Bf and I were seriously craving soup dumplings so we ordered from ubereats. The pork soup dumplings and pork dumplings were BOGO so we ordered those plus scallion pancakes and fried rice cakes with pork and mustard greens. Most of the soup dumplings had popped and were leaking (though it's prob best to eat right away), the scallion pancakes were a bit too crispy (we like ours crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside), rice cakes was pretty bland and had way more mustard greens than rice cake or pork, and i asked for extra sauces on the side but literally only got 1 sauce that was for the soup dumplings which had mostly leaked all over the soup dumplings. Overall tasty and satisfied craving, would give another chance.

I wanted some warm soup and this place seemed like a good restaurant to go. We went on Saturday at around 7:30 and there were only two other tables. We got the pork soup dumplings, sautéed string beans, and the spicy braised beef soup. The soup dumplings were okay- half of them were popped. These weren't the best I've ever had, pretty mediocre. The string beans were probably the best dish I had. A little bit spicy and well seasoned. The soup for the spicy braised was so good. It was so flavorful and so hearty. The meat was cold but clearly cooked because it was so tender. Seems like they cook and store the meat separately. The noodles seemed kind of bloated, not really chewy. Overall, I would probably only come again if I was craving soup dumplings and I didn't want to go out of my way to grab them.

Farabe and I came here for a quick lunch after a day of shopping and walking around. When we arrived there was someone cleaning out the front of the store and setting up. We had to wait a few minutes for him to finish to seat us. The digital menu QR codes on the table didn't work so, we had to wait for them to find a paper menu to order. I ordered the chicken hand pull stir fried noodles ($12.95) and it was super delicious. I asked for extra soy sauce and hot oil for zing. I did feel that they were rushing when they made our order. The chicken had a heavy cornstarch taste like it wasn't properly cooked. It left a weird coating on my tongue. I got the shrimp fried rice ($12.95) that was delicious when mixed with the noodles. The service was friendly but, they pretty much left us to our own devices. We had to hunt someone down to get our check or refills. When it was time to pay, the cashier was no where to be found and we had to wait until he came back. The bathrooms were clean-ish but, one bathroom had no toilet paper and the other barely had any.

Went to this brand new location of 3 times. The interior looked to still have certain areas they are working on but it looked very welcoming and fun. The service was quick and pleasant here. I really don't think anyone knows their own because we were one of 2 tables and there was takeout going out. We ordered the soup dumplings with crab roe, the beef wrapped in scallion pancake, the chinese broccoli and crispy duck. The soup dumplings were filled fully and were broken which was nice and not always the easiest thing to do. They satisfied our craving but we wish they were a little more flavorful. Our favorite dish was the wrapped beef it was cut into 4 pieces and was like heaven in your mouth. Crispy outside delicious beef on inside and had hoison sauce already in it as an extra touch. The crispy duck was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It would've been nice if they had a dipping sauce for it. The chinese broccoli was actually superb. Very well seasoned with sauce and garlic, home run. Overall this was a very enjoyable experience.

The Williamsburg location of @3timesnyc just had a remodeling and it's now a completely different vibe! Featuring a bar and having better designed table space for people to chat, they fit into the evening scene of the neighborhood on top of their thriving takeout business. It's a pretty good price for the food, and you will definitely walk away with a full tummy!

Very ok Chinese food. Pineapple fried rice was unflavorful. Scallion pancakes portion is way smaller than expected. King pao chicken was very eh compared to others I've had in Williamsburg for the same price

Very recommendable! Went to have dinner around 10pm on a Friday night and tried the SLICED BEEF & TRIPE IN CHILI SAUCE ($14), DAN DAN NOODLE ($10), SCALLION PANCAKE ($7). The service is kind, the food is serve fast, and the quantities are big for the price you pay. There was a jazz trio playing chill music. The beef is served cold and super tender, amazing flavor but it was a bit spicy as indicated in the menu. Though I was surprised that also the DAN DAN NOODLE was a bit spicy even though the menu does not mention, this dish is just okay. Then, the PANCAKE was really crunchy and tasted really good. I had to take some leftovers home because it was a lot for one person.

