The dim sum selection is a bit smaller than many of the traditional dim sum spots, but the overall quality was excellent, with a couple of definite highlights and some more unique dishes such as dumplings with pickled shrimp, crawfish, or Taizhou rice along with Ningbo wontons. In general, I would say that the wrappers were properly thin and everything was filled generously. The aforementioned Pickled Pepper Shrimp Dumplings were one of the highlights. The slightly spicy and sour pickles made it taste very light and paired nicely with the plump shrimp.
