16 and 17 years old working here making mistakes and tagging things wrong" smh! Not my problem train them right and make sure that when things are out on the sales floor their up to the date for your customers, it starts from management to make sure prices are tagged correctly, if managers are not doing their job than how do they expect their workers to do the job right. read more

When I was living in Hayward, this was my favorite place to shop for shoes. They have a pretty good variety and I was always able to find the right shoe for an outfit or just the right shoe to treat myself with.:) It's safe to say I spent a lot of money here!lol The reason this place only gets 4 stars is because I did have issues a few times with the shoes I just purchased having scars all over them. I DON'T play that at all. I very kindly returned the shoes in exchange for a different pair with no problems though. I knew from then on to look over all shoes thoroughly before purchasing. Another good thing about Shiekh is that they have an online website. You can go online, order, and have your shoes shipped to your house or the people in the store will order a shoe for you if they don't have it in the store. The thing about that is you don't get the chance to check the shoes for scars, marks, etc. beforehand.:( And I had a couple pair come in with scars all over them, so I took them to the store and returned/exchanged them. Again with no problems. Other than those few mishaps, this place is great. read more