I have only come for drinks so far, but I'm looking forward to come again for food! The mezcal Negroni the bar tender made was awesome, not too sweet, perfect hint of smoke, and best of all, nice and strong! One of the best drinks I've had in a while. Great ambiance as well. It is cool how there are different rounds/levels for drinks on the menu.

so affordable and lovely flavors at this place!! if you're craving chinese food and want quality affordable plates definitely consider eating here. got an assortment of items including pan fried dumplings, stuffed pancake, sticky rice, as well as sesame balls (not pictured). Top item was hands down the stuffed pancake. Lovely flavors and texture without being too oily or greasy which is common for many joints. Will be ordering again very soon.

I love the hand pulled noodles here, they are phenomenal. And of course when I saw they were opening a location close by, I made it my business to come for the grand opening. They were a little late, likely due to the gross, rainy, cold weather. I noticed the staff is from the city, and they also recognized me, lol. The restaurant itself is different than the others with a lovely navy blue palate to their usual wooden accents. Very nice. The drumset with party potential made me second guess arriving early.... should i have come for dinner, after everything gets going? But then again, it was already in full swing. Sooooo many delivery drivers were in and out, as well as dim sum lovers. As usual, you are givrn a glass of cold water snd a menu. You never feel rushed here, everyone is so calm and kind. I ordered my favs, spring rolls and Shanghai noodles with chicken. It came in its usual, 20-15 minutes, accompanied by my favorite hot oil. Still delicious. When the bill came, I was offered the party gift but my allergies kept me at bay and I was given some of the oil I love as a consolation, lol. My garlic chili crisp thanks you. See you guy soon!

Also, it didn't come with any soup noodles. The scallion pancakes were very thick, and also tasted off. The 1 inch sauce container was only 1/4 filled and the sauce was extremely saucy. The general tso sauce was super thick, gooey and gelatinous, and the fried rice that came with it tasted more like steamed white rice with soy sauce than anything fried. We arrived on a Saturday night around 6pm and it was packed; there were two parties ahead of us so we opted to put our name down and wait approximately 15-20, which I thought was pretty reasonable. They arrange the tables to optimize space for the following parties, so you might just get lucky with the seating arrangements. As most Chinese establishments, service was fast-paced, but we never felt rushed at any point of the meal despite the hustle and bustle. We ordered a few items for our party of 4 to share: 1. SCALLOP AND PORK SOUP DUMPLINGS: Surprisingly was a fan of this. There were big chunks of scallops in the meat. Gave the meat a bit of a bounce, but wasn't tough or chewy either. Normally would order crab at most soup dumpling spots, but scallop was new to me. Would get this again. 2. PORK SOUP DUMPLINGS: I commend them for an actual juicy and soupy filling. The pork was seasoned well and we had a whole spoonful of soup from each dumpling. The skin was a little thick for my liking. My judgment of soup dumpling is usually determined by the skin and this one didn't exactly meet the criteria. 3. FRIED WONTONS IN PEANUT AND HOT SAUCE: The star of the show! This was the dish that everyone seems to rave about and what we actually came for. The wontons were fried to a perfect crisp; they were actually crunchy and maintained that despite being dredged in sauce. I felt like there was a bit of a sugary caramelization to it, which balanced out the salty component of the dish. This whole dish encompassed every category in the flavor and texture department. 4. BEEF IN BLACK PEPPER SAUCE: I could've done without this tbh. There were a lot of onions in this, which I have no complaint about, but I wasn't trying to get my money's worth of onions here LOL. Black pepper sauce wasn't anything special either. I actually forgot that it was black pepper sauce because it wasn't peppery enough. 5. SHANGHAI RICE CAKES: The rice cakes had a pleasant chew to it and the sauce coated it evenly. I wish the rice cakes had a little more char to it so it would be more fragrant. Good, but not life changing. Overall a pleasant experience and certainly met expectations. There were some dishes that I liked more than others and some that I could do without. Probs wouldn't make the trip here frequently, but the wontons are definitely worth the trip!
