I used to dine at their LES location all the time and I had NO idea they had a BK location! Delivery from here was just as delicious as I remember, although they did take a bit to arrive. Their Pork Soup Dumplings are delicious, consistently so! I wish I had gotten some chili oil for these, but they were still great on their own. The pan fried beef buns I'm not sure if I tried before but were great as well. Came hot and had a nice char on them, however the crust to filling ratio was a little off - I'd love more filling. The pork soup dumplings and pork dumplings were BOGO so we ordered those plus scallion pancakes and fried rice cakes with pork and mustard greens. The chicken had a heavy cornstarch taste like it wasn't properly cooked. It left a weird coating on my tongue. I got the shrimp fried rice ($12.95) that was delicious when mixed with the noodles. The service was friendly but, they pretty much left us to our own devices. We had to hunt someone down to get our check or refills. Went to this brand new location of 3 times. The interior looked to still have certain areas they are working on but it looked very welcoming and fun. The service was quick and pleasant here. I really don't think anyone knows their own because we were one of 2 tables and there was takeout going out. We ordered the soup dumplings with crab roe, the beef wrapped in scallion pancake, the chinese broccoli and crispy duck. The soup dumplings were filled fully and were broken which was nice and not always the easiest thing to do. They satisfied our craving but we wish they were a little more flavorful. Our favorite dish was the wrapped beef it was cut into 4 pieces and was like heaven in your mouth. Crispy outside delicious beef on inside and had hoison sauce already in it as an extra touch. I love the hand pulled noodles here, they are phenomenal. And of course when I saw they were opening a location close by, I made it my business to come for the grand opening. They were a little late, likely due to the gross, rainy, cold weather. I noticed the staff is from the city, and they also recognized me, lol. The pan fried beef dumplings were flavorful, but not for me. The Shanghai pan fried pork buns were perfectly crispy on the bottom, soft up top, and had a sweet yet savory filling. The soup dumplings didn't have a lot of soup inside and the skin was tough. The pork buns looked like something you'd find from a grocery store. My friend got her soup dumplings and pork buns first and my dish came out 15 minutes after hers. She was basically done eating before I got my meal. Overall, experience was alright. Would I go again? Overall I will say that they provide a wide variety of staple dim sum dishes in a very spacious space. On this particular visit the restaurant was pretty empty and we opted to dine inside.
