I ordered my paint and asked for the opener and was told they did not have any and to use a screwdriver. I did not care for the treatment I received as a customer and will not return. Obviously she did not want to be there. I did not get her name and will not return to this store for any future paint needs.

I knew my paint detail from previous orders. I called right when they opened at 7a and they were already busy on a Tuesday morning. Tristan took my info and asked for a 1/2 hour. When I rolled in 1/2 hour later, there was a line of course but he had the paint ready and I was in and out in minutes. They also have a Paint Points program you can use on-line which offers great discounts and access to resources anyone painting will value. DON'T go in there in a hurry and expect to get immediate service. Have your FACTS ready, your samples in hand for matching and pack your patience. Otherwise you'll be like all these other reviewers who expect it to be like a fast food drive thru cause it ain't that. YES, they STILL honor the 15% off for Vets!

Their only offer was to give the contractor a credit for the cost for future paint but that's doesn't help the homeowner (me) who had to pay for labor to the sub. It doesn't help the delays caused to other trades and the cost of recovering the brand new carpet to protect it from a whole room paint job. It should not be the contractors job to reimburse me and wait for his money in the wash of future materials. This is poor business. They should stand by their product. They should reimburse of the cost with cash or a check. I called to speak to Matt but was left on hold. I've been in business myself over 20 years and sometimes you have to eat your mistakes. I'd love to hear from Eastway to make this right.

The one good thing I can say about my interaction is that the employee who rang me up actually looked up the Contractor's name for a discount on the paint without me asking.
